Me and my family stayed here for my mums birthday for the weekend. It was absolutely the most perfect place to be. Beautiful, spacious and modern house. With 3 bathrooms & robes for all of us. A very generous ampunt of cookery, pots, pans, glasses for us to use, which made it easier to cook in the kitchen. Also had salt, pepper, tea and a few bits of food for us to use. We travel a lot, and this is more than any other airbnb host has given us. The Jacuzzi was the highlight of our trip, so relaxing and easy to use. The rooms were neat and the beds and beddings were so soft and comfortable, I had a great sleep here. The house had a good heating system, an easy to use oven and cooker. The location was perfect. In a quite street, but a few mins from busy areas, shopping markets, the mall, the beach, and good restaurants. The host George was also very responsive. I have so much more great things I can say about this place. I highly recommend anyone to come and experience it for yourselves.

What a fantastic house,perfect for our family gathering for an 80th birthday. The games/cinema room was amazing,our 6yr old and 11yr old loved it and playing all the old xbox games. Great for keeping kids entertained. They now want to live here! The layout of the house was great for our needs with various seating areas and entertaining spaces. The pub opposite the house was nice and did a really good Sunday carvery. Would recommend to any other family groups looking for a get away. Thanks Paul!

A really relaxing place to stay and great location for exploring this part of the country. Many great locations within easy striking distance. Sam was an excellent host and such a delight to chat with, really helpful and made the stay so relaxing. Treetops is such a unique place, very comfortable and relaxing, you feel right at home. Great to find an Airbnb that is not cluttered with crockery and gadgets and with room to store your shopping and exactly everything you need. The hot tub was excellent and we used it every night to relax. Thanks Sam, cannot recommend you highly enough.

We had a lovely stay for NYE at Ingram House! The bar area was a great space to relax in and the dining room and lounge area were also lovely. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable! Highly recommend a stay here!

A really delightful place to relax. Keith was fab. Place was wonderful. Robes for Us both and sliders to get up to the amazing hot tub. Good pub round the corner and most especially the breakfast was brought to the door and was utterly fab. Thanks Keith. Lovely all around.

Lulu and Russel were both very welcoming and accommodating during our stay. The place has everything you could possibly need and the hot tub was a great addition! The place is in a great and peaceful location with a lovely pub just up the road and only 5 mins from the beach. We would definitely recommend to others!

The Annexe was a very special place to spend the weekend, enjoyed the hotub and then sitting in front of the log burner. Tracey was a lovely host and we can highly recommend a stay if ever your visiting this beautiful part of the UK

Rachael was a great host! The most attentive host I’ve had on Air BnB, maintain contact before and throughout the stay, giving us recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The place was beautiful, the type of house I’d love to live in in the future, it’s nice to stay somewhere that’s lived in rather than a hotel or a BnB set up just to make money. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a very comfortable stay at Joe's hut. The kitchen area was well equipped, breakfast provisions very generous and set us up for all the great walks accessible right out the back gate! As it states in the listing, you can hear the road noise outside the hut but inside it was well shut out and didn't disturb us. We would recommend and return :)

A group of us stayed at Brett and Cheryl's listing for my sister's hen party and it was the perfect location (so close to the action!) and had all the amenities we needed for a fantastic weekend. Brett and Cheryl are excellent and responsive hosts and have been excellent at communicating from the word "go". Really recommended this quirky property for a weekend away!

Lovely location, we had a wonderful mini break, Caroline was brilliant and it was pleasant surprise to have some welcoming gifts. Lots do see & do near by, we visited local villages and the coast. The garden was a wonderful place to relax.

Very comfortable and welcoming. Parking easy at local car park. Library lovely as was lady in the shop . Fish and Chips very close by and very tasty. Shame about the Chinese takeaway. Cath very friendly and helpful.

We came here for my best friends Hen Do this past weekend and had a wonderful stay. The property is really lovely and beautifully decorated, a little bit smaller than the pictures but was absolutely fine as there was 12 of us. Charles and Natasha were soooo helpful and could not have done more for us before, during and after our stay. Always quick to respond and even helped resolve a left behind item. The location is perfect and only a short walk from Brighton station. Really easy to get a taxi from too as there was a taxi rank opposite - lots of shops near by. It had everything we needed including toiletries, towels and some drinks. Only a couple of small complaints which aren’t really complaints: the front gate doesn’t lock which meant we did find people in the alleyway to the apartment at night. There was a slight smell in the kitchen and no freezer which is a shame. It does get warm in the bedrooms too and could not have windows open due to music outside. Would return again!

We were three families, a total of 12 people, who stayed at Pip’s house for a week. The house is spacious, very well equipped, and perfect for larger groups. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood is nice, and we enjoyed the walk into the city center. Pip is a very friendly and experienced airbnb-host, and she responded quickly to all texts. All twelve of us will highly recommend Pip’s house!

We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.

Susie is an amazing host - we got a warm greeting on arrival, the house / local information provided was really helpful and the cottage / location were amazing. The wood burning fires were great for this time of year and there was lots to do for our son on a rainy day - ping pong, pool, and plenty of other games. The local walks are great and we would highly recommend the Rising Sun for food!! The stairs are a great feature and in keeping with the cottage but not kid friendly - so we accompanied our boy up and down the stairs. We definitely want to go back for when the pool and tennis court are open in the summer 😊

Pekes is a perfect weekend get away. Set in Sussex countryside far from the madding crowd. With facilities on the door: swimming pool and jacuzzi. We stayed at Tudor View which has stunning views and was a comfortable living space for the five of us. Thank you Pekes Team.

Really convenient location, we walked to the beach and swam in the sea several times and ate out locally. Lidl and a little Tesco very nearby for buying groceries. If you want seaside 2p machines, avoid the amusements next to the Beachlands car park and go to the ones inside Funland. The pools at the park were great; indoor heated was a little deep for smaller kids to stand in, but they particularly enjoyed the heated outdoor one and there was also an unheated paddling pool and lots of seating. Caravan was great although the door was a little sticky and the oven dial indicators required a bit of guesswork - kitchen much better equipped than many we have stayed in. It is in a great location on the park as it’s right near the entrance and main hub. The kids appreciated the PlayStation after time outside and Jonathan was really quick to respond to all queries. We’d happily stay again if returning to the area.

We hadden 4 fantastische dagen in het huisje van Caroline. De kinderen waren heel gelukkig met de chocolaatjes en zelf was ik helemaal in de wolken met alle prachtige bloemen die werkelijk overal in het huis stonden! De locatie was zalig rustig en een goeie uitvalsbasis voor een aantal daguitstappen. We sliepen als roosjes in de comfortabele bedden en werden elke ochtend wakker met het gefluit van de vogeltjes. Het aanwezige ontbijt was de kers op de taart want zo konden we rustig aankomen zonder al direct te denken aan de volgende ochtend. We raden een verblijf dan ook zeker aan! 😊

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

Wow! We absolutely loved this 3-day break. The pool exclusivity was amazing; all the facilities are brilliant and the accommodation is extremely comfy and cosy. Our sunday roast at The Gribble Inn was a real highlight. The kids loved the loft room (the stairs as advertised are steep!) and the beds were so comfortable. We are already planning our return for 2025. So impressive.

We had a lovely stay, the little house was clean, cosy and warm, everything you need, we explored the area for walks. We walked to the local pub , The Fox Inn they where very friendly the food was nice. We went to the Parrot at Forest Green for a Sunday Roast which was great. Horsham is near if you fancy a potter around the shops and pick up some bits. Guildford was 30 minutes away also another lovely day there too. Thank you we enjoyed our visit.
