This little cabin was in a gorgeous location! Right next to the snow tubing and not far from grandfather mountain! The views from the hot tub were amazing! Brought our two dogs and they loved it! The patio with the hot tub was fenced in so the dogs were able to hang with us while we were relaxing in the hot tub! Definitely would recommend and plan to come back!

If you’re looking for a magical piece of paradise in the mountains this is your place. My fiancé and our two puppies stayed for the weekend. It was incredibly relaxing, quiet and the views are breathtaking. Nancy is so accommodating, responsive and kind. She has done such an amazing job making sure everything you could possibly need is available. A few of my favorite things about our stay: - Nancy greeting us up the hill and signaling where to park at the very late hour we arrived - Cozying up by the fireplace looking at the views - Meeting the goats on our morning walk - Full kitchen equipped with everything we needed to make meals - Comfy bed and a good nights rest - The Hangar (SO COOL!!) - The home design, big windows and a beautiful shower while looking at the mountains - ROBES! So many to choose from and so cute - The prepared puppy station, we did not use but really appreciated it. Thank you Nancy <3 we are excited to come back and make more memories.

Lovely home in Beech mountain only a mile or so from the slopes, fully equipped kitchen, nice comfortable beds and linens, great functioning, hot tub.

The Cozy Cabin was perfect. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Boone/Banner Elk area. The cabin was cozy and fun. Lots of attention to detail to make the stay feel comfortable.

Nonna is a great host with good communication and she is responsive to any questions you may have. Her home is very clean, organized, nicely furnished, and has some amazing views. We really enjoyed our stay there and Nonna provided some great suggestions that made our stay even more rewarding than it would otherwise have been. We're very glad we stayed there and would be happy to return in the future!

Lanis place was the perfect cabin getaway. Hot tub worked great and plenty of sleeping options. Stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of games. Fireplace was awesome. It was scenic and peaceful in the trees. Be aware the road to get there is a little scary if you’re not used to driving unpaved and winding roads. But perfect for those who want to get away and be far enough away , while still remaining 15 minutes from civilization. Lots of cute shops around, the grandfather winery was great.

Such a cozy spot! Four of us stayed for a weekend to snowboard at Beech Mountain and this was perfect. The fireplace is amazing and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. The beds were super comfy and we felt very relaxed during our stay. Highly recommend!

The home was very very clean, nicely decorated, cozy and charming. The coffee bar was so nice, and well stocked with coffee and teas. The beds were very comfortable and with 3 bedrooms, we all had our own space. There were 3 areas to sit and relax, read and watch TV. The front porch and back porch are charming. It was a bit too chilly when we stayed so we couldn't take advantage of it. It was a very quiet setting and we saw 3 deer in the back one morning. It is a short drive to the highway . Eileen was very responsive and considerate. We really enjoyed the Tennessee charm. I would recommend this home and would stay again when I am back in Tennessee. Jeffrey and his wife were excellent! Very Friendly and loved their dogs. They were very friendly as well! The rental was as described. Lots of books to read, very clean and private. We book the stay as just a weekend getaway to rest! We got out took a scenic drive went and had a nice dinner and hung out at the rental. My only complaint would be the bed. It had a dip in it. Would stay again - a nice weekend getaway!

Our stay at Liz's was perfect for a quick long-weekend getaway to the mountains. The home was clean and comfy, and I particularly enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen so that we could enjoy cooking our own meals. Jason was a wonderful host - very friendly, responsive, and helpful. He offered some great suggestions for hiking nearby and he also was swift to come by and quickly fix a small issue we had with the fireplace so that we could enjoy that lovely feature on the cold nights. We also were grateful that hospitality was extended to both us and our two large dogs - it was a joy to be able to travel with them knowing that the cottage was truly dog-friendly! We visited Banner Elk Winery & Grandfather Vineyard & Winery, and both were also very welcoming of our pups (and My Best Friend's Bakery was a great stop in town for all your pet needs.) We'll definitely look to stay here again when we're back!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for the week of New Years. We wanted to get away from everything for the new year and celebrate with just the 2 of us. This property provided exactly what we were looking for. You can still see the effects from the hurricane but you can see how hard they are working to get everything back to normal but nonetheless the property is still beautiful and peaceful. We are already discussing to come back in the spring or summer to experience this beautiful property in the summer. I highly recommend anyone stay here.

Wow what a beautiful place. The home shows better in person than the listing photos. The home was perfect for our family getaway and it was very well stocked with everything you would need including games and toys for the kids. The only thing greater than the home is the host Jorganna. Absolute top-notch customer service. This is now our go-to home when visiting Boone.

This was our third stay with David and Darlene. We love the Green Cove Schoolhouse. This was such a heartbreaking experience. We were in Damascus for the Yeti 100 Endurance Run, but Hurricane Helene came to town. Unfortunately for me, that meant 9 months of training down the drain, but much worse for the residents of southwest Virginia, it meant destruction on a level that locals told us they'd never seen. The town of Damascus was completely underwater with many structures destroyed. Trees and powerlines were down everywhere, and for a day or so, no one could get on or off the mountain. We were fortunate at Green Cove Schoolhouse that David and Darlene have a generator, so we never lost power. David and Darlene were great, making sure we were comfortable and letting us know what they knew about the situation. My heart aches for the people of Damascus and southwest Virginia. We love Green Cove Schoolhouse and we love the area and we can't wait to get back.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house is beautiful and situated by the river, with stunning views and a quiet, serene atmosphere. We especially loved the spacious, fenced yard which was perfect for our dogs to play safely, making the property truly dog-friendly. The porch and patio areas by the river are great for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The street in front of the house was quiet and the bathrooms are definitely a highlight of the house. Angel is incredibly kind and communicative, and made sure we felt welcome and attended to throughout our visit. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. This house is a true gem for pet owners and anyone looking to unwind by the river. Highly recommended!

We booked Monica’s place kind of last minute to take our grandson snowboarding. Everything from the initial communication to check-out was perfect. Monica checked in often and made sure all of our needs were met. We arrived to a stunning 2 bedroom condo with a queen size bedroom and king size bedroom, both with adjacent bathrooms. The furnishings were great and the sofa was super comfy with family falling asleep on it each evening before resorting to our bedroom. The temps were pretty frigid while we were there so we opted to cook on Saturday versus heading out to dinner and the fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed to make a great meal. We also enjoyed the amenities at the clubhouse as well. The pool and hot tub were a perfect way to settle the little ones down for the evening. We will absolutely consider renting Monica’s place in the future.

House was an older home. Made us feel very comfortable. Easy to get to and had a fabulous view of the mtns.

Kayla’s place was perfect for our stay. We found everything as described and we felt right at home.

We absolutely loved our stay!!!! We had so much fun and the house was amazing!!!! We had my 5 year old son and my 79 year old mother with us and everyone was so comfortable in this house! I would 100% recommend this house to anyone looking for a get away in the mountains. It was perfect!

Nice house but well maintained. In a gated community which is a plus and access in and out was super easy. In walking distance to an upscale/famous restaurant. In strong proximity to Boone and Blowing Rock with a very quick drive to the Parkway.

A large spacious home with an open floor plan. The backyard had such a beautiful view. The house was beautifully decorated with such a Home away from home feel! So close to Bristol motor speedway!!! My family of eight hung out by the pool, grilled steaks and cooked casseroles in the two ovens!! The hostess was so sweet, she provided everything we needed from sunscreen to towels to spices! This house has it all everything we needed!!! Master suite is a plus! If we go to the races next year will definitely rent this home again! Thank you again for your hospitality!
