We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home and hope to visit again. Rachel is a thoughtful and welcoming host. She gave us all the information we needed as well as local food recommendations. She was flexible with check in and out times which we really appreciated. The space was just as nice as in the pictures, if not better. Having a kids play room and a garden was a huge bonus travelling with a child - it was all very child friendly. The bedrooms were comfortable and the home was super clean. Rachel ensured we had everything we needed and more. The home is close to Hove beach which was lovely.

We had a lovely time. Gorgeous family house with the sweetest cat. Rooms were spacious and the kitchen was functional and had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again, thank you so much!

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

This might well be the best holiday rental I've ever been to. - It's a lovely property with an incredible garden. - It's very much "in the mix" yet very quiet. - Easy to get to Hove and Brighton town centres, and surrounding beaches. - Impeccably clean and well appointed. - Phil was an amazing host - responsive, friendly and very helpful. He went above and beyond what you'd normally expect. Faultless. Thank you, Phil.

This is a lovely old nineteenth century house, oozing charm and character. The kitchen/diner is the focal point, where we spent most of our time, a log burner making it particularly cosy in winter. There are other rooms where you can escape for a bit of peace and quiet. The kitchen has everything you need, a huge fridge/freezer with ice maker, a big cooking range with induction hob, and every appliance you can think of. Sadly the English winter limited our outdoor enjoyment, other than a log fired hot tub in which we wallowed at night, drinking champagne (a big birthday) and looking at the stars, and there’s also a wood-fired pizza oven. In better weather there’s loads to entertain children outside, in particular a trampoline. Lots of wildlife around, we startled a deer in the garden one night! The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay and wished it had been longer.

Kev & Steph has a really lovely home with a beautiful backyard garden. We appreciate the interior decor. Also love the glass sliding door and windows as there’s a lot of natural light coming in on a lovely sunny day. It is perfect for families or intimate gathering with your friends/loved ones. The whole house including the bathrooms is also very clean. It is also in a good location. Thank you for letting us stay in your nice home. We had a great weekend at Brighton.

Wonderful stay - beautiful cottage, immaculately presented and beautifully clean. So cosy and characterful. Would have been useful to have had some info further in advance as I asked for some restaurant recommendations and when the info came just the day before, sadly all the decent places recommended were booked up. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an amazing stay at Niki’s place! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was close to center of Brighton and local parks. Check-in was smooth, and the thoughtful touches like chocolate and wine were appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a fantastic experience in Brighton.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The flat was so quiet and peaceful. It was even bigger than it looked in the photos too. The bed was so comfortable, we slept like a log! The kitchen was really well equipped. We loved the area and it was walking distance to all the amenities. Would stay again.

I stayed in Alexandre‘s apartment with my ten year old son and we both fell in love with the place at first sight. The high ceilings, the old wooden floor, the furniture, the views - everything is beautiful. Alexandre’s taste is exceptionally good. The view into the backyard, which is full of trees, is totally soothing. While having breakfast, we spotted squirrels, birds and two foxes strolling around. Alexandre was very helpful and always replied within very short time. We also appreciated the area very much. There are some really good cafés - and the Asian restaurants on Preston Street are just amazing. My son said, he could „eat in this street for the rest of his life.“ I almost agreed. ;) Hope to come back one day! Thank you, Alexandre!

The flat is really nice, just across the road from the beach. It’s well located, only 5 minutes from the town center. The hosts were really helpful and gave us clear instructions about how to access the flat. We had a great time in Worthing and we totally recommend this flat and hosts!

Abi's apartment is super sweet! It is spacious and light and located in a quiet road, only 15 minutes walk to Brighton and a 5 minutes -slow- walk to the beach. I have had the loveliest long weekend there and will book again in the future.

An amazingly presented apartment with everything you need and more for the perfect stay, so kind to have milk and enough tea and coffee to make yourselves at home on arrival. Perfectly placed location to explore Brighton and then come home and relax - beds where comfortable and bathrooms provided essentials. Emily has the perfect place and is the perfect host. We had a great time in Hove. The apartment had everything that we wanted and was very centrally located. Charlotte was a pleasure to deal with and provided a very friendly and professional response when contacted. I would certainly consider booking the apartment on my return later in the year. I should also say that although we were based in the heart of Brighton/Hove, the apartment was very peaceful at night. Finally, for anyone who likes pizza, Morelli Zorelli is highly recommended and is only a short distance from the apartment.

Tim was a fantastic host, very quick to respond to any queries we had. The house itself was beautiful and just what was needed after a long day, the private parking was a big bonus for us. All together we had a brilliant stay here and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for hosting us Tim.

We loved our stay at Little Rock. The location is stunning, with so much open space and beautiful views. It truly is a special place. The house itself is huge, and well kitted out, with everything a family could need. Stuart is a wonderful host, and was always helpful and responsive. Kevin has been a five star host!. His gorgeous place is in the most perfect of coastal locations, in which to spend quality time with my dear family. The house is stunning, equipped with all the quality essentials necessary and additional small touches, to ensure our stay was so comfortable. Everyone commented on how good the beds were ! We had a lovely stay for NYE at Ingram House! The bar area was a great space to relax in and the dining room and lounge area were also lovely. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable! Highly recommend a stay here!

We stayed for three nights over half term. The photos don’t quite do this place justice - I’m not exactly an architectural connoisseur but the place is stunningly designed with bifold doors straight onto the beach and a fire with ‘floating chimney’ visible from 360 degrees in the living area. Jo was an amazing host and showed us around personally, as well as supplying a very nice welcome pack and ample firewood! Whilst being right on the beach, this always felt like a very peaceful location. We enjoyed being able to do a bit of beach combing from the door as well as walk to the nearby nature reserve. Also had a very nice day out at West Wittering which is a relatively short drive. The weather was mixed during our stay (it was February!), but this the place is equally well equipped for a bracing walk followed by time by the log fire and more sunny days. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a short break by the sea.

Not only was Lisa super helpful and friendly but the accomodation itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, well stocked and had wonderful, thoughtful additions. Will definitely be booking again
