Emilie’s place exceeded all of our expectations for our girls weekend away. It was comfortable, clean, spacious and in a great location close to the sea. Emilie was really responsive and helpful throughout.

Rachael was a great host! The most attentive host I’ve had on Air BnB, maintain contact before and throughout the stay, giving us recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The place was beautiful, the type of house I’d love to live in in the future, it’s nice to stay somewhere that’s lived in rather than a hotel or a BnB set up just to make money. Would definitely stay here again!

Clair’s little house was beautiful, situated in a sweet, quiet little cul de sac, literally around the corner from the beach. Clair has equipped the house with everything you need and the breakfast goodies were a nice touch. Even the tea towels were displayed with a flourish! As a host Clair was faultless. She was extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating. She organised our parking permit, heating and even wanted to offer help after we were due to check out! Thank you so much Clair for your hospitality and beautiful little cottage.

Wow! We have stayed at enough places to know how great this experience truly was. All of the little extra touches absolutely made this our favorite home we have stayed in. Ever. The location is fantastic and close to everything you may need. This was our final stay in a week long visit to the UK to celebrate my son’s graduation and I couldn’t be happier with how we wrapped it up. Thank you Sarah! If we ever return to Brighton (which is such a lovely area) we will absolutely stay here again!

A lovely little apartment within walking distance of lot’s of a Brighton’s highlights! We felt right at home. Will is a pro-active and friendly host. The door of the building was painted while we were there and he made sure to let us know so we didn’t get any wet paint on our clothes. The free parking space is also great, although the steep entrance might scratch the bottom of your car like it did with us. But overall a great place to stay in Brighton!

Whether you’re planning a funfilled time or relaxing break away, I can honestly confirm that Siobhan’s place is the perfect place to stay. All that is advertised was found to be accurate, detailed guide provided useful information about the house and outside in the community.

We spent a night there and it was the best! The location is great and the place itself is something you’d just wanna stay in all the time. Has a lot of personal touches, especially the nook is the perfect spot to have good conversations with snacks while cuddled up in a blanket. Brilliant! The host is very friendly and proactive. We had an issue with the wifi which was resolved very efficiently. Tbh you’d want to stay an extra night in Brighton just cuz of the place.

Staying at Judes beautiful house has been 5*. The zen like feel of the house is extremely prevalent and calming. Outstanding facilities and the pool is just the most incredible feature. Amazingly comfortable bed and linens. The whole ambience of the place is out of this world. we wish we could have spent a week at this fabulous Airbnb. Thankyou Jude for allowing us to stay at our new favourite place.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Amber’s apartment. Communication prior to and during the stay was great. The apartment itself was clean and ideally located. Having access to the pool and gym at the hotel below was a fantastic perk. We did unfortunately have to request some of the stated amenities during our stay. It would also be a nice touch if there was some furniture on the balcony to be able to enjoy the view. But other than that, we had a great stay!

Return visit. Would totally recommend the caravan. We love how close it is to the sea

Absolutely spotless. We couldn’t fault it. Immaculately clean and smelled fresh and clean in every room/area too. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were added extras that we’d overlooked- for example trays of ice made up in the freezer - a great touch especially as we were staying at Christmas time. We loved the sea view and it was good being close to the restaurants/bars. Guessing this may be noisy for some in the high season, knowing how busy the park gets but for those wanting to be near the action and within walking distance of restaurants it is great… was perfect for us. We had lovely beach and site walks … again all made easy by the holiday home location. Would highly recommend. A thoughtful host sharing an excellent holiday home. Very well deserving of 5 stars… would give more!

Not only was Lisa super helpful and friendly but the accomodation itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, well stocked and had wonderful, thoughtful additions. Will definitely be booking again

We loved this caravan. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we could have needed for our family weekend away. The beach is just a few steps away and we enjoyed a walk to the harbour. Even spotted a seal in the sea. The site was very quiet and peaceful and is tucked right away from the main road. Jenny was a very responsive host who answered all our questions immediately. We’d love to come back. Thanks Jenny!

The minute we walked in it felt welcoming and homely, there were great added extras like board games which the kids loved, towels and extra bedding and blankets to curl up on the couch with. This is a prime location not only on site right next to the arcade and shops, but not where you get disturbed with noise, but also amazing location to travel to all the sight seeing opportunities in the local area. Everything was was really easy to get to and ensured we had an amazing time exploring without worrying about extra travel. Both hosts were fantastic with responding and being contactable and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great value for money place to stay in a great location! Thank you so much for a great stay!

Perfect annexe for me to stay by myself whilst visiting family! Had everything I needed even though small in size. I didn’t require anything else for my 2 night stay and felt very comfortable. Also felt safe returning in the dark due to automatic lighting in side entrance.

The residence was set out perfectly for our group. Really nice communal kitchen/diner. Location was excellent.

I booked Laura’s house for my family and I to celebrate my birthday. We cooked a lot in the fabulous well equipped kitchen and there was plenty of space for everyone. The beds were super comfy and the house was immaculate. The hot tub and sauna were a massive hit for everyone and the close proximity to the beach for walks was perfect. It felt like pure luxury. Laura was so very helpful and friendly and full of suggestions and local knowledge. It was a perfect home for a special occasion and I would definately book again. Sitting and watching the swans , cormorants and herons right outside was a big highlight too. 10/10 from us!

Cute little place, beautifully decorated throughout, classy interior with fantastic views across the Marina from the balcony. Plenty of choices for food and drink on the doorstep but you wouldn’t know it as the Marina was lovely and quiet on an evening. We particularly enjoyed hiring electric bikes (using the Beryl app) for the short ride along the promenade into town. Highly recommend.

Definitely one of our favourite Airbnbs we have stayed in. The house was stunning and spotlessly clean. The views were amazing. There are lots of lovely walks from the property. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and listening to the waves was so relaxing. There are plenty of shops and takeaways close by. It was also only a short drive into Brighton or you could walk as our teenagers decided to do one day! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and I hope to visit again in the future 😍

This is an absolute gem in Hove. It’s a 30 min walk along the seafront into Brighton but there is also a bus stop at the end of the road, the X1 will take you into Brighton in a matter of minutes. The cabin is very well presented, quiet, cosy and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was so convenient with the parking space supplied as well. With the price of hotels in Brighton going through the ceiling, this is an absolute bargain, really can’t recommend highly enough.

Shoreham Chalet is a little gem! comfy, clean and cosy!,A home from home. We enjoyed our stay and would book again !
