This Hobbit hole was perfect for our family of four. We loved everything about the experience and will happily book here again. We’re already thinking about when we can come back in the spring/summer. The private hot tub was also a really nice bonus!

Alex was very helpful, easy to communicate with. The house is historic and in a great position just across a quiet road to the beach and a short walk to the town. The setup is ideal for family gatherings.

Absolutely incredible experience at the Caves! Paula and Ross we're amazingly responsive and gave us a warm, friendly welcome. Time in the hot tub over looking the lake was unreal too.

Absolutely stunning inside and outside, had everything you could need, very clean, comfy beds and the shower was great. The hot tub is such a lovely bonus after a long day hiking and the scenery outside the window is lovely with the highland cows. Couldn’t fault the stay, will definitely return, such a unique stay!

Hannah's place was just perfect. Beautifully put together. Very homely and stylish. Spotlessly clean and a great location to explore town. We had a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

Absolute gem of a holiday home! Really quirky, has everything you need for a comfortable stay and in the most beautiful surroundings. We were sad to leave! Will most definitely be planning another trip here

We loved our stay with Polly! The room is small, but exactly as described and the beds were comfortable! Polly is so friendly and her dog is the cutest! Great experience staying in what we called the “prison cave” ❤️

Duncan is a wonderful and warm host. This accomodation is unique, quirky, comfy, private and relaxing. The welcome pack was lovely and included local ale, Cider, bread, milk, butter and fresh eggs. Beautiful location, with lots of great places to explore nearby. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and would love to go back sometime.

Great stay again our club have been coming for years. The area was tidy and there was plenty wood for our bbq. Good additional parking spaces, hot water never ran out despite >30 on the site. We will be back.
