Loved our stay at the coach house. The little details go such a long way! It was beautifully decorated with a Christmas tree and a thoughtful New Year’s card and bottle of bubbly. The house had everything you need. Great hosts, very communicative and flexible. Loved our stay! Thank you!

We had a couple of our contractors working in the area Rebekahs place was a good location for them and had everything they needed. Rebekha's communication was good and she sorted out an issue they had with hot water quickly.

Pear Tree Cottage was perfect for our extended family holiday. Able to accomodate two families with ease and all having ample room. Clean and homely, swimming pool was heated and the tennis court with ball machine was excellent. Plenty of walks around the area with the village only a 5 minute drive. If you would like peace and privacy with fantastic views then Pear Tree Cottage it is. Gardens in superb condition and looked after extremely well.

Emily was a very welcoming host and was responsive through out. Pool area is kind of a common shared area (between host's house and the airbnb house ). Although the airbnb's house had a designated private deck area for the guests. The host never used the pool area at the same time while we were using, so it was exclusively for us to use. I would surely come back again. Me and friends enjoyed our stay.

Brilliant house, perfect for what we wanted! Lots of space, pool was brilliant and the location perfect, even lucked out with the hottest day of the year :) Also love a house with some history to it along with the beautiful garden! Many thanks for letting us stay and all the helpful hints!

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

When I booked I did not realise it was Pride weekend. Great vibe in Brighton, but was relieved to be slightly outside the hustle and bustle. The apartment worked well for us. We love to play tennis and utilised the public tennis court across the road. The busses into Brighton is frequent and 24 hours. A freshly baked vegan banana bread with butter and almond milk was waiting for us on Check in and a lovely red wine. Communicating with Susan was so easy - answered within minutes. Will stay here again.

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home and hope to visit again. Rachel is a thoughtful and welcoming host. She gave us all the information we needed as well as local food recommendations. She was flexible with check in and out times which we really appreciated. The space was just as nice as in the pictures, if not better. Having a kids play room and a garden was a huge bonus travelling with a child - it was all very child friendly. The bedrooms were comfortable and the home was super clean. Rachel ensured we had everything we needed and more. The home is close to Hove beach which was lovely.

I booked this for a friends 40th as it offered a great communal space where we could all gather for food , drinks and games. The kitchen / dinner was fab and look exactly like a picture. We had a lovely welcome on arrival and communication was good throughout. We had a great time and enjoyed the space.

We had a fabulous stay at Tim and Suzanne's. The space and location was just perfect for a friend's getaway. Communication was always easy.

A group of us stayed at Brett and Cheryl's listing for my sister's hen party and it was the perfect location (so close to the action!) and had all the amenities we needed for a fantastic weekend. Brett and Cheryl are excellent and responsive hosts and have been excellent at communicating from the word "go". Really recommended this quirky property for a weekend away!

We stayed across the 2 apartments as we had a big family get together. The location was perfect for access to the beach and high street. The balcony was lovely, but unfortunately we didn't use it much as the weather wasn't great. The kitchen, living area in flat B was perfect for us all to be able to eat and relax in. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are large, and with plenty of bathrooms. Perfect for our stay.

It’s a lovely house a short drive from Brighton and an even shorter one — or about a twenty-minute a walk — from the seafront. Very hilly, not surprisingly. Damian was incredibly helpful and responsive, even setting up a Christmas tree for us. We had a lovely time over Christmas with extended family.

We loved our stay at Jane’s place in Brighton. The house was super tidy and located in a brilliant spot so close to the sea. I’d definitely consider staying here again with friends next time I have a weekend away in Brighton!

This is a fabulous place to stay. The interior design is rich in details which reflect the host's personality, and that's great fun to experience; but we also noticed how much care and and good judgement have been applied to the choices of decor and furniture, and to organising the rooms into a cosy, harmonious home which both looks good and makes you feel good. We were very happy with the location too. There were great breakfast places nearby. It was a short flat walk to Brighton when we wanted it, the train station was close by for London, local shops and bars are good, and we found the atmosphere much better in Hove (where the house is) rather than central Brighton (where we had expected we would spend more time). Also, Fred is a super host.

Nina and Alex were extremely helpful fom start to finish - from flexible check in and great instructions pre-arrival, help with parking and local advice, through suggesting migraine remedies (over and above) and flexible checkout. Helpful, jolly and available throughout :) The house is wonderful - three stories with sunny patio, many pleasant bedrooms and amazing amenities. Table tennis, table football, huge TV and all possible comforts in a beautifully designed family home. It's a five minute walk from the beach, and three minutes walk from a bank of shops, cafes and restaurants that served us well on day one before we started exploring, and of course after that you have all of Brighton and Hove to play with. Strong recommend :)

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

We had a lovely weekend and Anne-Marie was a fabulous host. Her home was clean and welcoming and the beds were amazingly comfortable. We would definitely recommend both the property and Anne-Marie. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 🙂

We booked a very last minute trip to Brighton and Gabby kindly accommodated us. She was super helpful prior to booking and allowed us to drop off our bags and park the car before check-in, which was a huge help. After a fun day on the pier we arrived back at Gabby's cottage to find milk, bread and butter waiting for us. The house was spotlessly clean and it smelled amazing - we loved the decor too, especially all the plants! We all slept soundly as the beds were so comfortable and it was really peaceful and cosy inside. The location was ideal for us and an easy walk to the seafront. Gabby was a fantastic host - very responsive, flexible and helpful. We would love to spend more time at this beautiful Airbnb and plan to return in the future.

This might well be the best holiday rental I've ever been to. - It's a lovely property with an incredible garden. - It's very much "in the mix" yet very quiet. - Easy to get to Hove and Brighton town centres, and surrounding beaches. - Impeccably clean and well appointed. - Phil was an amazing host - responsive, friendly and very helpful. He went above and beyond what you'd normally expect. Faultless. Thank you, Phil.
