Excellent unit with great view of the harbor. The unit and the inn itself is very clean and smells very fresh. The rooftop deck gives an amazing view of the sunset over the harbor. There is adequate/free parking at the inn as well as at the sister resort across the street. Walking distance from great restaurants and shopping complexes. Gary was quickly responsive to all my questions and provided excellent details for check ins etc. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

Robertas’s property was incredible. It’s everything you need and more. From the back deck, to the pool/hot tub, and of course the beautiful dock on the river. She was very communicative throughout the process and was helpful in any question I had. I would recommend everybody to check this spot out, you won’t regret it

We had a problem at check-in which was no fault of Paul’s. I reached out and he immediately got back to me. He straightened everything out and made it right very quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a great Newport experience.

Brian was a great host, he was flexible and quick to respond. The home was nice and comfortable. There was a small issue with one of the bathrooms but no big deal. I brought to his attention just for awareness and he was apologetic. We enjoyed the home. I cook alot and the kitchen had what i needed except for things to use in oven and kitchen towels but otherwise well stocked. Great stay

My group of 4 adults and 2 small dogs felt very comfortable in this spacious apartment. The two flights of stairs and raised claw foot tub/shower can be difficult for those with mobility issues. Otherwise, the space had everything we needed and was in a good location.

Joseph was a wonderful host . Very responsive and friendly, helpful. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood overlooking the water with a beautiful reflection of the sunrise and a beautiful sunset. Small private beach . Nice coffee and cheese shop two miles away with a few fabulous shops. We were there to relax and that's exactly what we did !! Thank you Joseph

The Sea Glass Cottage was clean, had amazing views, organized, had everything we needed, and was located on what appeared to be the best part of the island. It was one of the few places where the home patio facing the water without a street obstruction. The decoration and amenities were in perfect condition, and decor was so cute and cozy. It was clearly thought through by a home decor professional. Great place for a couples getaway...coffee on the patio at sunrise, walks around historic farms and nature reserves, crabbing at the dedicated beach to the home and sunset walks on the sandy beach just a short drive away. Emily was so responsive to our questions especially since this was our first time to Air B&B...may have been too numerous. She was a delightful host.

Van's place was just as described. Looking forward to staying again when we can bring our dog. As others have said some things are dated but most of the houses we have stayed in around Providence are the same. Great location for walking to Brown to visit our daughter, even in the cold of winter. We also discovered new walkable shops on Elmgrove including Knead Doughnuts! Great to have the off street parking.

Two weeks, no issues. The nabe is quite serene. Owners next door, just in case, though. Big home and very clean. Lots of plates, glasses, utensils. We recommend this home without reservation.

We had a lovely girls weekend at Sara’s house! It was an absolutely perfect location, easy to get to Newport and the beach/cliff walk. The house comfortably slept our larger party. I would highly recommend staying here!

If you're looking for a house that has every modern touch and amenity, this probably isn't the place for you. If you're looking for a place where you can completely relax and take in the sounds of nature and views of the water, and have ample space to curl up with a book or stretch out, then this will work. The Gross' family house harkens back to a simpler time on the vineyard, feels rich with history, and has a multitude of spaces to enjoy as a group or by yourself. Very convenient to get to the uncrowded Philbin and Lobsterville beaches. Short drive to the sunset and lobster roll crowds at Menemsha. Kitchen was well equipped for for our party of 8. We cooked most nights and ate both inside and outside. We set up badminton outside and enjoyed the cool lap pool.

What a wonderful home and host. Check in was easy and flexible as we weren't sure when we'd arrive. We were greeted by all the fixings for stores and everything was well stocked. Main bedroom bed was very comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were clean as was the pool in the backyard. We had everything we needed and Tricia gave us great local recommendations for shopping, food and things to do. Would highly recommend if you're traveling to the area with a group/family.

We can’t say enough about Amy’s place. It was a peaceful home with a beautiful in the ground pool surrounded by amazing gardens. Amy is a very responsive host. We will be back!

My family had a great weekend at Kristin’s house. I love this Beautiful, clean, well maintained property. The fire pit is great for marshmallow. We did not get to use the lovely pool because it got really cold at night. Bonus: filtered water from fridge, blinds + curtain, skylight in bathroom.

Beautiful location right on the marina in downtown Newport! The place was wonderful and just steps from all of the restaurants and shops in Newport!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with the feel of home or bed and breakfast. Clark and Galen have put a lot of love and thought into the setup. We enjoyed the available continental breakfast and kitchenette area, as well as the clean pool and hammock surrounded by a beautiful garden. The hosts were very attentive and available from start to finish.

We stayed for Folkfest. Close to the ferry to Fort Adams, walkable to many restaurants and bars. Andrew was a very responsive host. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Andrew!
