Dealing with Alexia was great. We didn't meet her in person as James attended to us when we arrived, but he was very helpful too. The accommodation was very well kitted out and felt quite luxurious. They've gone the extra mile to make it special. The bed was so comfy (including the pillows!). Once in, you feel nice and secluded in your own little space, even though the property is situated in a residential area (a very nice one). We loved the hot tub, and the fact that you can use the fire pit was great too! All-in-all, a lovely stay and I would highly recommend!

Such a lovely stay at the Cabin - booked really last minute and it was a perfect stay. The cabin is very cosy and comfortable, loads of little extras that I really wasn’t expecting like eggs in the fridge, biscuits, chocolate! Frankie and Jonathan kindly lit the hot tub ready for my arrival and did this the next day too (great because I’m not great at getting a fire lit!). It was lovely relaxing with the fairy lights of an evening. Walks immediately from the cabin were really great too. Frankie and Jonathan were so kind, really responsive to messages and really friendly for a quick chat. I would really love to return to the cabin again some time!

Vicky and Adam were fantastic hosts who made our stay feel personal. The cabin was stunning, clean, and peaceful. We were provided with clear instructions on how to use the log-fired hot tub and log burner, as well as information about nearby pubs and how to reach them on foot. Overall, my boyfriend and I had a lovely stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway.

What a beautiful get away for resetting from the busy London living life. Staying on the farm was incredible, I had the best time, it was the perfect get away for the weekend. The hot tub made it 10x better with stargazing at the evening sky. Such a beautiful hidden gem!

The hut was incredibly beautiful! Their is a small lake behind, gorgeous secluded surroundings and the perfect little spot for a private escape. The small homely touches like having marshmallows for the fire, cooking items, logs for fire, cool box for food and drinks, power bank for charging items, etc just make the space feel special and welcoming. I was lucky enough to meet Edward who was generous enough to explain his farming and what he does on the land. Such a truly lovely and humble fella. I would recommend this trip for anyone looking for an escape from the city where you can really be left alone. The outside bath is very hot, the fire spectacular and the cabin has plenty of power points. Points to note; You can park very nearby There is a fridge inside around half size The bed seems small but is big and comfy The seating area inside is great for dining Their are fires inside and out Nearest pub is 20 minute walk Hut is very quiet and secluded Go

We absolutely loved our stay at Sunbeam Lodge! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and well-thought-out everything was. The hot tub was the perfect place to unwind, and we made great use of the BBQ. The peaceful surroundings, along with the adorable donkeys and goats, made the experience even more special. We’re so sad to leave and already want to come back. A truly perfect getaway—highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

The only down fall is the hot tub was over chlorined and was unattainable because of this.

Anna is an amazing, friendly and welcoming host. Her cabin is nice and private but she was also happy to chat to us in the garden as our toddler loved her dog Cooper so much so we crossed paths a few times. The private garden outside the cabin is perfect for stargazing. We look forward to going back, we had a great time - thank you!

I recently stayed at this awesome wood cabin and had such a great time. The location is super peaceful, perfect for getting away from everything. The owners were really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin itself was cozy and had all the basics for a comfortable stay. I’ll definitely be booking again and highly recommend it if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay!

This is a lovely place to stay. The cabin is clean, well equipped and spacious. We all enjoyed relaxing by the wood fire. Communication with Sarissa and check-in was straightforward. We appreciated the folder full of information about the local area and things to do/places to eat.

Lovely to have the beach on the doorstep ! Found a great Indian restaurant too ! Great short stay

The cabin is what dreams are made of, it's set in such beautiful surroundings. The drive down to the cabin through the woodland is stunning and once the cabin comes into view it takes your breath away. If you are looking for total peace and quiet with only the sounds of nature and wish to get away from the rat race of everyday life then this is the perfect place. Watching the deer running through the woodlands was the icing on the cake and waking up to the sounds of the geese and ducks on the lake was just beautiful. The geese can get a bit noisy throughout the night so if you are a light sleeper I would recommend taking ear plugs. We met Bunny who popped along to feed the geese and top up the generator, he was super helpful and a delight to talk to. Fantastic relaxing stay and I would definitely return.

Lovely stay, Christopher was a fabulous host

Nice chalet in a nice location, and convenient for a wedding we were attending in nearby Benenden. Clean, warm and good value for us because the two bedrooms and fact that we could self cater our breakfast made it all up less expensive compared to two rooms in a hotel/pub/guesthouse. Our friends booked the other two chalets which was lovely as we were 3 families together and we enjoyed seeing the horses as we took our morning coffee.

Sehr schönes Haus, still gelegen, ruhig, im kleinen Bad fehlt eine Ablage und Handtuchhalter, sonst alles super.

My band stayed here after our London and Brighton shows, Cadwein was very flexible with our very late arrival and was super friendly when we met the following morning. The cabin is wonderful and super homely, was the perfect place for us and we will 100% be staying again when we're in the area!

We have stayed at Toms lodge before this time last year and again we had such a lovely relaxing time. it's so peaceful there . the lodge was spotlessly clean and Teresa goes out of her way to make us feel welcome and always about if you need her . Teresa is the best host we have ever stayed with . we feel we been to see a friend . Thank you so much Teresa hopefully see you again soon xx

Beautiful birthday weekend! The cabin is so beautiful and peaceful, Carolin went above and beyond and beautifully decorated the living room for my girlfriend's birthday. The balloons, cake and card really made us feel very special on arrival We particularly enjoying sitting out with a morning coffee on the decking and watching the wildlife! Carolin is super responsive and helpful is you have any questions. We had the most amazing time and can't wait to visit again!

I loved this little place- the indoor/outdoor living is very refreshing and the view is endlessly beautiful from the cabin. Everything is really well though through from very well prepped fire lighting material to storage and so on. Hosts kind and thoughtful. Thank you.

The kids and I had a lovely night away and particularly enjoyed the space and friendly animals on site!

Cabin was bigger than I expected and was easy to find, in a very quiet location next to a green space and not far from the beach. It is thoughtfully set up with a small kitchen facility and plenty of crockery, and I'm always grateful for fresh milk in the fridge. Breakfast was available although we didn't have much time for it. The shower was a bit tricky to work and there's not much room in the bathroom for washbags, but all was neat, clean and tidy and the choice of shower gel and toiletries was appreciated. The cabin is a short walk from the town and beach on a quiet road. Overall it was a lovely stay and I would be happy to use it again.

Lovely, cosy cabin. It felt very private and peaceful. There were 4 of us and a pup and the size was perfect.

Had a lovely stay and of course amazing hosting. Annaick showed me and my wife around the place and made sure we was all set for our stay. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you 😊
