Kim’s place was the perfect peaceful stay! Kim was very kind and helpful and we couldn’t have asked for an easier experience. 10/10!

Our stay was great. The property is clean and spacious, and well located. My only complaint is about the noisy neighbors, sometimes playing loud music late at night outside. But that's not something the host can control.

This place was perfect for us!! My husband and I traveled with our 3 month old baby and our 2 dogs and we truly felt right at home. This place even had a pack & play and a high chair to accommodate families traveling with their little ones. Super clean and a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. The host was very accommodating and even let us check in 2 hours early. I highly recommend this cute, cozy apartment and will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Kyle’s listing was absolutely amazing! We were pampered with all toiletries that you would expect, however, much more! We were able to take a long soak with bath salts, do a load of laundry and make incredibly easy coffee. The porch was a huge perk, being able to relax in the morning and evening. The provided beach towels, passes and chairs were beyond appreciated. The location was also a key factor in my rating, it just doesn’t get any better than where we were located. I would highly recommend Kyle’s listing and will look to stay again in the near future. Thank you Kyle!

I got perfect time in this apartment ! Nice and clean , fancy furniture, smell fresh and peaceful!!! Everything is there for leaving , nice area around, a lot of stores walking distance! More than happy !!! Highly recommend!!!

I wish I could gatekeep this place for myself, but everyone coming to NJ and looking for an Airbnb needs to stay here. Lou was an elite host; he was so responsive and friendly. His place was more than I expected, the three bedrooms and loft was so spacious, everything was in immaculate condition and VERY clean. My 14-year-old son had his own private space in the loft, and he was ecstatic (I only saw him when it was time for meals lol). Very convenient location, close to all major highways and walkable to multiple restaurants (the farmers market was an added bonus). The house had every amenity you would need, I felt like I was at home. 10/10, this will be my go-to place when I am in NJ.

Amy’s place was perfect for a relaxing guys weekend. Amy and her husband were very responsive and helpful when we arrived. The condo had everything we needed and was spotless. The location is great, just a few blocks from the boardwalk, some excellent food choices and Heavy Reel brewery has some of the best beers ever! Off street parking is a huge plus and a nearby grocery store has anything you could need. Being the off season it was very quiet and relaxing. Would highly recommend Amy’s place for the convenient location, and friendly and helpful host.

Sam was a terrific host and very responsive. The house is just as described and kitchen is well equipped. Best suited for one or two people. Private yard and porch were perfect. Bedroom is large with large closet and an empty dresser - also a large closet in the living room. We had a blackout one night and Sam came by with a flashlight right away, and when I needed instructions or had a question about something, he responded right away. The house is three blocks from the beach and one block from Main Avenue, with shops and food right there. Parking was easy. Highly recommend

This house was everything we expected and more. The location was perfect. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the canal. It was easy to walk to the beach and the local Acme, which was very convenient! John was a great host and very responsive. We hope to have another opportunity to stay here in the future!

we had a big group and this listing was able to accommodate us all. it was split into two separate sections so it gave a sense of privacy for our groups. there wasn't much of a common area/living room, but there was a small couch/seating section in one of the larger rooms. you could hear air planes over head, but overall it was in a quiet area. Sylvia was very nice and responsive in our communications!

My wife and I stayed here over Christmas. The house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen had plenty of cookware if you wanted to cook a meal. The bathroom had plenty of towels.I recommend this property and would stay here again.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Gabriels Appartement. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß für 4 erwachsene Personen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter und es war sehr kalt. Aber die Elektroheizungen im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer haben für ausreichend Wärme gesorgt. Im Bad war es jedoch recht kalt. Sowohl Restaurants als auch ein Supermarkt und weitere Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben jedoch außer am ersten Abend immer außerhalb des Viertels gegessen. Die Metro in Richtung Manhattan ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Having recently moved from NJ to NC, the location of this residence was a perfect spot to enjoy the shore and visit family. The home was spacious, clean and my grandkids loved the playground across the street. We were able to easily walk one block into town where there were many eateries . I can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely gorgeous Airbnb that is exactly as described! I am a clean freak and I have to stay this place was spotless, fresh, and clean! I have honestly never stayed in a Airbnb where I felt I could use the kitchen utensils/plates without washing them first until we stayed here. Also, the sheets were crisp white and fresh like a super nice hotel. Bottles of water, coffee, tea, and some candy were available when we arrived. To top it all off this place was dog friendly which made it feel even more like home. This place was a 10/10 for our NYC Half Marathon trip!!!! The only tiny downside was that it was a 18 min walk from the metro (3,4 lines) into manhattan, which was a little farther than we hoped. However, the nightly rate was great, it was homey, pet friendly, the host was accommodating/friendly/responsive/, the area was quiet, and the entire place was sparkling clean so the 18 mins walk was not a big deal at all for us. Highly recommend!!!!

Great vacation rental! Unit very clean, comfortable, with all the amenities..The backyard had shower and large picnic table with comfortable outdoor furniture, separate private house in a quiet neighborhood , just blocks walking to the beach and stores. We were a multiple generational family and it served all of our needs. Perfect host! Accommodating to dropping off luggage and getting early start to beach, and also when leaving. Will stay again.

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

This was my Airbnb that I had booked and was really nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. However, Denise made me feel at easy and very comfortable. Super friendly and very responsive. Her description to the place was exact and everything was truly excellent. Thank you for amazing experience.

My girlfriend I had great time there. We loved the view from the balcony. If we're every back at Seaside, I would definitely want to stay there again.

Charleen and Nick’s apartment was so cute, clean and beautifully decorated! They are walking distance from the beach and driving from so many cute shops and restaurants! We had rain the weekend we were there but it was so cozy and comfortable we had a great time hanging out in the apartment as well! They gave great recommendations for the area as well! Great spot all around!

Fantastic location and completely updated, clean, and comfortable rental. Everything you need is provided, including beach equipment. Access to the beach couldn’t be easier. Paula and Dwight were extremely responsive and gracious hosts and went out of their way to answer any questions and provide support when needed. Highly recommend!

We travel to South Seaside Park, NJ frequently. We absolutely love the location which is why we picked Michael’s place. It is conveniently located between the bay and the ocean so walking is very practical. There are a number of restaurant choices that are walkable from the rental. We found the unit to be very clean and nicely appointed. There were generous amounts of towels. There was a nice binder of information about the condo and the area which we found to be helpful. A lovely basket of treats was left on the kitchen table for guests. The chocolate bar was delicious. It was also great that 2 designated parking spots were included with the unit. We found that Michael was very responsive and personable to deal with. We have done many rentals over the years and Michael is a wonderful example of a Super Host. Thank you.

We had the best time at Alyson's place. The apartment is so cute and cozy and just a couple blocks walk to the boardwalk and beach. It is absolutely perfect for us. Beds were comfy and was clean and had everything we needed. Would love to stay again.
