Bradley has to be the most gracious host we've ever rented from. The place is so homey and clean. He adds a few extra touches that most hosts don't think about. When we arrived there were pastries, fruit, and snacks displayed beautifully in the kitchen. The refrigerator had essentials for morning coffee and many extras. We have found with some hosts there is nothing in the fridge and the cabinets are bare. As a result, stays are filled with running to the store to buy things. Not with Bradley! Thank you very much for that. It made our stay absolutely relaxing.

Marlayna’s apartment was absolutely perfect! It was spacious, cozy, and in an ideal location. She thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable, and her flexibility and understanding were so appreciated when we had an unexpected illness in the family. Thank you for a wonderful stay – we can’t wait to visit again!

Bethany's place was just what we needed. We were in Rhode Island to do phase one of a move in for my son and Bethany's home offered a quiet and peaceful retreat at night after a couple busy days. We arrived to air conditioning on and cold waters and watermelon in the refrigerator - perfect for a hot summer day! This was our first time staying in Barrington and we loved the beautiful surroundings. Bethany's home is close to the bike/walking path, a great feature! We look forward to our next trip to Rhode Island!

The place was so spacious for our group of friends for a weekend away! It was very well kept and we had an amazing stay!

I stayed here with my 3 young kids for a week while my husband finished up Officer Development School. The place itself was everything we needed and nothing we didn’t! It was even stocked with kitchen essentials (coffee!!) and some cleaning/laundry supplies. My kids loved the room with all the beds, and slept much better than they do at home. The area had so much to do to keep them busy and was all walkable! They couldn’t wait to get out and explore every morning down to the water, through the town, or to the playground. It was also not a bad drive over to visit my husband at the base in Newport. Mitchell was very informative prior to the stay, and though we didn’t have any issues, was ready to help! 10/10 recommend this little gem for your stay in Bristol!

Comfortable, priced right for the 3 of us. Convenient location. Plently of places to eat but easy to bake and have food at the house too!

great location, the walking trail is 2 blocks away at the waterside. The kitchen is well stocked and all the air conditioners worked. Nice attention to detail, the beds are very nice, a little more on the soft side. The yard and gardens are lovely- we would certainly stay again. thank you Laura and Christopher!

Husband and I were seeking a quiet weekend with a view of the water. Kayla’s home was exactly what we needed. It’s very comfortable, immaculately clean, and so quiet. We loved watching the geese and swans in the bay. Kayla is an excellent communicator. We will definitely be back.

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

A lovely, completely updated, immaculately clean home! Mark and Mattie are wonderful to work with and even arranged for good weather for our son's wedding!

Unbeatable location, you can walk to everything Bristol from this house (and we did). House is immaculate with new furniture, all comfortable and in great shape. Room sizes are perfect. Beautiful renovated full bath. Great kitchen. Easy parking. Will def go back!!!

This is a great house! We had more than enough space for the 3 generations of our family. It was wonderful to have the split bedrooms (2 on each side of the house), the two living rooms AND the basement so people could have their space or come together. There were so many toys for the kids, plus great spots for hide and seek! The beach was a short walk away through a very walkable neighborhood. The house was super well stocked in every room (even really nice body wash, shampoo, and great toilet paper!) Leonard was very quick at replying when we had any issues. Barrington was a fun town and there were lots of kid friendly adventures in the providence area despite the freezing weather. We had a wonderful time and are so thankful to Leonard to sharing his space with us!

Wonderful place! Very attractive, super clean, very easy to get into, walk everywhere. The kitchen is so well stocked, coffee, spices all the things needed. Comfortable communal area and beds. It was really nice for 2 couples having 2BR and 2full BR upstairs. We hope to be back.Thank you Shannon for a great stay!

We stayed the week after Labor Day, when everything shuts down for the season. That was the perfect time to be there for us because we wanted a quiet place away. It would NOT be quiet during peak season, but you couldn't find a better location to walk over to Scarborough Beach. The deck was our favorite part: the view, lounge chairs, the wall making it somewhat private to the street. We were not there in the heat of the summer, so we didn't use the window AC unit. The ceiling fan in the main room, and ocean breezes, kept things very comfortable. Not sure how the AC would work in heat, it's in the middle of the space, but in the hallway connecting the bedroom to the front room. Things to be aware of: the view comes from the 2nd floor, so you will have to go up a flight of stairs to a platform to the 3 units. The bedroom is above the main door, so you will hear people going in and out. The unit very spacious. Bright, comfortable, beautiful sunrises.

This property was the perfect size for my husband and me. Very clean and had all the basics needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The location was amazing - steps from Thames Street. Troy was extremely responsive, especially when I left a few items behind and had to coordinate with him to get them back.

Katherine was very responsive during our stay - we had an issue with the smoke detector and she sent someone right out. We had a girls weekend here (spa is right across the street and restaurants are walkable) and it was great!

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.

Mark was a great host. The cozy cottage was next to the ocean and there's a beach in walking distance. The cottage itself had the rustic charm I remember from the trips we made to the coast when I was a kid in the seventies.

Phil’s place is lovely. It gives a quaint fishingman’s home feel with modern appliances and a neat finish. It’s right in the middle of downtown New Bedford. My family came in from out of town and it perfectly fit my parents and grandma. I had the unfortunate experience of my other Airbnb canceling last minute and Phil’s place was available. I’m so grateful that Phil’s Airbnb was open and in a perfect location with gorgeous amenities. Thanks Phil!
