Excellent house and location, exactly as pictured. would definitely recommended!

This was everything we wanted! We were a large group of friends visiting the area for a birthday celebration and to visit wineries. The accomodation fit us all comfortably (as long as you dont mind some bunk beds) and the views from the upstairs loungeroom were magical - think ocean, black swans and beautiful sunsets. We had some trouble getting to the accomm as we came off the ferry and its a 45 min walk. Thought there would be ubers or taxis but there isnt much in the area. Luckily some locals saved us and took us there. Loved our stay and would visit again.

Awesome stay

We very much enjoyed this retro beach shack. The balcony and views were exceptional with the shore and very private beach just across the road. Was quiet time to visit. Loved having the pool table. Great place to unwind and relax with furry friends. Will definitely visit again.

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

Stunning view. Great range of things in the kitchen. Basic discussions etc, but everything we needed with enough beds. It's a 40 minute walk into town, with bike path right out the front. Bring a pillow if you like anything that isn't soft.

We decided to book Gaye’s place as we were nearing the end of our two-week road trip and needed a quiet spot to rest, relax, and prepare for our flight home. We arrived late at night, but Gaye and her husband Barry were there to warmly greet us and show us around. Throughout our road trip, we had been enjoying self check-ins, and at the end of our journey, we were blessed with the warmth of personal hospitality. It was such a beautiful and fitting end to our trip. Thank you!

I appreciate being able to have our stay here in Nikki’s home, I feel it was value for money and Nikki was very accomodating and communicated well. I myself as an adult appreciated the soccer net and balls as a nice little addition I wasn’t aware of. I’d stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect as a short walk to the promenade (some of our group walked/ran to St Kilda each day), supermarket, restaurants and other shopping all a short walk. Close to city for exploring there too. The lounge area is really roomy and everything we needed was available in the kitchen. There is only one bathroom but a second toilet downstairs. Great sound system with bluetooth so was nice to have background music of our own choosing too.

Brads house is large & very modern. Has a great entertaining area.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Roger’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Roger was a fantastic host: responsive, welcoming, and full of great local tips that made my stay even more enjoyable. He went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel right at home. Beautiful house, great interior design. Very comfortable. Had everything needed. Family of 5 with young kids and house was perfect for family and good location to access the beach. Amazing we could bring our dog. We needed garage access which this property had. Couple of things to maybe be aware of - we didnt pick up in the listing (unsure if I overlooked) :Train runs 1x house away really reguarly and continued through the night -potentially disturbing. We specifically seeked a house with a pool and paid extra for this. Aim was to hang around pool for the weekend. But pool was cold and only 1/5th of us could go in and tolerate it. For us this spoilt our weekend plans and we felt we paid extra for something we couldnt use. If we had known we would have paid less for a house without a pool. This for us did spoilt our trip, kids were disappointed. But this may have been listed and overlooked, or our fault for not asking, and was specificaly a need for us- you may be different :)

Wonderful stay in Port Melbourne, perfect for short or long stays. Spacious home with great natural light, cooling and heating. Fast internet, cozy bedrooms and clean kitchen with plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Restaurants, cafes and supermarkets all walking distance and was a perfect location for my time while attending the Melbourne Formula 1 Grand Prix. Highly recommend this stay, will be back hopefully the next time I'm up for the GP or planning a long stay with family. Thanks Gabrielle!

Lovely house close to everything in Portarlington. Clean with everything you need for a few nights away. Nicole was very easy to deal with and was fine with us arriving early and leaving a bit later. Thanks for letting us stay Nicole. Great place in a great location.

We spent year's eve and New year's day here. We got more than we were expecting. The house was very well equipped and presented. It's located just in front of a quiet beach, wonderful view, you can even see the city of Melbourne from here. It's a %100 recommended place to book. All of us felt lucky to find a place like this one.

House of payne! far from it! The house was wonderful. Easy walk to beach, golf club, restaurants. A bonus was the hot tub , ready to go. Best relaxation after a full day fishing in the boat. we had a day of high temperature, the house did warm up in the upstairs bedrooms. Great place form family to stay. Thanks again.

Steve and Caroline have created a very special space which made a perfect home for a long-weekend escape. There is an ample pantry of staples, great appliances, well-stocked crockery and glassware, cosy cushions and throws to make the stay feel welcoming. Lovely attention to detail in the bathroom with lux soaps and creams, plus comfy beds and pillows too with beautiful linen. The deck has lots of sheltered and sunny nooks to read a magazine, or just watch the clouds drift up the hill. We felt very nurtured by this space and would definitely stay here again.

I had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at Jennifer’s cute beach house. The house is comfortable, clean and in a quiet location close to the beach. Jennifer is a very warm, friendly and accommodating host and I appreciated all the tips and suggestions she gave me for the local area.

Clovelly House exceeded our expectations. The house was immaculate, beautifully furnished and drenched in natural light. The space is deceptively large and was perfect for our family of 4, and we especially loved the feeling of space provided by the private patio at the back. The luxurious linens, towels and bathroom products gave the sense of an exclusive retreat, and the kitchen was well equipped allowing us to self cater with delicious produce from the nearby South Melbourne market (a food lover’s paradise!). The neighbourhood was a delightful discovery. So close to the city on the tram (just at the end of the road) and yet with a local feel and a stunning white sand beach within a 10 min walk. We loved all the local cafes, wine bars, delis, and restaurants nearby, not to mention the local shops at Albert Park too. The playground at St Vincent Park was a great space for the kids to play, and we met many friendly locals. One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Thank you Lisa!

Just right! Our family of four stayed at Katie's place for a week and it was even better than we had hoped. From the moment we opened the door we knew that this cosy little two-bedder was just right for us. The room with two single beds was perfect for our children (3.5 and 7). There was ample living and leisure space, plus lots of books and toys for our children to play with. The kitchen was a great size and stocked with plenty of utensils and pots and pans to cook meals at home. The place was clean, well-lit and the backyard/courtyard was the perfect size for the children to play around in. In terms of the location, it's in a wonderful suburb of Melbourne with an excellent cafe' and little shopping strip just a stone's throw away. If you want to feel at home away from home, I cannot recommend Katie's more. Thank you so much for such a memorable stay!
