Fiona's place was perfect for a quick get away. It is very close to Brighton and in a beautiful location.

We used the house for a group of 6 walkers as it’s ideally located a 30 second walk from Seaford beach and the start of the Seaford to Eastbourne route via Seven Sisters. Also just a 5 min walk from the town Centre. The house was very clean & tidy and as described. Would definitely use again 👍

We had a fabulous stay at Tim and Suzanne's. The space and location was just perfect for a friend's getaway. Communication was always easy.

We loved our stay at Jane’s place in Brighton. The house was super tidy and located in a brilliant spot so close to the sea. I’d definitely consider staying here again with friends next time I have a weekend away in Brighton!

Perfect location, modern and clean accommodation, fantastic showers, comfy beds with quality bed linen and incredibly prompt responses from Mark. Couldn’t ask for more! We were three ladies who are of an age when sharing rooms is less appealing. Mark’s house was perfect for us. We loved it and we loved Brighton! Kemptown provided us with a fantastic choice of cafes, bars and restaurants and the walk along the seafront into town was easy. We arrived by train and the walk from the station was easy…with the assistance of Google Maps. Perhaps we could make it an annual pilgrimage, although I doubt we would be blessed with such wonderful weather again.

Great stay, felt right at home. Very close to the station. Equip with everything you need. Emma provided guide and great communication. Would recommend to anyone thinking about booking!

Great responsive host. Perfect location for short stay in Brighton

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

Warner Wood What a great find! We just had a fantastic short break in this amazing place. First, there was great communication from the hosts, a fancy App with all the details we needed, and a clever electronic key code box to get the house keys. It’s a huge property that still manages to be cozy and feel like a home from home. Each bedroom has its own vibe with matching cushions and super comfy beds. The games room is also amazing with darts and a pristine full size snooker table. The nearest beach is less than a five minutes walk from Warner Wood. We didn’t feel brave enough to join the locals taking a winter dip in the sea but it was fab having a swim in the covered heated pool in the back garden! We wandered along the Selsey high street that had everything we needed including a Boots,a Co-Op, a fish and chip shop called The Lal bar and various pubs. We also enjoyed some lovely beach and country walks recommended by the owners. Strongly recommend this property and Selsey

When I booked I did not realise it was Pride weekend. Great vibe in Brighton, but was relieved to be slightly outside the hustle and bustle. The apartment worked well for us. We love to play tennis and utilised the public tennis court across the road. The busses into Brighton is frequent and 24 hours. A freshly baked vegan banana bread with butter and almond milk was waiting for us on Check in and a lovely red wine. Communicating with Susan was so easy - answered within minutes. Will stay here again.

We had a lovely holiday… a lots of things to do and our kids really enjoyed it. Fiona was very helpful and taken all my worries away. A lovely caravan with all amenities. Would love to come back at some time…

We have had the most wonderful summer in The White House. Everything was as described or better! Jason was the most wonderful host, anticipating our every need. Even bringing over extra fans during the hot weather. The only thing that wasn't as expected was the pool - Because it was about four times as big as we thought it would be. What a delightful surprise!!! The cinema is brilliant, the house and gardens are beautiful and the location has been perfect for us this summer. A huge thank you to Jason. We will be back!

An ideal location during an excellent summer week for me, my wife and our family, including young grandchildren. Welcoming, with excellent and extensive facilities our host made every effort to make our stay an enjoyable and relaxing time. Edwina responded promptly when we had a question and made it clear she would be there, if we needed any assistance. The description and numerous photos left no unwelcome surprises, we were very pleased with what we found. A generous and thoughtful host. A beautiful area with a range of activities, to suit all ages, supported by a peaceful home with plenty of things to amuse and entertain you if you want to chill out in between days out. All round great success.

