Ann is an amazing host, super responsive and she provided clear instructions for check-in, check-out and even has created a local guide. The property is very well equipped with everything you need, even things you might have forgotten to bring. The house has character and is a bit quirky, given the historical nature, but all bathrooms are modern, there are Alexas everywhere downstairs and the sun room is beautiful. The AGA stove needs some getting used to, but there is a normal stove top as well and instructions are provided. The sunroom is lush and the hot tub was amazing! We didn’t use the pool (out of season). All together: great find, great property and Ann is kind and responsive! 10/10 would recommend!

This house was absolutely perfect for our large group of women. It had everything we needed and wanted and it was even better than the pictures. Rob was very helpful and responsive and it all worked very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Quirky and Unusual but comfortable and easy to live in. Really peaceful for a city house. Downstairs is great, upstairs is cramped but livable and ok for sleeping. Situation is unique and when you arrive, although you have great instructions, you feel you must be doing something wrong - just believe the instructions!! We got taxis around town which was easy and quite economical for 4 people

An unforgettable stay for a special occasion! We booked this house for my sisters 40th Birthday celebrations and it did not disappoint! About a 20-minute drive from Cardiff which was convenient when venturing out for food and drinks (I would advise pre booking travel as we got stung on return taxis) The check-in was very friendly and informative. The host made sure we had all the details we needed, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was just as described in the listing with plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special. Everything you could need was provided, including a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The place had all the essentials, and it was clear the host put a lot of care into making sure everything was available. Excellent instructions to find the property. House was clean and comfortable. There was sufficient plates, cups, glasses, etc for the number of people stating in the house, plus a large pan for cooking. The children who were part of the group appreciated the toys on the property. The park was quiet and well maintained. We would definitely consider staying here again for a family get together

Brilliant location which had the sun most of the day and evening. Beautiful house with plenty of room. We were 5 adults and 3 children aged between 9 and 15 and they all loved it as there was something for everyone. We could fish from the end of the deck and my 15 year old nephew caught a 20lb carp his personal best! He said it’s his favourite holiday ever. The two 9 year old girls loved the pool and park. The house had everything we needed, comfy beds and lots of seating for eating together. We were also walking distance to the cafe/bar and Spa and pool. The only let down, which had nothing to do with the house was the only restaurant on site, Ballyhoo, a poor experience every time we visited. Odd serving times, not much food available when we wanted it and huge q’s for the bar despite lots of staff. Menu’s were only available to view when you got to the bar.You also had to pay for shop items in the bar queue. Everything else was great though. We will definitely be back to Woodlark!

Beautiful and immaculate house with everything you need and more. The location couldn’t be better - literally a minute’s walk from the seafront with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Pearl and Nathan were so helpful and responsive- they gave us lots of brilliant recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We had three generations staying, including teenagers, and everyone had a fantastic time. We’re already talking about when we can stay there again! A real gem!

We had a great stay in this property, our host was very helpful and friendly. The property itself was extremely clean, beds were super comfy and the property had everything we needed for our extended stay. Location was perfect and very close to the local amenities and transports. Highly recommended for anyone who travels over there. Thanks for a great stay. Will definitely come back.

The house was lovely, the only complaint was £20 was expensive for extra bed linen for sofa bed.

We stayed for 2 nights with 5 couples and 2 dogs. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. The place was full of character, comfortable and warm. Samantha was very helpful, kind and proactive and always quick to respond. we all had a fabulous stay.

We had a wonderful weekend in WSM with friends. Jenny's house was close to the town/sea front and was spotless and clean. Good communication and very responsive and flexible. There were good local restaurants and pubs close by. Very close to sea front which allowed us to have a number of walks along the promenade. A wonderful visit.

Fantastic last minute stay at this lovely house. We booked with only a few hours notice because of a family emergency and felt very lucky - Kenzie was really helpful and kind and the house was fab, super clean and tidy and very comfortable. So handy for getting into Bath as well as to the hospital. Also worth noting there is a fantastic coffee place right in front of the property, would recommend going to Blaax!!

The place was great - really spacious, a great hot tub and lovely views! I would’ve loved to have stayed longer.

From outside the gates, we wondered what we'd come to, but once inside we found a lovely, clean, spacious and light house, with everything we needed. The hot tub was lovely until we had to get out (we were there on quite a cold weekend!). The location is very handy for buses into the centre of Bristol, and a 20 minute walk from Hanham, which has a surprisingly popular Italian restaurant.

I’m giving a 5 star review because Russell has been so patient , friendly and lovely to deal with . Due to illness we finally had to cancel the whole week, so can’t comment on the accommodation , but Russell couldn’t have been more helpful and patient as we tried to sort ourselves out . We absolutely intend to ‘try again’ as Russell’s is the perfect location for us and the house looks great and just what we want. We are simply hoping for better luck next time!
