Great house and a great host.

We had a couple of our contractors working in the area Rebekahs place was a good location for them and had everything they needed. Rebekha's communication was good and she sorted out an issue they had with hot water quickly.

Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

We used the house for a group of 6 walkers as it’s ideally located a 30 second walk from Seaford beach and the start of the Seaford to Eastbourne route via Seven Sisters. Also just a 5 min walk from the town Centre. The house was very clean & tidy and as described. Would definitely use again 👍

Absolutely loved our stay there. The house and gardens were lovely. Nice quiet area, easy to travel by bus to Brighton which took about 15 mins. Can't fault the place at all. Especially as traveling with my disabled son. The bedroom and bathroom for him were a massive plus and made everything so much easier. We will definitely be looking at coming back sometime!

This was a very comfortable place to stay. It was very easy to relax here at the end of the day. The kitchen is bright, spacious and well-equipped. Louise is very generous with her basic foodstuffs: teas, condiments, sauces etc. She also bought us fresh bread and milk. Louise is a great communicator. She always responded almost immediately and was always friendly and thoughtful in her messages. The rules were clear and easy to follow. The mirror in the bathroom has a switch on the right that lights it up- very nice. The shower has great water pressure. Just up the hill- less than a 2 minute walk- is a pub, the Fox on the Downs. It's a friendly, social place where we felt welcomed and met interesting people. Dobbie's Garden Center next to the racecourse- less than a 5 minute walk- has a nice cafe for breakfast and lunch and a small Waitrose grocery store inside.

Great place to stay in a lovely location. Host was very responsive and addressed any queries prior to our arrival - promptly and all the info was accurate and useful! Would strongly recommend.

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

Lovely accommodation and great location near Hove station. Spacious place and very clean and tidy. Definitely recommend anyone who wants to explore Brighton and Hove!

Amazing apartment and you couldn’t have got a better location, could see the pier from the window. Jo was a brilliant host, provided in depth instructions for check in and locating the car park, would stay again on our next visit to Brighton.

This is our third stay at Caroline’s we love staying in her home. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and feel very cosy and it’s in a great location. Communicating is very quick and easy and Caroline always goes out of her way to help in any way she can. Can’t wait to return!

Great apartment in terms of location and ease of walking to restaurants and the sea. Very pretty interior with tasteful furnishings. Clean interior and bedding was fresh. Very easy apartment to manage and maintain during our stay. Thank you.

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

Silvija’s place was lovely and roomy. Also quite cosy for a few days. Great spot between the beach and the lanes. Would love to stay again!

A great stay; everything like the photos. Clean and the apartment had everything we needed for our weekend away.. Lovely to be able to walk and leave the car sometimes too! Lots of villages within a short drive as well. Very clear instructions to access the property.

We had a lovely if too short a stay at Jaclyns's appartment. It's a perfect spot to explore Brighton and Hove but also a lovely spot to just relax and not do too much at all

We felt so at home in the flat. It's very well laid out, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Mark was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely go back.

Stayed while recovering from a surgical operation, so wasn't quite out-and-about but more than lovely for resting for a week. Particularly handy to have separate rooms and hand rails in the bath/shower. It's an older house, you'll get noise from neighbours, but it's solid, well-maintained, very well-located, and absolutely worth it over the hotels that come at the same or higher cost.

A lovely place in seven dials, so close to everytging you need. Alans place was really cosy and had everything we needed to feel at home! A great find and would definitely stay again 😊

Wow! We have stayed at enough places to know how great this experience truly was. All of the little extra touches absolutely made this our favorite home we have stayed in. Ever. The location is fantastic and close to everything you may need. This was our final stay in a week long visit to the UK to celebrate my son’s graduation and I couldn’t be happier with how we wrapped it up. Thank you Sarah! If we ever return to Brighton (which is such a lovely area) we will absolutely stay here again!

Wow, das Penthouse in Embassy Court ist wirklich klasse - Modernistische Architektur direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf Strand, Meer, Pier und Stadt. Es ist sicher DER Ort in Brighton, an dem sich Geschichte, Form, Funktion und Lage perfekt treffen. Und Stephen und James sind super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Lage, sondern auch der hervorragenden Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Danke!

Philip’s apartment was the ideal location for exploring not only quirky Kemp Town but Brighton as well. Spotlessly clean with a beautifully equipped kitchen and a very thoughtful welcome pack, I’d highly recommend this wee gem. Rosie