A lovely house, homely and comfortable, very well-appointed and nicely maintained. Ria and Adam look after this place and do not scrimp on what they provide for their guests, which is very nice to see. The house is spacious and has three separate downstairs living spaces (that can be easily isolated) so you don't feel like you are all on top of each other. Bedrooms are light and airy (especially the large master) and the bedlinen and towels are top hotel quality and fresh too. The outside spaces are clean and clear with a lovely heated pool to the rear. Lots of space for guests to relax. Bathrooms are similarly well-appointed with nice high-end electronic shower controls and very clean and fresh-looking. Location is great and it takes about a minute to walk down the road to the beach access gate. There is a sea view from the master bedroom. All in all we had a great long weekend stay. Ria and Adam were very responsive and helpful.

We had an excellent stay. The house was great for my family to get together. The house has everything you need and the hosts were great. At the house, there is a book with everything you need to know and it also includes recommendations of things to do in the local area. The area itself was great. Just cross the road and there are lots of great walks including a great walk to a cafe at the harbour. I would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely stay again. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home and hope to visit again. Rachel is a thoughtful and welcoming host. She gave us all the information we needed as well as local food recommendations. She was flexible with check in and out times which we really appreciated. The space was just as nice as in the pictures, if not better. Having a kids play room and a garden was a huge bonus travelling with a child - it was all very child friendly. The bedrooms were comfortable and the home was super clean. Rachel ensured we had everything we needed and more. The home is close to Hove beach which was lovely.

We stayed in this beautiful property for new years 2025. It was very clean and well kitted out, we didn’t need much at all. There were 2 families, 4 adults, 2 under 4s, and 4 kids under 16. Highly recommend it. It’s in a residential area (a close) so noise levels need to be kept down a bit but didn’t ruin our celebrations at all as others were also enjoying the festive period. The house is not overlooked, lovely shrubs around the high fences which makes it feel private. Great size garden, kids spent a short time outside but we weren’t blessed with great weather unfortunately but that didn’t matter. Lots of games inside. I can imagine how lovely the garden would be to use in summer time/when the weather is warmer/sun out. Short walk toThe Plough pub (literally less than 10mins, if that). Close to the beach. No complaints at all. Highly recommend this. Thank you, happy new year x

I booked this for a friends 40th as it offered a great communal space where we could all gather for food , drinks and games. The kitchen / dinner was fab and look exactly like a picture. We had a lovely welcome on arrival and communication was good throughout. We had a great time and enjoyed the space.

I booked Laura’s house for my family and I to celebrate my birthday. We cooked a lot in the fabulous well equipped kitchen and there was plenty of space for everyone. The beds were super comfy and the house was immaculate. The hot tub and sauna were a massive hit for everyone and the close proximity to the beach for walks was perfect. It felt like pure luxury. Laura was so very helpful and friendly and full of suggestions and local knowledge. It was a perfect home for a special occasion and I would definately book again. Sitting and watching the swans , cormorants and herons right outside was a big highlight too. 10/10 from us!

Quaint, beautifully decorated space that is in a great location off a stones throw away from the high street in Hove. Will take you approximately 15 mins to reach the seafront. Tom was responsive and very helpful in all our communications leading up to our stay concerning parking and even during our stay! All the house amenities’ were in good working order that made it a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place ;)

We stayed across the 2 apartments as we had a big family get together. The location was perfect for access to the beach and high street. The balcony was lovely, but unfortunately we didn't use it much as the weather wasn't great. The kitchen, living area in flat B was perfect for us all to be able to eat and relax in. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are large, and with plenty of bathrooms. Perfect for our stay.

Very stylish and spacious home in a nice neighborhood in Brighton. We were just passing through for one night, but would not hesitate to book again. Kate was very flexible with check in and quick to respond to queries.

Not only was Ann’s place beautiful, but she was an incredibly kind and generous host. We were there dealing with a poorly family member’s end of life care at Royal Sussex hospital. Ann went above and beyond to make our time at her home as comfortable as possible. Little touches like arriving to a welcome hamper, providing extra bedding for elderly relatives, and allowing us an early check in were invaluable when we were already at full capacity. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay at this stunning house again.
