The absolute most beautiful home! The house was exquisite, the fews were insane and walking distance to the breck! Amazing. I will definitely be staying here again

This place is absolutely fantastic. It was more than enough space for 10 of us. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and the rooms were fantastic space wise too and just what we needed. The bathrooms were great for what we needed as a group. Iwan was a great host and really responsive. Thank you for such a great stay.

Beautiful, spacious, unique place, with lovely decor and finished with elegance. Well thought out accommodation with everything you need. The place suited us perfectly for 9 guests. Exactly as described on the site. We struggled a bit with the amount of people to number of bathrooms, (1 bathroom, plus 1 en-suite) but not really an issue, just a bit of planning. The host, Rose was great, really responsive, approachable and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and love to book again.

Second stay and once again amazing! The location is perfect short walk into Kendal town centre and a short drive to Windermere. The property was spotless and so comfortable after a long walk

My friends and I stayed overnight for my birthday and it was the best!!! The house is even more beautiful and spacious in person. Jude was also an amazing host and super lovely, she got me flowers, Prosecco and chocolate. It was all very sweet. The location is beautiful and she also gave us great recommendations! Would highly recommend this stay. Check in was easy and the home is beautiful. For a 1 bedroom villa the space you have is vast with a homely living area and fantastic kitchen space and amenities. The bedroom is wonderful combining a country house with a highly modern bath and shower. Hot tub with a TV is fantastic. Walking into Bowness-on-Windermere is only 10 minutes too. Staff were around on a couple of occasions and were always chatty, welcoming and accommodating. We will be staying again. Thank you so much.

Sam’s cottage is an absolute gem! The place was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, it felt like a home away from home. The location is peaceful, with stunning surroundings that made it perfect for relaxing or exploring the area. Sam was an amazing host: friendly, responsive, and thoughtful (we especially appreciated the welcome touches!). Everything we needed was provided, and more. We can’t wait to come back, highly recommended!

Stayed here for a hen do. We contacted Amy prior to booking to make sure she was happy with that, which she was as we arent a roudy bunch anyway. The place is absolutely beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Would absolutely recommend xx

Jerry was super responsive and responded within minutes whenever we needed something, which was really appreciated (even around midnight 😅). The house is beautiful, very well furnished. Hot tub was a favourite and the river is incredibly scenic.

Our second stay at Jan's and we loved it. Four our group of 7 friends it is perfect: plenty of spaces to be together and enough room for people to have their own space if needed. Gardens and surroundings are beautiful, it's so peaceful. Hot tub and pool table are a bonus. We will be back!

Laura et Alexis sont des hôtes très accueillants, très réactifs lorsque nous avions une question. Le logement était très propre à notre arrivée, et très agréable. Il est situé proche de beaucoup de villes à visiter et de nombreuses randonnées sont à faire. Je conseille vivement ce logement.

Nos sentimos muito bem na villa. Tudo muito limpo, roupas de cama boas, cozinha muito bem equipada. A sala é maravilhosa, muito espaçosa e confortável. Os quartos não possuem uma boa isolação, mas são confortáveis. Anfitrião muito disponível e gentil. Próximo a padaria, mercados e outros. Indico totalmente!

Such a lovely stay at the Cabin - booked really last minute and it was a perfect stay. The cabin is very cosy and comfortable, loads of little extras that I really wasn’t expecting like eggs in the fridge, biscuits, chocolate! Frankie and Jonathan kindly lit the hot tub ready for my arrival and did this the next day too (great because I’m not great at getting a fire lit!). It was lovely relaxing with the fairy lights of an evening. Walks immediately from the cabin were really great too. Frankie and Jonathan were so kind, really responsive to messages and really friendly for a quick chat. I would really love to return to the cabin again some time!

We’ve just spent an amazing 2 nights here with our 8 year old daughter and we can’t wait to return . It was soo peaceful and relaxing, the accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed. We loved the honesty shop and enjoyed delicious fresh eggs for breakfast, the children’s park was a lovely little addition. The hot tub was pristine and the perfect temperature. We didn’t need to contact the host during our stay as everything was perfect from check in to check out. The bed was soo comfortable and we all had the best nights sleep. 100% would recommend a stay here you will not be disappointed Thank you

Booked an overnight stay to relax after half marathon. Comfortable and cozy. Perfect. S’mores in the evening around the fire. Charlotte was very responsive and even organised an early check in. Booked the night before and the accommodation was clean and tidy. Hamper was nice little touch

Troy is an amazing host! Nothing was too much trouble. We actually stayed during the storm and had to leave early and he gave us a hugely discounted rate to come back which he was under no obligation to do. The place itself is absolutely gorgeous. Totally secluded, right on the river, completely spotlessly clean and just a gorgeous get away! Highly recommend to couples for a romantic and quiet night away. Thanks again Troy!

nicest place we've been to so far , such a beautiful place amazing cabin amazing hottub , host was brilliant even gave us a lovely snack basket as we were to late to get to shops , gorgeous scenery and will deffo be back !

This is a beautiful cabin, exceeded expectations and we had a lovely time as a couple with a dog and child. Perfect area for visiting local attractions and the hot tub is wicked! Very clean and have discussed about doing again. Would 100% recommend:)
