A comfortable and peaceful place, with good walks and pubs with great food nearby. Giles was fast and easy to communicate with, and checkin and out was easy. The only slight drawback we found was that we were using the space for a work get together, but the bedrooms and bathrooms are more set up for two families sharing as each level had a main bedroom with an ensuite and a smaller bedroom suitable for kids, so 4 individual adults sharing the space didn't work that well for us. But the communal space was great, and for a family holiday it would be perfect.

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for us and the walks were amazing!

Our stay was fantastic! Our hosts were very friendly and easy going! We were able to take our little ones and watch the cows being milked and taken out to the fields. The area is very peaceful, and a perfect place to star gaze. This is a great central location to be able to explore the many areas in southwest Ireland!

Fantastic stay at a fantastic place! The photos did not do the place justice and it seemed much bigger in person than on images. The cottage was spotless and tucked away in a lovely part of the world and only a 25 min drive into York city centre if you wanted to get into the city. Would recommend this place for anybody I meet and will definitely be staying again in the future!

I stayed at Annie and Vicky’s place with my two young children. The cottage was perfectly equipped for our needs and very comfortable. We loved the log burner, lovely beds, fantastic play area and hot tub. There were thoughtful touches throughout. Annie and Vicky were extremely friendly, accommodating, helpful, informative and responsive to all queries. Would highly recommend and would love to return one day, perhaps with more friends!

We had such a lovely time staying at Sandra's! We were a couple with a 1 year old and thought the space was perfect for the three of us. We really appreciated the travel cot provided, and our daughter loved the baby swing in the garden. We couldn't get enough of the beautiful views, and the space with the fireplace was so cosy for a cold winter's stay! Sandra was a great host, very welcoming and helpful, and the recommendations for places to eat were spot on. We'd very happily come back, as it was the perfect location for visiting Exeter, Totnes, and Buckfastleigh!

We had a wonderful two nights at The Woodshed. The place is cosy, homely and spotlessly clean and care and attention to detail has been paid in the furnishings. The whole cottage was kitted out to a high standard with little thoughtful touches such as a home baked cake on arrival, chopped logs for the wood burner and fluffy towels. We felt at home here and really enjoyed our peaceful stay in the beautiful countryside. This is one of the few places we have stayed where the photos don’t do the place justice.

What a lovely place, and the host family were so amazing. I don’t think anyone staying here would say that the experience was anything short of exceptional. If i could have given 6 stars i would. Ideal place to stay, you’re very central to a lot of activities and stunning places, 20 minutes in the car and you could be in several beautiful west wales attractions. The location is lovely and peaceful, with lovely views, the hot-tub was a lovely bonus you can relax in a lovely warm lazy spa as you gaze upon the stars. The host family was so kind and welcoming, they had some milk, bread and welsh cakes waiting for us. They made every effort to make sure we were happy and comfortable, they even took us down for a short walk to meet and feed the lamas. Their kindness really shone through, honestly if you have a chance to stay here grab it with both hands you won’t regret it. The place was spotless, well maintained but it was the host family that took it to another level.

We cannot recommend Snap Mill Barn highly enough. The hosts have thought of everything and it is beautifully furnished to a very high standard. Sue and Steve met us when we arrived and explained everything that we needed to know. We had no problems during our stay, but it’s reassuring that they are right next door if you need them. The location is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful stay and there are some beautiful walks and pubs nearby – our dog felt very at home, there were even treats for the dog! We stayed at the barn while our house was being renovated, and it was a perfect escape from the building work. We were sad to leave. Thanks Sue and Steve from Jacquie and Andy 😊

Lovely peaceful few days away, Claire was very friendly and thoughtful as she has gone out the way to make a book telling us all sorts What restaurants are close , taxi numbers, places to visit etc. Any questions she had already covers in the book, So you weren’t bothered. Any more questions she was quick to answer when messaged. thank you! X

