Loved my stay. Perfect for purpose little idyllic spot. I’m a fan of tiny homes and this is a very similar size accomodation. The bed was really comfy and the bedding was pristine. Kitchen is a little dated but completely functional and Jennine has thought of everything her guests may need. The bathroom is beautiful and modern with decent water pressure allowing for a nice shot shower. The bath and the garden were amazing. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to use the bath as I had a lot of work to do during my stay. I did feel a little vulnerable sleeping beneath that huge Manna Gum tree but I did know that was going to be the case prior to my booking. But I could never have predicted the spectacular storm and power cut and sleeping under that tree! I must admin to being a bit worried about it. Jennine was proactive, and she messaged me where to find emergency candles. Couldn’t have asked for a more accomodating owner. Very happy I chose this peaceful place. Thank you Jennine.

Barbara is a wonderful and caring host with a genuine interest in pthers. The accommodation is set in a beautiful garden and has a lovely cottagey feel. It is in a great location near public transport and a great array of shops. It is also lovely to be able to walk to the beach. Could not have been happier.

One of our favourite places we’ve stayed in. Really well equiped kitchen, lots of books and games. Great place to stay. Anthony was really helpful with our lack of technological nous !

Host was responsive and proactive, keen to give guests a positive experience. House is well located, walkable distance to shops and restaurants and the beach. Thanks for having me! Will definitely visit again.

A beautiful guest house overlooking a gorgeous pool & garden. The homemade lemon cupcakes, fresh bread, chocolate & homemade strawberry jam on arrival were a lovely touch. The amenities were excellent - we loved the bone china teacups + saucer, multitude of tea + coffee options, and luxurious bed linen. Our host Peter was very friendly and responsive to our messages. The checkin & checkout process was simple & efficient. A very pleasant spot for a weekend getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Rose's! Was a perfect guest house to get ready for our wedding, with peaceful surroundings and a lush garden. House was clean and spacious, highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! Fitzroy is our favorite neighborhood and the location made it easy to get to all of the shops and restaurants while being far enough away for some peace and quiet. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Location, location, location. Literally just behind the Espy and a short stroll to Palais theatre. Clean and tidy and very comfy bed.

We had an amazing stay. It was outstanding accommodation with everything you needed to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. An awesome location just minutes walk to the beach and a trendy neighborhood with great cafes and supermarkets. The property was clean, comfortable with great a/c. Flower was an amazing host. Sam's place was perfect for our family. We needed something close to the main Hwy that would accommodate a family of 5. The kids thought it was awesome being in a 2 story, and there was an awesome little surprise for the kids under the stairs 🤗 We were in walking distance to the supermarket, which was perfect as we checked in late-ish and needed food for dinner and breakfast. Overall, a great spot for us to stay on a long trip home.

Loved our stay at Lisa's property! Lisa was always responsive and happy to help, even when we had to request the sofa bed on short notice. The property is well thought-out, down to the small details like being able to easily access charging points and light switches. Despite backing onto the train lines, only a very small amount of train noise can be heard and never once bothered us. We would 100% stay with Lisa again!

Michael was an exceptional host during our stay and helped us with any questions we had. The studio apartment was walkable to local cafes and restaurants and the local Aldi just up the hill. We also were able to walk to the Flemington racecourse in around 20 minutes which was the top reason for choosing this location. The apartment was clean and tidy and had all necessary amenities for our stay. Very easy check in process and Michael was very easy to reach any time we had to reach out. Would love to stay here next time we are in town!

Very well equipped kitchen. Bathroom very tidy. Comfortable bed. Spacious place. All good! By car within 25min in Center of Melbourne. Parking at accommodation was very easy - lots of space in the side roads. Nice and quiet surrounding and a picturesque river walk. Can recommend it! :)

Property was as described, clean and tidy. It was a nice cosy stay. However the only recommendation I can make to Nerida is to have a washing machine and a dryer available for convenience 😊😊 It was a pleasant stay and met our needs for the week we were there. Highly recommend to others looking for a place to stay.

Great little place and I really had a lovely peaceful time here. Was able to have some me time, while also spending a lot of time with my family who live near. Walking distance from a supermarket, gym, the beach front, Altona train stop - super easy to get around - would definitely stay here again!

A truly outstanding Airbnb experience!! The space was a clean, bright, and comfortable—close to transportation, cafes, and more. Tessa and David were also such hospitable hosts, including sharing some amazing items from their garden. 10/10 would recommend!!

Ange‘s guestroom was the perfect location for me and right smack in front of the tram stop 96 which took me into the city , visiting the South Melbourne and Queen Victoria markets and also St Kilda beach at the end stop . There are quality cafes within walking distance , beautiful walks along the Merri creek and the CERES and parks. Her guestroom was private separate from the Main building . Ange was very responsive to a few issues with cleanliness that I encountered on the day that I arrived and also with the cleaning company on the day that I left, but she resolved it immediately.

The place was just what I needed. Clean, comfortable place in an accessible, convenient location.

What a find! Great for a solo traveller. Private space looking out onto shared garden, loved the sun streaming in through all the windows each morning. Everything you need and easy access to public transport. Also close to parks and nice cafes and shops, good pub on the corner. Denise was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again. Thankyou

It’s a 2bed house with air conditioning. Good for a couple or family to stay. Bus stop is walkable distance. And Brayhead shopping centre is near by, 15-20mins walk. Garden could be cleaned properly and lots of shredded leaf and tree shred around the house. Parking is there for free which is good. All required utensils available at property. I used Washing machine and working well. Extra fans available in both bed rooms. I spend my evening by Netflix and chill. So, totally it’s a good place for affordable entertainment.

Bronte was an excellent host. Super friendly and accommodating. The place is a perfect little self contained space. Spotlessly clean and some lovey little touches. The park across the road was lovely for a walk and a play on the playground.
