fantastic stay with Bethany, we rented the place for some of our team that travelled overseas. checked the place out, and popped in on the guys, was a beautiful town house just at the start of the Hanover area, lovely bare brick walls, beautiful stairs, very well maintained and cleaned. in terms of a host, responded really well, very helpful and nice to talk to. five starts from us!

We came to Brighton to attend Brighton Pride. The house has lots of charm and felt very homely and it accommodated 7 of us easily. The location is only a 20 minute walk away from Preston Park which was ideal. Everyone loved the outdoor space, shame it’s summer otherwise we have taken full advantage of the fire pit. Beds are very comfortable and the shower was very powerful which after a long day of driving was much appreciated. Gavin is an amazing host and was very responsive. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and welcoming.

A Wonderful family home that was perfect for our family weekend. Plentiful parking & a lovely big garden for the children to play. They loved the trampoline, table tennis & football goal . The space was amazing , particularly downstairs, with multiple comfortable seating areas. There is a fantastic selection of games & is a haven for book lovers! The location is perfect for a short taxi ride into Brighton centre & a short walk to enjoy the beach at Hove. Thank you Nigel & Jonquil for making us feel so welcome when we arrived & leaving some lovely wine , cake and bread for us to enjoy. We would definitely like to return one day with our family !

What a great find! We were a family group of 9 including 2 young children, the house was definitely big enough to accommodate us all with spacious rooms, a stunning kitchen area, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean bathrooms/en suite. The kids enjoyed all the games on offer, especially the ping pong table. Tony was a real hit too. Susie is a great host, offering great local advice/recommendations and was so kind to allow us an early check-in. We had 3 cars with our party but only permits for 2 cars however Susie's lovely neighbour happened to be around when we were deciding what to do with the 3rd car and offered us some of her additional permits for a small amount of money, this allowed us to all be parked outside the property with no concern about moving the cars, it really was a bonus. I would recommend this lovely house to any large group, close to beach and shops and Brighton town centre.

Enjoyed our stay, everything was nice and clean. One thing to note is there was some missing essentials you would except from an airbnb, like there were no bin-liners in the bins in the kitchen, no water in the fridge, etc. Aside from that it was a great experience, would recommend

Louise’s place was a home from home. You can tell Louise has a bustling family life, we felt like we’re staying with relatives rather than rented. Everything we needed was available. Lots of helpful instructions. Totally recommend this lovely family home 😊

We wanted a large family home for Christmas and Olly's place was fantastic. We loved everything about it, from the comfy beds to the large kitchen, which had everything we needed to prepare Christmas dinner. Another plus was how warm the house was, which given it was December, was an absolute blessing. Finally it's location is also brilliant; we were close to supermarkets and beautiful local shops. It was a short walk down to the sea and promenade and there were plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurants. We would definitely book Olly's place again.

We stayed 5 nights. The room was spacious, WiFi perfect, relaxing place, dining place, the bedding was of a very good quality. When we arrived, there was fresh baked bread, eggs, butter, coffee, tea, water. Annemarie is always willing to help. Very kind family. Don’t hesitate, go for it! We enjoyed our days!

We loved our stay here. Very good location and great central neighbourhood for walking everywhere. Lovely to be able to bring the dog too and the garden was a bonus. Arlene is exceptionally easy to communicate with and everything is in place to make the stay comfortable and very pleasant. Lovely cafés, pubs, shops etc in the immediate area.

Absolutely loved my stay here! It was quiet, peaceful, and filled with beautiful natural light from the big windows—perfect for a cozy nap. The highlight for me was the incredible bathroom—the shower and deep, spacious tub were just what I needed to unwind after long workdays. The space was roomy enough to work comfortably, yet still felt like a true retreat. Would definitely love to stay again!

We stayed at Jackie’s over Christmas and used it as a base to visit family and friends. It was perfect - warm, cosy and well equipped. Lots of books and toys for the kids too. Thanks again for having us, Jackie.

I loved this little space. I'd taken myself away for a couple of nights me time and meeting old friends. Zoe was great, she let me use the driveway but the road looked to have good parking. The space was quirky and fun it even comes with a record player and a great selection of records. I'll definitely be returning. Thank you Zoe.

We had a fabulous stay at the Design House. The house has fantastic interiors, whilst also being very welcoming and cosy. Marshall was an absolute gem and allowed us to store our bags at the house before the official check in time and also gave us extra time on the Sunday, which was much appreciated! She also gave my dog the warmest welcome, so definitely a dog friendly stay! Would happily stay here again, as the location is so close to the beach and great restaurants.

I had a lovely stay in Graham's home. Both he and Rosie were very responsive to messages and provided useful info. Arriving at the flat, there were lots of thoughtful additions, the flat was pristine and I had everything and more that I needed. The location is excellent both for public transport links and access to Alexandra Park, the beach and the country park. I would be very happy to stay again.

Very comfortable, clean, cosy apartment, very tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for our brief stay, communication with Julia was excellent, and we will certainly book again when we are in the area.

Dealing with Alexia was great. We didn't meet her in person as James attended to us when we arrived, but he was very helpful too. The accommodation was very well kitted out and felt quite luxurious. They've gone the extra mile to make it special. The bed was so comfy (including the pillows!). Once in, you feel nice and secluded in your own little space, even though the property is situated in a residential area (a very nice one). We loved the hot tub, and the fact that you can use the fire pit was great too! All-in-all, a lovely stay and I would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely shepherd’s hut! The hut itself was modern, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable getaway. The host went the extra mile by leaving us a welcome bottle of champagne, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, they were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The peaceful countryside setting was perfect for a relaxing weekend away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cosy retreat. I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing airbnb: beautiful setting, wonderfully designed cabin, so comfortable and clean. Very responsive and kind owners. I highly recommend staying here for a peaceful country escape!

The hut was incredibly beautiful! Their is a small lake behind, gorgeous secluded surroundings and the perfect little spot for a private escape. The small homely touches like having marshmallows for the fire, cooking items, logs for fire, cool box for food and drinks, power bank for charging items, etc just make the space feel special and welcoming. I was lucky enough to meet Edward who was generous enough to explain his farming and what he does on the land. Such a truly lovely and humble fella. I would recommend this trip for anyone looking for an escape from the city where you can really be left alone. The outside bath is very hot, the fire spectacular and the cabin has plenty of power points. Points to note; You can park very nearby There is a fridge inside around half size The bed seems small but is big and comfy The seating area inside is great for dining Their are fires inside and out Nearest pub is 20 minute walk Hut is very quiet and secluded Go

Perfect little den for me and my partner. Came up for her birthday and when we arrived the host had put out lovely messages on the TV and bed for my partner's birthday which I hadn't even requested which made it so special on arrival. Loved seeing the alpacas. You are free to go see and feed them whenever you want. Two cute and friendly dogs as well. The couple who run the business were so welcoming and helpful with local things to do but also give you plenty of privacy. Perfect weekend for us highly highly recommend.

Lovely stay, Christopher was a fabulous host

Such a stunning spot. The view out over the valley is beautiful. The lovely Alfriston is a 5 minute walk away with delicious pubs and restaurants. Great walks directly from the lodge and no need to get in your car. Hot tub was great once we got it up to temperature with a bit of help from Mandy which was appreciated! Really recommend and we’d love to return one day.
