What a place, what a location, what a city! We were 8 middle aged men on our annual university rugby club reunion attempting to re-live memories of a time gone by! A large spacious top floor flat with an open kitchen/lounge downstairs, 3 bedrooms (4 large beds) upstairs, and amazing views - the place was perfect for us. The location was right near a number of pubs and bars with the rest of the city just a short walk away so no need for taxis to get around. Darts, boat trips, live rugby, great food (the Hat Greek Bistro was fantastic), and a little bit! of drinking kept us busy. I used the one gated parking space with everyone else coming by train. If driving be careful of bus/taxi lanes and one way streets! Bristol has so much to offer with such a great friendly feeling, we all had a great time and said a return trip would be a brilliant idea. Charlotte was the ultimate host and made the whole process and stay really easy - thank you. I would highly recommend.

Nice, big apartment. Had everything we needed. Central location so comes with the city noises outside but nothing unexpected. Would stay again for sure.

We stayed for a week and enjoyed every day at the apartment; there was always something interesting happening on the harbour and the apartment provided excellent viewing. The apartment is just as described, and its location is perfect for exploring. We would happily choose the apartment again on a return visit to Bristol.

Fabulous accommodation, clean, fresh, welcoming, luxurious and so relaxing. Perfect for our family break to rest and unwind. Facilities onsite were enjoyed and local area has so much to explore. Definitely recommend!

I had a great stay! Check in instructions were clear, room was clean and comfy, with great facilities.

The house was easy to find, very clean, warm and well equipped. It was on a new development but this was very quiet and close to a very pleasant walk along the side of the river.

Jerry and Jacqui couldn’t have been more welcoming and we had a wonderful stay in their exceptional home. It is full of fascinating artifacts, brilliantly located and very comfortable. Many thanks indeed.

Beautiful cottage in stunning surroundings. Ideal location for visiting Bradford On Avon and Bath. Comfortable beds and sofa, lots of amenities, including fresh loaf of bread on arrival and toiletries. Personal highlight were the Chickens at the end of the shared garden! Perfect for a family getaway in the countryside with the dogs. Hope to be back soon! 🙂

Perfect for a family getaway. House was exactly as described and absolutely spotless. Alex replied promptly too 😊. We had a great weekend, just wish it could have been longer.

Our stay was in February- we were very comfortable and warm. the wood burning stove is easy to use and a great supplement to the heating. The bed is standout large and very comfortable and finally the bath is great with lots of hot water. Jennifer has presented this little home beautifully with an eye for colour and design- making it memorable- certainly no beige or blandness! We would love to return in the summer months when nature has woken up.

We had a fantastic stay at Nicola’s house, which was perfect for three families coming together. The on-site pool was a great addition, and the Ballihoo restaurant was both welcoming and convenient ideal for everything from a morning coffee to an evening meal. The house was spotlessly clean, with three excellent bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet, making it ideal for a group stay. We would love to return in the summer to fully enjoy the surroundings, but even in the colder months, the cosy wood fire made it a wonderful retreat.

Perfect cottage for families with an on site restaurant, takeaway pizza and great walks nearby. Cottage was clean with a log burner and selection of games to keep us entertained!

The Mill at Midford was perfect for a family birthday gathering. There was lots of spaces for six of us to sit around and chat and we enjoyed the fire in the living room and the aga keeping us cozy in the evenings. There was a prefect place to sit outside and watch the mill and the water going by - felt very private & tranquil. We really enjoyed our stay including going for a country walk. For the birthday dinner we booked “Tibby’s House” at the Homewood Hotel which is 10 minutes drive away, this was a special place for a private dinner. We definitely felt we were in a real house in the country & one with character & history. Would recommend it as a great place for a break.

We had a great stay with our family. The kids loved the toys, books and dress up bag. Beautiful home, comfortable bed and everything we could possibly need for a home from home stay.

This flat is huge and simply gorgeous. It felt wasted it just being little old me! It's perfectly placed for exploring Cardiff Bay with lots of restaurants and pubs nearby and also the Bay trail and lots of statues, art and the theatre. The flat was spotless and so well appointed. The kitchen had more than you would need and I was grateful for the oil, salt and pepper and bits left from previous tennants. The bathrooms were great, good pressure on the shower and a big tub for soaking in. The beds are huge and all the furniture was very comfortable in fact. The only thing I did find was as it's an old building and right on the road there were some creaking and shuddering noises which did sometimes sound like someone is in the flat at night. But I had a wonderful stay and I would definitely return again. Check in was simple and all the instructions were received in good time and nice and clear.

We loved staying here and being so close to the Bay and our office! Will definitely stay here again if coming down for work. Thank you to Nick for trying to help us as well when there!

Kelly’s home is beautifully designed, so comfortable and homely, high quality bedding, towels & smells unreal!! Kelly was super communicative and responsive, flexible re check in & check out time and provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed on a wet & windy weekend and found the apartment really comfortable, however due to the weather we couldn’t explore as much as we would have liked and were disappointed that we couldn’t find a TV in the apartment to watch a film why we waited for the rain to clear, had the weather been nicer we probably wouldn’t have noticed that it was missing! Kelly’s apartment was so comfortable the only downside was the heating was very strong and made the place warm, especially in the night, and due to the nature of the apartment block we couldn’t open the bedroom window very much to get air circulated. However, I wouldn’t let that put you off staying at Kelly’s beautiful home.

I just wanted to share how great my experience was staying at Stuart’s apartment. From the start, Stuart was super friendly and showed me around the entire place, making sure I was comfortable.The apartment itself was fantastic very cozy and well-equipped. It’s in an amazing location right next to the Harbor in Bristol, which made it super easy to explore the area. Overall, I had a great time, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bristol!

I will definitely be booking with Bryan and Ruth again it was like home from home these guys are so accommodating and great hosts nothing seems to much trouble for them They have thought of everything even down to the amount of cutlery in kitchen and the chalk board welcome was a nice touch What was on the advert / description was 100% correct I could actually move there
