Olivia is a perfect host, communicative and helpful. We enjoyed peaceful sleep in a bedroom with the most beautiful sea views and beach just across the road. Great for swimming , walking and a bike ride or a morning coffee at the beach café. Not far from the CBD and very spacious. A Central location to enjoy Olivia's extensive guidebook of restaurants, attractions & options for transport, many nearby. Her Video instructions for appliances makes settling in very easy. We had a problem with the TV but she helped us to find a solution which should leave future guests trouble free. Good kitchen for those who like to prepare a meal & appreciated the parking space at rear of unit. Olivia's place is spacious & an oasis in a city that is very busy. Would highly recommend as a destination to recharge your batteries in a lovely area of Melbourne, with the ability to connect to business if needed. As we had family needs in the area it is a great find. Great market nearby. Put in your GPS.

We had a 3 night mini vacation, with our dogs. Jolene was a super host, and accepted our 3 dogs to stay. We spent most of the time at the dog beach, and the accommodation was exceptional for us with a secure undercover concrete outdoor space (where we spent almost all of our time). The unit was bigger than I expected and had everything you need. A few reviews commented on the noise, but it really isnt an issue (and im a light sleeper). We shared the space with son and partner and there was plenty of room. I would definitely stay again, so many great dinning options, and literally accross the road is beach access. For our personal stay it was to take the dogs to the off leash dog beach, which is only 5 min down the road, so perfect location, easy to get to. We enjoyed our stay, and i did get to meet Jolene and she was extremely welcoming and made us all feel right at home. Highly recommend, and as reviews have said, yes the shower pressure was amazing, especially after beach day

Highly recommended stay. Modern furnishings, kitchenware and bedding. Homely, clean & plenty of space. Host responsive, clear & precise instructions from check-in to checkout. Enough room for large family and location is perfect. Beach and shops either side of the stay with a peaceful but vibey neighbourhood. Thank you Hany and Sheryl.

Such a peaceful and comfortable place for our group to stay in! Plenty of space around the house and property to hang out... or better yet just literally a walk across the road to the beach. Waking up to the sights and sounds of the ocean was priceless.

Thank you Amy for providing such a beautiful house in such a stunning location. The front porch overlooking the water was very well used! We had a fabulous long weekend with our friends. Will definitely come back. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay in the Yak Shack. It is very close to the beach & within easy walking distance to Mornington town. It has a really homely feel with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. There is a lovely cafe nearby Lilos opposite the beach that does great food & drink. I would definitely recommend The Yak Shack if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Mornington.

Such a beautiful and relaxing stay here. Gorgeous long walks on the beach, unbelievable sunsets and super cozy house including a very comfy bed. Everything you need in the kitchen including olive oil’s and herbs etc. Ice in the fridge and enormous backyard for kids or dogs to enjoy. Enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back . Excellent host highly recommend thank you very much.

Beautiful views with great beach access. Photos online are accurate. Very modern and clean house with all amenities you could possibly need. Tennis court was great and even my dogs loved chasing the balls around the court. Very secure for any size dog. Unfortunately they had a problem with the heating prior to our arrival which couldn’t be fixed in time. They gave us plenty of firewood to compensate. Because of this, when it was cloudy and cold outside, the house was really hard to heat up. Especially down stairs. At one point during our stay we ran out of firewood which was quickly replenished. We were very happy that they were able to so quickly. The microwave and dishwasher were not easy to operate. Some simple clear instructions would have been helpful. The online manual was available but hard to understand. 🤷‍♀️. These are small things. I would definitely go back. Everything we could have asked for and more (except for the heating issue). I appreciate being able to have our stay here in Nikki’s home, I feel it was value for money and Nikki was very accomodating and communicated well. I myself as an adult appreciated the soccer net and balls as a nice little addition I wasn’t aware of. I’d stay here again.

A recently refurbished property. Spacious enough for two. Excellent location for the beach and nearby restaurants and bars. There is a major road outside that gets busy early each day. Highly recommended, great value for money.

Such a a great location, everything is within reach , supermarket is just down the road , Train & Trams too and afew Asian Restaurants downstairs of accom. Flexible with check in and check out times , will definitely book again next time we’re in melbs . Thanks 🥰

Perfect location and spacious place for a family with young kids! The house had so many toys (and trampoline!) we could use and the kids were so happy! It’s very comfy with new large sofa, kitchen with all you need, 2 bathrooms and big bath tub. It could use some refurbishment but for us that was no problem at all!

Sharon and John's property is a beautiful place to stay, great facilities, we loved the pool, very relaxing and in a great location! Sharon and John were brilliant hosts and they have built a home away from home feeling. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Getting into the apartment was abit of a struggle, but instructions were very detailed and clear, apartment was comfortable and clean, the view of the ocean was amazing

Great place, new and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Perhaps a fan in the rooms as it was quite warm at night but otherwise, all good :)

This was a beautiful place that suited us perfectly- easy access to the beach and bike trail, very close to the iconic Brighton beach huts and a marvelous coffee/snack/food place, the Beach House. Perfect for the morning walk and coffee. The whole setting was beautiful with dolphins and black swans in the bay and plenty of swimming spaces. The inside was as described, clean, spacious, and plenty of room. The bedrooms quiet, comfortable mattresses and spacious bathrooms. The garage was very secure and easily accessible from the side street. The train station was a very short walk for easy access to Melbourne center and great restaurants. Church St shopping area was close and a great selection of shops and a grocery store. Over all the idyllic location and the calmness of the property made for a wonderful stay. Longing to return!!! I’d definitely recommend this to any of my friends and family.

It’s absolutely a beautiful place to stay with only a few minutes walk to the beach. The instructions for check in is clear and straightforward. Highly recommended if you’re looking for quiet and cozy place to stay! The place is located on a hillside with a relatively steep slope. If you’re driving a two-wheel-drive car, be cautious when parking, as the sandy area at the entrance can be a bit slippery. Four-wheel-drive vehicles should have no issues.

Wow what can I say to truly appreciate this beautiful place I felt immediately at home Simone came and introduced herself we chatted for awhile she explained everything to me and recommended places to eat and things to see and do I had a most relaxing stay in the most beautiful location and accommodation And to top things off when leaving today Simone gave me a small gift for my birthday as I had told her my stay was a birthday present to myself which I found to be so very thoughtful and appreciated 🩷 I cannot recommend this place highly enough 10/10 anyone who stays here you will have a truly memorable relaxing experience and an amazing beautiful host who goes above and beyond Thank you so very much Simone another adventure I can tick off my bucket list See you next time Lynette 🥰🏖️
