We recently stayed at Joanne’s home in the Brighton Hove area. We were an extended family with 7 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room for everyone with large bedrooms and comfortable beds. A wonderful Kitchin area with plenty of room to gather. The most amazing doors that open out to a beautiful and private yard. The home was a short walk to the beach, or to the bus (very reliable and comes often) to get to town. There is a tesco nearby as well as cafes for a morning coffee and bakery treat. The only item to be aware of is that the stairs are a bit steep so if you have accessibility issues, this might not be the right fit. Overall, we would highly recommend this property and certainly rent again. Thank you Joanne! Beth

My friends and I had the most incredible time staying in Brighton thanks to this amazing accommodation ❤️ with it being metres away from the sea front we caught some beautiful sunrises and sunsets, enjoyed all the local restaurants and had the best time seeing friends! The home was beautiful, so much space, so many kitchen facilities, beautiful main bathroom, comfy beds and even a surprise terrace ❤️ not a single fault! Thank you Dawn.

Stayed here with my Wife and Son (18 months) for 1 week and was very happy with our stay. The house is a good size and location was ideal. Graham was a very accommodating host and answered any questions we had very quickly, despite being on holiday at the time (sorry Graham). Sad we did not get to use the rear patio due to cold/wet weather but looks like a lovely spot to spend your time in the warmer months. Great stay. Will definitely be back!

A wonderful stay at Candybox for my hen do! Perfect accommodation for a hen/stag. Everyone loved the quirks of the accommodation. Marina provided a really comprehensive email with instructions and recommendations when I first booked and was extremely responsive to any of my queries. The location is amazing - very walkable! I would definitely stay again!

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und authentische Gastgeberin, die sich um die Gäste und deren Wohlergehen kümmert. Stetig erreichbar über email und Telefon. Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit Wohlfühleffekt. Das habe ich von einem alten englischen Haus erwartet. Viel Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Die Umgebung ist perfekt, das Meer direkt vor der Tür. Trubel am Palace Pier und ganz viele Shops und pubs etc. fußläufig erreichbar. Ganz tolle Unterkunft für 8 Tage oder mehr. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht ins Hotel möchte.

We had a wonderful stay for a friends Hen. The perfect location for being in the middle of Brighton and a lovely house. Hosts were always responsive and messaging to check up on how we were finding the stay. I would highly recommend this property for a group weekend away in Brighton!

A perfect place to stay in the centre of town. Amazing hosts with great communication. Place was easy to find and truly spotless. Would highly recommend.

Lovely house in a great spot close to the sea. Warm, cosy and fine for a small family. 10 min walk into Goring, 20 min walk into Worthing. Christopher was very helpful, Gave us a call to make sure everything was ok with the house. Parking for one vehicle, additional parking not too far away. Would definately stay again.

What a fabulous home in a great location. On the doorstep to the bars, restaurants and shops in Lewes. Very quick walk to the train station from which the south coast was accessible. And the facilities were superb. A warm, comfortable well equipped house which was a delight to come back to each evening.

Stayed at Evrim’s place for the Brighton half marathon. It was in the perfect location, short walk from train station, beach, shops and restaurants. House was very clean and spacious and the arcade game a great addition. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us.

Roz was kind and helpful. She told us of events in the area and provided us with helpful information. The kitchen was stocked with treats and snacks on arrival. We had eight people stay and the house accommodated us all nicely.

We had a great stay at Chris's property, the house is really spacious and very clean with a well-equipped kitchen worked well for our group of 8 adults and 2 kids. Chris responded really quickly to our questions with the few queries we had before and during our stay. One thing to highlight-it could be clearer before booking that the garden, although included in the listing photos, is strictly off limits.

Helena’s place is great - a great house with lots of room and good amenities. Steps away from Waitrose and Lewes High Street meant that this was an extremely convenient place to stay for all members of our group. Thank you!

Great location, very close to the train station and the Lanes. The beach is a 10–15 minute walk, but the walk is very nice because you can go through the Lanes, which is full of cool local stores and places to eat or have a coffee. There are lots of pubs nearby, and a 24/7 convenience store just outside the building. At first, we didn’t know how to turn on the heating, but we sent a message to the owner, and he explained - there were instructions on how to turn it on, but all the radiators were turned off. Everything else in the house was great and clean. There is a nice terrace with a view where you can smoke or have a coffee.

Great location. We didn’t use the car once which is the sign of a good break. We managed to find a parking space less than 1 minute walk away which was ideal. House was lovely. Beds comfy and felt like home after a few days. Loved all the houseplants too. We didn’t use the garden or balcony as it was cold but would be great in warmer months. Pumpkin was well behaved too. The house is well located with easy access to the seafront and town centre. Clean, tidy, nice decor and well equipped with plenty of plates, mugs, glasses etc.. We were a group of 6 friends, stayed 2 nights and it was great. Those sleeping in the front bedrooms did find it a bit noisy at nighttime so light sleepers might want earplugs. Excellent fish and chips from Bankers, virtually opposite the house. Would definitely recommend

We had a lovely weekend in this Brighton town house. The place was exactly as pictured, lots of room, nice decor and spotless. Faye was prompt in sending over all information and checking we were settled in ok. Perfect spot to stay in Brighton, in walking distance to the centre and right near the sea front. We had a lovely weekend away staying here. The house was very clean and tidy and it was a very easy commute into central Brighton. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a stay just outside Brighton.

This felt like complete indulgence, beautifully decorated, thoughtfully equipped and super stylish. Loved the seating options and the social dining/living space with lovely welcome treats. Would have liked to dip into some of the interesting books and games but was too busy enjoying the local area! Walked to my course in town, it was a short walk to the beach and also enjoyed local restaurants. So good to have a safe space for the car and to then be able to leave it and walk everywhere. Beds were incredibly comfortable. I felt both rested and invigorated on leaving. Would love to come back with my sons and explore more.

We had a brilliant hen weekend staying at the Brighton Belle. 13 of us stayed with ease and we didn’t find having only 2 showers a problem. Great entertaining space. Close to train station and sainsburys is just a few doors down. Would recommend for any large group.
