This was a lovely, very comfortable place to stay. Leigh was very bright, cheerful, kind and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and I was made to feel at home and made very welcome. A perfect host and a perfect place to stay. It is close to the sea and lots of cafes and restaurants. There is also a good bus service to Brighton town centre. Best place to stay.

A lovely little flat right in the middle of the laines. We had a great stay. The flat is gorgeous and the hosts were very accommodating with some really nice treats left for us. The ladies at the Flower Pot were also super friendly and helpful: thank you so much!

We had an amazing stay at Aziz’s place in brighton. He is a lovely host and we felt right at home. The house is walking distance from the beach with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. You won’t be disappointed with the stay.

Great apartment in terms of location and ease of walking to restaurants and the sea. Very pretty interior with tasteful furnishings. Clean interior and bedding was fresh. Very easy apartment to manage and maintain during our stay. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay. The flat was in a fantastic location a short walk to the beach and to local cafes, restaurants and pub. Inside was very clean and comfortable, light and airy with everything that we needed. We hope to be able to return.

We had a lovely long-weekend stay at Jodie’s along with our family, including grandchildren. The house was spacious, very well equipped and comfortable. Our two year old grandson was thrilled with the array of toys: so much so that he wasn’t too keen to go out! But venture out we did - walks along the sea front and into the surrounding countryside, and then cosy evenings back at the house in front of a log fire. Perfect way to spend family time.

What an amazing find Barn Croft is! Rodmell is so pretty in the early summer - and we we were able to go on so many different walks right from the front door We got an amazing welcome hamper from Ali & Tim and felt at home straight away - they also checked in on us during the stay, which was kind. This eco home feels very cosy with lots of wood and natural fibres everywhere - just like the pics. The beds were comfy, the only sound was birdsong and everything was clean and user friendly as expected. The house manual was a great help and also suggested lots of cool places to explore. Angel the cat is very sweet - she needs feeding quite a bit, but there were plenty of instructions on her likes and dislikes. We found it was best to top up her food before bedtime. All I all we had such a restful time in the corner of Sussex and would love to come here again sometime.

Jason and Lyn could not have been more accommodating, from start to finish. They were so responsive from the initial enquiry, then allowed us to extend our stay by one night, then remained helpful throughout our stay and afterwards. Any queries we had during our stay were very quickly resolved, they even dropped off a hairdryer to the door within 10 minutes of us asking!! The house is spacious and homely and the garden would be lovely in warmer weather. Our kids loved the toy room! We stayed for 4 nights over Christmas and they went to a lot of effort decorating the whole house, from the Christmas tree, to providing candles and crackers/ napkins for the dinner table, to beautiful fairy lights outside and even Christmas shower gel. The only slight issue for us was that the bedrooms although comfortable are all quite light, fine for adults but a bit tricky with young children that need blackout - maybe bring blackout blinds if you need.

Lovely welcoming hosts and very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Would definitely return. Bus into Brighton and Hove is super convenient, basically on the doorstep.

Perfect, nice big house, lovely area, good view, close to the main roads for visiting other local areas. Close enough to Birmingham for a quick drive in.

Amazing location so accessible by train to car. Hot tub was amazing ! And place was spotless. Perfect for couples and private. 5/5 on all corners. Only caveat was that it’s very cold only 2 heaters in the whole place. And no heating turned on on the arrival. Thermostat was set to above 24 degrees but as there is only 2 small radiators it took approx 4-5 hours to get warm. Unfortunately it was very cold leaving the hotub trying to get warm again. Can imagine this isn’t a problem at all in spring or summer. Would 100% recommend and stay again !

Perfect place to stay for a work trip. Ziggy was responsive, friendly and flexible. The bed was comfortable and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Would happily stay again and recommend this place to others.

Hayley has been an amazing host from start to finish with great communication and very helpful. Hayley’s place is a little gem! Very cosy and homely in a really convenient location.

Janet was very helpfully responsive and flexible with the time I could check-in. She was friendly and shared a lovely area of her flat which was a bright lounge area leading to a terrace that had a view of the sea and the Pavilion. I would happily stay there again when visiting Brighton. Thank you, Viv

Me and my partner had a lovely night away. Easy parking right opposite and a short walk into the town for dinner! The hot tub was lovely to relax in the evening! Josh was amazing with communication and extremely helpful with anything we needed.

Ryan’s place was just what we were looking for. Apartment is very clean & modern, with a lift & private parking, would definitely recommend Ryan’s apartment if you’re in the area.
