The house was perfect for our large group with a lot of beds and space! It was very spacious and in a great location- about a 15 minute drive from downtown. The yard had a ton of space as well.

Excellent unit with great view of the harbor. The unit and the inn itself is very clean and smells very fresh. The rooftop deck gives an amazing view of the sunset over the harbor. There is adequate/free parking at the inn as well as at the sister resort across the street. Walking distance from great restaurants and shopping complexes. Gary was quickly responsive to all my questions and provided excellent details for check ins etc. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

Our family group which included 3 generations were all very pleased with this lovely older home. With 13 total we had plenty of room to gather both inside and out. The pool table and hot tub were fun to play and occupy when at home. With 4 full baths there was no waiting in line. Everyone enjoyed the super comfortable bedding. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and seating. Views of the bay, the many boats and lots of local fishing. Even in the rain we were easily amused. So much to do and see in Newport. Especially enjoyed the elephant migration along the cliff walk. Chris was a great host. We had few questions and no real concerns. He answered texts very quickly. We would highly recommend this home and host to any large group or family.

We had a great stay at Gary’s place! The resort pool/grounds are under construction but Gary let us know ahead of time and it didn’t have a negative impact on our trip. Our kids were still able to use the pool, and we were within walking distance of tons of shops and restaurants. The room was clean and modern. Everyone we encountered was friendly. Would highly recommend!

Great location! The condo is exactly as shown on the photos. It was comfortable and clean, very well located to all the shops and restaurants. It has nice amenities as outdoor pools (2), fire pit, bbq grills, game room and arts and craft room for the kids. Paul was prompt with his responses. Highly recommended!

Stayed at this home with a group of 10 for a Bachelorette weekend. Gorgeous home, spacious and great open concept. Very clean and exactly as pictured. Perfect location. The host Nancy was super nice, welcoming and helpful. Would recommend staying here and hope to again in the future either here or one of her other rental properties!

We felt right at home the moment we arrived. The hotel is located in a near-perfect spot, everything walkable and accessible virtually right from the front door. The hosts also sent out texts before closing just to make sure we’d be all set for the night. It was a really great stay, definitely coming back whenever I find myself in Rhode Island again!

Driftwood cottage is a beautiful place to stay. The views are stunning and the location is very peaceful. It was wonderful to experience both the serenity of the cottage and the excitement of Newport (a pleasant 35 minute drive). The place was very clean and cozy. I hope to come back soon!

I stayed in Shannon's beautiful townhouse for a bachelorette weekend with 7 other women. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. Shannon was even kind enough to leave us a note and celebratory bottle of wine. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We can't wait to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the amazing roof deck!

Brennans place was excellent, truly I don’t think you can find a better location in the city. Super walkable, spectacular view from the roof and if you have a dog plenty of parks and green space around. Marco’s sandwich shop is right beside Brennans place and is a reallly good option for breakfast or lunch. Brennan was super friendly and a great host.

Lovely trip to Newport. Location of this house is perfect. Everything was clean and nice and super super easy communication. We forgot some small items and the hosts went above and beyond to mail them back to us.Great stay.

Absolutely LOVE staying at Anna’s home that she graciously shares! Her home is like coming to your favorite aunts house while she is out of town and you just get to chill out and enjoy the area!! Quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to what I’ll call the “mall area” that has everything usually around a mall. Definitely check out The Head Landing Country Store for their coffee and DELICIOUS home baked goodies!!!

We had a lovely girls weekend at Sara’s house! It was an absolutely perfect location, easy to get to Newport and the beach/cliff walk. The house comfortably slept our larger party. I would highly recommend staying here!

We can’t say enough about Amy’s place. It was a peaceful home with a beautiful in the ground pool surrounded by amazing gardens. Amy is a very responsive host. We will be back!

My family had a great weekend at Kristin’s house. I love this Beautiful, clean, well maintained property. The fire pit is great for marshmallow. We did not get to use the lovely pool because it got really cold at night. Bonus: filtered water from fridge, blinds + curtain, skylight in bathroom.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with the feel of home or bed and breakfast. Clark and Galen have put a lot of love and thought into the setup. We enjoyed the available continental breakfast and kitchenette area, as well as the clean pool and hammock surrounded by a beautiful garden. The hosts were very attentive and available from start to finish.

We stayed for Folkfest. Close to the ferry to Fort Adams, walkable to many restaurants and bars. Andrew was a very responsive host. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Andrew!