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas at Felicity and Stephen's place ! our 5 yo particularly appreciated the Christmas decorations all around the house as well as the big Christmas tree ! The house was warm and cosy, very clean and well equipped, WIFI is great too. The private beach is a short stroll away, it must be particularly enjoyable at summer. The two dogs are very friendly and love children :)

Tracy was an amazing host and went out of her way to make our stay just perfect. The property is fabulous and has everything you could possibly want for a romantic stay. The setting is beautiful and the views amazing - so relaxing and peaceful. We have stayed in a number of Airbnb’s but never one as good as this. Thank you Tracy we will definitely return. Tracy’s recommendation for a special celebration dinner at The Fire Pit Restaurant was an amazing experience.

Absolutely loved it here. The view is amazing and the lodge was perfect. I would highly recommend here for a private and quiet escape.

This was the perfect stay! Myself and friends stay in Airbnb’s often to see each other as we live all over the UK and this was definitely the favourite. The host went above and beyond what you’d expect to find on arrival. Everything you could need was already there and the little extras were appreciated. The property itself and outdoor space was even better than pictures and was the perfect relaxing weekend. Communication was always answered straight away. Would 100% visit the property again!

Very relaxing, place to get away for a bit, had a great stay! Marion and Peter were very welcoming and accommodating. Peter helped with the hot tub both nights and kickstarted our bbq after requesting even more wood! Happy to help and easy to find on site if needed. Place was easy to find and out of the way, quiet, private and peaceful under the stars in the hot tub, great angle with the sun too. The lodge was warm on arrival, clean and ready for use on check in. Highly recommend and will return 👍🏻

Terry’s apartment ticked all my boxes for a peaceful, quiet spot with lots of walks and so many opportunities to relax. The apartment was everything I needed in terms of layout and is located in a friendly, safe area. I highly recommend it. Terry was a welcoming host, who respected my privacy and was there if I needed him.

We had a great and relaxing weekend. Hot tub is fab, and the place is cosy, clean, and nice! Fresh eggs for breakfast, and face mask for the night made our stay even more perfect! Thank you so much

We have had a lovely stay at this house. It was absolutely spotlessly clean, and the house very warm and cosy. A great space for socialising as we were two families staying together, with everything we needed. We want to go back as it was perfect for us. The host Andrea/Sally were very communicative and helpful. It was so lovely they left us choccys and Prosecco! xx

We just had a beautiful weekend at The Granary. The house was very comfortable and the kids loved the farm. We got to feed the sheep, the Alpacas and the pet pig. My kids were really sad to leave and they spent the way home talking about Bob, Kelly's chubby dog, who adores a good cuddle. Kelly was an amazing host and it was lovely to meet her and the family. Lovely place, couldn't recommend any further. We will certainly be back!

This was the second I visited Tracy's place but this time I went with my friends and their children. It was the perfect place for us to get together, with 8 adults, 5 children all under the age of 3! The children loved the indoor and outdoor toys as well as the space for them to burn off the energy. Tracy was an exemplary host who was very responsive, even before arrival she as very attentive. The children loved the trampoline and treehouse and when it came to home time we had tears because they didn't want to leave such a great place. Thank you again, we cannot wait to visit again in the future!

I stayed at Andrew's place for a week with my husband and 3 year old son and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The open kitchen/lounge area works well with young children. The wood burner had a sturdy safety gate and all plug sockets had protective covers. It's well placed for visiting the local area. Plenty of national trust properties nearby and we drove the Heart of Kent route one day. Port Lympe zoo is also brilliant. Unfortunately, our son became ill during our stay so we had to cut our stay short by a couple of days. Despite that, my son hasn't stopped talking about our stay at Long Stable and will be booking a return stay in the near future. Marie, Oli and Alfie.

We had a wonderfull stay at the farm ! With the sunset view in the morning , sheep & cows on the hills around the house, and the rooms were clean and nicely furnished. it was truely amazing✌️
