A really enjoyable short stay here and we wish we could have stayed lonver. The flat is lovely, really well maintained, had everything we needed and so convenient for all the amenities of the Marina, plus only a short bus ride from the centre of Brighton. Thank you Mark and Vicky!

Lovely place to stay for a weekend in town. Very close to the town centre. Allocated parking space. Has everything you need to be self sufficient. Highly recommended

We stayed at George's place for a month whilst building work was done at my own flat. George was so helpful with quick responses to any questions plus very detailed instructions for check in and using the flat. The property was very clean and tidy and perfect for our stay. excellent location just off the main high street but the road itself was fairly quiet. Happy to stay again if we need to and will recommend to friends for a stay. Free parking round the corner was a big bonus and our cat enjoyed himself too!

Stayed here with my husband and kids over October half term and it was brilliant! Loved the style and comfort and was also a great location for walking everywhere we needed to. The hosts were super helpful and lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay with our group of 10. The apartment is great, well maintained and very clean. One of the beds is in a room which others on that floor will pass to get to the bathroom, but this was clearly noted in the description. James was very helpful and quick with responses. The apartment is in an outstanding location with brilliant views over the seafront and the pier. Yes it can be noisy at night and in the early morning, but you expect that if you rent a city centre location on the seafront.

This property was perfect in its location, amenities, convenience and comfort. I will definitely stay here again.

Rachael was a great host! The most attentive host I’ve had on Air BnB, maintain contact before and throughout the stay, giving us recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The place was beautiful, the type of house I’d love to live in in the future, it’s nice to stay somewhere that’s lived in rather than a hotel or a BnB set up just to make money. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for a long weekend in Hove. 5 minute walk to the promenade and 10 minutes to local high street with shops / restaurants. Apartment exactly as described with lovely private garden that would be amazing to sit out in / BBQ when the weather cooperates. Private parking a real bonus . Joanne was very helpful,friendly and responsive. We had a great time and would be happy to do a repeat visit.

Wow! We have stayed at enough places to know how great this experience truly was. All of the little extra touches absolutely made this our favorite home we have stayed in. Ever. The location is fantastic and close to everything you may need. This was our final stay in a week long visit to the UK to celebrate my son’s graduation and I couldn’t be happier with how we wrapped it up. Thank you Sarah! If we ever return to Brighton (which is such a lovely area) we will absolutely stay here again!

A lovely little apartment within walking distance of lot’s of a Brighton’s highlights! We felt right at home. Will is a pro-active and friendly host. The door of the building was painted while we were there and he made sure to let us know so we didn’t get any wet paint on our clothes. The free parking space is also great, although the steep entrance might scratch the bottom of your car like it did with us. But overall a great place to stay in Brighton!

Amazing place to stay whilst in Brighton. We came for the Brighton half marathon and the location is perfect, super close to town and the seafront. The apartment is spotless and very modern. Underfloor heating is awesome too. Can’t recommend enough. Thanks Steve and Lou 😊

Great flat located in Kemptown, a short walk from the centre of Brighton and a stones throw from the beach. Really friendly and helpful hosts. All you could want.

Such a great place to stay - absolutely loved it. I very much appreciated all the unexpected extras, fresh milk, bread, a good selection of biscuits and spreads as well as tea, coffee & chocolate. The flat really had the Wow factor. I loved the style of it too, so very interesting. The flat was so comfortable - I felt so at home in it and it even had a little garden. Lots of things to do and in a great location too. My husband visited me for a day and he loved it too. We will definitely be coming back for a longer stay. Roland & Amy were so helpful. I met Roland at the start of my stay and he filled me in on a lot of details which was really helpful. Both Roland and Amy were very responsive to any queries I had. One of the best places I have stayed in in a long while - absolutely just had everything I desired.

absolutely gorgeous apartment! even better than the pictures! was so easy to check in via the lockbox and parking outside was so useful! literally a 2min walk to the beach, a few minutes to the lanes, and like 30 seconds to lovely restaurants and shops! took our 1 year old and was absolutely spot on as not loads of cluttered ornaments for him to grab and beautiful open plan design. beautiful bay window, and gorgeous interior design! (i now want a pink kitchen🤣) fully stocked with useful amenities (cuttlery,plates,shampoo ect.) honestly never wanted to leave! would 100000% stay again! thankyou so much! 🤍

We were very pleased to find this lovely flat (which allowed our well behaved dog) to base walking distance to our son and family over the Christmas holidays. It is very well placed for a Brighton/West Sussex stay. Set back from a main road, the flat is very quiet and situated in a beautifully landscaped garden. We had a designated parking place. The public areas of the flat are stylish, well maintained and felt very safe. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve had in an Airbnb. Catherine and Nicole’s communication was excellent and friendly. They even left treats for our dog! We highly recommend this flat and would book again! Thanks Catherine and Nicole!

Had a fantastic time staying in this BnB. There was a big open living area/ kitchen and all facilities were clean. Host was really helpful and a great communicator before our stay. The pub downstairs is lively showing sports as well as darts and pool. Perfect BnB for larger groups wanting to stay in Brighton
