we had a fantastic stay at Tom's place this Christmas! the house was perfect with everything we could possibly need. walking distance from the beach and pub was fab. thankyou for a wonderful stay and the hamper which had been left for our arrival it was much appreciated.

Exceeded all expectations, beautifully and tastefully decorated; loved the beach theme with the decor; the beds were extremely comfy and the linen clean and fresh. The home was extremely well equipped, and a very useful information book supplied. It was warm and had constant hot water and a super bathroom and shower. The property had been decorated with lovely Christmas decorations throughout and the added touches of milk, coffee, biscuits and a basket of dog supplies was a very pleasant surprise. The box of games was brilliant, and we made use of those. We visited The Old Manor Inn, both evenings as only a short walk away, and it is a lovely friendly pub. We stayed locally for walks with the dog and found plenty of good places to eat. Thank you so much for making our stay a pleasant and memorable one.

We were six guests and found the place very comfortable as a base for our trip. Everything in the house was easy to use. The location was generally quiet. Very good overall.

We just got back from a very wintry weekend at dawlish but the caravan was so. Warm and homely made the whole weekend so worth it would highly recommend recommend plus having Netflix and extra coffee and sugar all free made it so much easy and less to worry about great stay well be returning soon

We had a fantastic week, the house was perfect for our family, the rooms were huge and the location and views were stunning. There's so many lovely places to visit within a short drive. I couldn't recommend the house and hosts highly enough.

The house is lovely. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could want. Plenty of towels supplied. Very quiet area. Would be even better in the summer. Only downside is not having dedicated parking but we found a spot just down the road.

A delightful stay in wonderful surroundings, views are sublime, home from home facilities, dog friendly property with lots of walks, well equipped kitchen although we didn't really cook as there are so many restaurants and bars to try! Julie ensured we had everything we needed and communicated well. look forward to a return visit when we have a bit more time to enjoy ourselves.

We stayed over the Christmas week. It’s always a worry as to whether there will be sharp knives, enough trays while cooking Christmas dinner etc but I need not have worried as there was everything we could possibly have wanted. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and all items were clean, good quality and plentiful. The whole property was very comfortable, warm and spacious. Outside areas were accessed by the grandchildren, they enjoyed a daily swim. The system for booking is excellent. We managed to have a brief game on the tennis court and the children had a little time in the play hut and on the equipment. The zip line was a real hit. It would be lovely to be able to return when the weather would allow more use of the great outdoor facilities. Laura and Richard are great hosts. Brilliant communication prior to arriving. A great in person welcome too on arrival. We hope to return and can highly recommend Mullen at Pitt farm

Just a short stay with my grandchildren but everything was excellent and Lisa was very responsive and friendly and keen for us all to have a perfect stay.

We had a great week staying at Gate House West. Our 2 year old grandson loved it. The indoor pool was the stand out success....simple booking system and everyone stuck to their time slot. Loads of wild life around the estate .... absolutely beautiful.

Honestly a little gem! It was so peaceful, I had a morning brew in the garden each morning with all the birds singing around me. The cottage is so cosy that we spent every evening in!! The location is ideal, we were no where near the hustle and bustle but central enough for a short car journey each way for a day out. The cottage was so clean and tidy, with the welcome addition of a hamper each for my husband and I and then one for our dog Dexter. The hosts thought of absolutely everything! If you are looking for a peaceful getaway where your furry love one is safe and welcome and you all feel at home then this is the one!!

We were very impressed with Adam’s apartment. It was very clean with everything you could need. It was in a beautiful location looking over Goodrington beach with sea views. The doors opened up onto the balcony which was great. The swimming pool looked lovely but the weather was just too cold to use it in February. It was only a short stroll to the beach. We would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return.

what a beautiful barn conversion with everything we needed for a fantastic week away. The kitchen had everything required, there were plenty of logs for a cosy fire (we used it everyday), a games room with table tennis, table football, board games, books and DVDs to borrow, a treadmill for when the hills were too daunting for a run and a beautifully built indoor pool that we also used everyday to relax after a day spent on the beach or walking the coastal path. The views were stunning and the property beautifully restored and maintained. thank you for a great week

Wat een gastvrije ontvangst van boeking tot aan vertrek. Het huisje is groot voor twee personen (twee badkamers) en een hond. We voelden ons er erg thuis en hebben mooie wandelingen kunnen maken oa naar hope cove. De hond wilde niet mee bij vertrek. We komen terug!

Stayed for a few days with my partner. Really needed some down time and where better than the middle of Dartmoor! Coincided with some beautiful weather so we were happy to make use of the lovely hot tub. We enjoyed exploring, climbed a couple of tors, rested up...and discovered that the Plume of Feathers in Princetown does a very nice takeaway pizza. Hols was very welcoming and helpful but not intrusive. A lovely break.

I booked this accommodation for a 2 night stay with my little dog. We arrived slightly early and the host was more than happy for me to check in when I arrived. The instructions on how to get into the accommodation are very clear and the hosts came and introduced themselves as I was unloading my car which is a nice little touch to meet them in person. The accommodation is lovely, the annex has everything you would need for a short stay. The garden is very private and was perfect for the dog to have some space to roam around along with some seating for when the weathers nice. I would definitely book this accommodation again :)

Lovely spacious accommodation. Very peaceful and a great base for enjoying the area. Very clean. We had some travel difficulties so were particularly grateful that Catherine kindly accommodated our very late arrival.

Me and the dog recently stayed at this property and usually the dog is very anxious in new surroundings but had a great time on surrounding beaches and walks. The hot tub was an added luxury after a long day of walking. Lenny went out of his way to cater for my misunderstanding of dates and I couldn’t thank him enough for this! The hole property was clean and cosy and would definitely recommend this property and the host very highly Gareth

We had the best week here and Lucy and Andy couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. It's a beautiful space, with plenty of room for camping, group cooking and gathering outside.

I went with a couple of friends and we just felt so at home. The log burner was so cosy. Katie and Nick are very genuine. Kind, totally hospitable, humourous and the home made food was exceptional. Only people with good hearts cook like that. Nothing was too much trouble but we also had privacy. We loved the decor and paintings - very unique and holiday like - a proper escape enabling us all to switch off. The choice of beach or towns nearby was great but it was also nice to stay in, watch TV and cook. Wonderful views and gorgeous dogs. we would love to stay again.

There is lovely surrounding countryside and nice dog walks. The cabins were very well equipped. It was not far to drive to Totnes which has everything you might need.
