Really enjoyed our weekend away, great communication from the start. Quite and quirky cottage, so peaceful even though it's on a road, this wasn't a problem for us.. The hot tub was amazing.. A great extra to the weekend...☺️☺️

There aren't enough superlatives to describe The Granary. It's not just utterly beautiful, it's fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Great walks around the grounds, loved the table tennis table and the pool/hot tub were a great way to chill. The sky was so clear, every night, we sat out star gazing, trully wonderful. Thanks to Jess for all the help and recommendations etc. And to Ben, for letting us back in when I locked us out 🫣 HIGHLY recommend.

We had a great stay, the lodge was easy to find and great location in a lovely area and short walk to the train station for access to the wider area. The spa was a great addition to an overall very relaxing weekend would definitely book again and highly recommend to anyone else looking to book.

Cottage really cosy with a beautiful garden. Very modern kitchen which was very well equipped. Bathrooms also modern and clean . Bedrooms had comfortable beds and lots of storage. Hot tub was a super feature especially after a day of walking. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing break at Peter & Karen’s place. The cabin is perfect, we were so comfortable! Peter is brilliant with communication, really helpful and friendly. Everything is just like in the pictures. The place is in a great state of repair, everything works perfectly. In the kitchen there’s a fridge, a dishwasher and a full electric hob with oven. The shower is great, loved the rainfall shower. The linen all smelled gorgeous and the bed was so big and comfortable, we had the best sleep. The pillows and duvet were perfect, so comfy! The wood burner was brilliant and gave such a lovely setting! I loved sitting on our patio surrounded by the gorgeous countryside, soaking us the sun! The jacuzzi was amazing, and we really enjoyed the swimming pool too. We had a thoroughly relaxing time, great walks, really enjoyed every second of our much needed break! We would love to come back again!

We had a lovely weekend at the Piggery celebrating our engagement! It was our first time using a wood-fired hot tub and we found it very refreshing. We'd definitely recommend walking to the Cider Tap and Bolney Wine Estate - both dog friendly! Some of the kitchen utensils could do with replacing, the tin opener didn't work well and most of the knives were quite blunt, but apart from that we had a lovely time!

Stunning gardens and the pool was amazing. The accommodation was 10/10 from the huge bath to the 4K TVs, huge comfortable sofa and every inch was decorated to a high standard. Had everything we needed and felt homely and relaxing but luxurious at the same time. Best stocked kitchen we've ever stayed in. Everything was wonderful. No downside and no complaints.

This was our first experience of an Airbnb, and based on this we shall certainly use the service again. We chose this one based on the location, the facilities and the excellent reviews of the property and the host. It all lived up to our expectations and more. 1. Communication with the host was excellent from the initial booking process. 2. The location instructions were clear and access to the property was easy. 3. The property was as described, and spotlessly clean and tidy on arrival. 4. All the facilities we needed for a week’s stay were there, along with some unexpected extras. 5. The location was ideal for us. Turn right out of the drive, walk for 5 minutes, and you are on the beach. A grass promenade area running alongside was ideal for our 2 small dogs. 6. The hosts were excellent throughout, and were particularly helpful with one ‘special’ request. I would have no reservation about recommending this property, and we hope to be going back there when the opportunity arises.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean and welcoming. We went out and about but enjoyed our time relaxing inside.

Beautifully decorated cottage with a lovely relaxed aesthetic and cool poster art. Lovely and warm because of the Aga and comfy sofas and beds. Great to have the bridleway beside the cottage for walking up onto the ridge and a fabulous pub, The Bull, for evening meals just a 5 minute drive away in Ditchling.

We recently stayed at this lovely cottage from December 29th to January 1st, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! The cottage was well-maintained, super cosy, and felt like a perfect little escape. Here are some of the highlights: Location The cottage is right on the edge of the South Downs, and waking up to those fantastic views every morning was such a treat. It’s also conveniently close to Newhaven for shopping, with reliable and frequent public transport options. We rented a car for part of our stay, and while parking near the cottage can be a bit tight for larger vehicles (as the listing clearly mentions), it wasn’t a major issue for us. One of the things we loved most was the tranquillity—you could hear nothing at night, which was such a refreshing change. If you’re visiting in winter, don’t forget your boots for those beautiful South Downs walks! Lovely location, we had a wonderful mini break, Caroline was brilliant and it was pleasant surprise to have some welcoming gifts. Lots do see & do near by, we visited local villages and the coast. The garden was a wonderful place to relax.

The cottage was a real home from home. Really important for us as we had to stay for two months whilst work was being done on our house. It was warm (essential in January and February), cosy, comfortable and extremely well equipped. John and Jane were thoughtful and helpful. After a very stressful few months we were able to relax and enjoy our extended holiday.

A lovely little retreat with a fantastic secure garden for our dog. The kitchen was very well equipped with supplies and the bathroom also had ample products. Very comfortable bed! The instructions were easy on how to find it. Jon greeted and did a tour with lots of information on the local area which was great. The shower was amazing! Small kitchen/dining/lounge area but very comfortable and suited us fine for our short stay.

Flint Barn is a well-appointed home with fantastic living space and in a gorgeous setting. As others have said, it is even nicer than the photos suggest. We had a wonderful time, with some lovely walks, a great evening at the (walkable) Jolly Sportsman and we felt very comfortable in the house.

Was a lovely place and perfect for what we were looking for. Hosts were there when we needed. Such a lovely area also in easy walking distance to local bakery, restaurants and pubs.

We loved our stay, the house was exactly as described and matched or exceeded our expectations in every way. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely. The area is incredibly peaceful at night and even during the day. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We had a lovely overnight stay in The Hayloft. We were going to an event at The Knepp Estate and the accommodation is ideally located a short walk away. The Hayloft was beautifully furnished, clean and warm and Penny was very communicative to ensure our arrival was smooth. Would definitely recommend!

Logement totalement conforme à ce que nous avions vu sur l annonce. Au calme, proche de la mer. Seule remarque, les prix dans la region sont quand même très élevés et pas sûr de bien comprendre pourquoi ? Le ligement de sharon etant quand même un des moins chers.

Jenny's cottage is absolutely lovely; super comfy and warm, really close to the high street but not noisy, really really well equipped; Jenny has thought of absolutely everything you could need. Jenny gave us lots of information about the cottage and the local area before arriving, she was also very quick to reply to our messages when we sent a question before or during our stay. There is lots of reading material and maps of and about Steyning and the surrounding area. I would highly recommend Jenny's cottage; even if you have young children as we do.

We are 100% coming again and we would all recommend Beth’s beautiful cottage to everyone. Beth has been a brilliant host, quick response, flexible, friendly and gernerous. 4 of us came to the cottage together for a reunion, we opened the door and felt at home immediately, we cooked in the comprehensively equipped kitchen, realaxed in the lounge and lit the fire, sat in the sun in the garden and wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much Beth there is literally nothing you can to do improve our experience.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Marlena Kevin's Airbnb in Brighton, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The apartment is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach and close to all the vibrant shops, cafes, and restaurants that Brighton has to offer. Marlena is an exceptional host. Lovely cottage. Was perfect with outside space for children to run around, high chair and cot. Alison had even left some toys in the property which our two enjoyed playing with. Great location short drive down to beaches.
