Perfect stay for Australia Day weekend. House is the perfect size for two families with plenty of room. Would love to come back in winter to use the fire place inside. Thanks for a fantastic house Lindy!

Absolutely amazing to be right on the water, watching the tide come in & go out, seeing boats & yachts passing by. Peaceful, bushy surrounds blissfully listening to bird life. Clean & comfortable furnishings, & has everything needed (& more) in the kitchen & other living areas both inside & out. Peter & Raisa were communicative, helpful, responsive & lovely hosts. It was great to get out & explore the island with lots of hidden gems, fishing spots, & friendly locals. Catching mud crabs was a bonus with the supplied crab pots. Yum! Great house & location, would definitely stay again & recommend to others.

The true example of fantastic airbnb hosts! The accommodation was impeccable. The communication was next level. We would 1000% recommend booking this place! We thoroughly enjoyed our extended weekend and returned home feeling super relaxed.

Super convenient location right near the ferry terminal, nicely appointed home with comfortable furniture and all the necessary amenities. Hammock on the balcony is a super nice touch!

Steve was a fantastic host, from recommendations for coffee to fixing a gate as he knew our family dog was attending, Steve made my dad's 70th a fantastic experience for all who were able to attend. The property is lovely and the location is idyllic. I would highly recommend for groups that want somewhere that has the room to spread out with the. functionality to all come together (massive living areas, patios and an extendable dining table, for example).

The place was exactly as described online if not better! The place was squeeky-clean with no clutter. All cupboards were stocked with useful items to make your stay easier and more comfortable. Plenty of things to keep you entertained from books to board games to outdoor games. And very dog friendly your pup will be most comfortable and safe. The host was fantastic from the time we booked to the time we checked out. Very friendly and made us most welcome. Overall Capricorn Dancer and the service they provide is an absolute gem on Bribie !! Thank you again! Ten out of ten!!

Our stay at Karen's home met with our entire expection from check in to check out. Karen went out of her way to welcome us into the home and was very flexible with her check in procedures, ensuring we could relocate with a minimum of fuss. Throughout our stay, she was easily contactable, but at the same time did not bother us unnecessarily, which we really appreciated. When a small problem did arise, she was quick to respond and between herself and her partner Dan, we were quickly sorted and on with our lives. At check out, her expectations were few and very reasonable, making that process as painless as the initial check in. The location of her home is ideal for a range of activities, especially dog walking and was only a couple of minutes walk to the local shopping centre. As normal residents of Bribie Island, we were able to maintain our normal routines with very little disruption. All in all, it was an excellent stay and one we are delighted to have enjoyed.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful canal home over Christmas! The sparkling pool and canal access were a highlight. Very spacious and comfortable for families with children. We brought our doggo also, which was so good. The host was very responsive and helpful when we needed. Highly recommend.

Lisa is an excellent host, and would recommend her and this property to other Guests. The property itself would happily support the 12 Guests advertised with a number of living/entertainment areas together with Pool Table and Swimming Pool.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The aspect from the pool, and the pool itself was an absolute highlight, being beautifully clean, lovely lack of chlorine. I swam multiple times a day. Overall the house was very comfortable with a lovely deck, the green and quiet surroundings and a comfortable beds. The ceiling fans and aircon kept any excessive heat from being unpleasant. We would LOVE to stay here again. Thanks to Kirsty for providing such a wonderful stay.

The home is beautiful I say home because thats what it felt like but really well appointed. Bedding excellent so comfortable. Host Slav very responsive even when we called Sunday morning not knowing how to use stove even with manual. Bit of a digital home eg lights and fans but didnt take long to work out. Pool smaller than photos but big enough and deep. We needed nothing, inside or out, everything provided like lush towels and well stocked pantry of herbs spices oils and most importantly coffee icluding machine and all cooking and utensil paraphernalia you need. Wifi, all streaming services on tv, wifi. Cold water direct from fridge! Board games and recipe books. Kayaks and fishing rods! Close to beach. There is so much to discover in the area. Being dog friendly - huge bonus and property is well secured. We had 3 dogs which we were upfront about, wasnt a problem. Only wish we could have stayed longer. So much to explore in the area. The house is definitely more than acceptable.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We stayed over Christmas with the family and the place was perfect for both kids and adults. We didn’t even feel the need to leave as we had the canal and pool, with the house having lots of areas for us all to hang out. Thank you for such a lovely place Lyn.

Our family had a wonderful visit at Katja's beautiful place. The house was spotless, beautifully presented and equipped with everything we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Katja was a lovely host and provided lots of great information about local attractions and activities to make the most of our stay. We would love to visit again some day!

fantastic spot lovely home very quiet but still only a few minutes' drive to shops

Helen was a fantastic host and Helen’s house is amazing. We had a group of nine, five kids, and everyone loved it - so much so we’re already looking at dates we can come back.

‘The Donnybrook Retreat’ was an absolute pleasure to stay in. Very thoughtfully appointed and a peaceful, relaxing location. Thank you to Kylie for making our weekend away easy and calm.

Our family stayed at Mark's place whilst attending a family wedding. We had a bit of a medical emergency and Mark and Danae were super helpful and supportive.
