Well located for centre of town and also the hospitals. A really lovely comfortable well equipped and stylish apartment. Anna Lisa was very responsive to any queries responding straight away which was great .

Excellent accommodation in a very nice & quiet location. Easy access to the town & harbour where you could find restaurants, pubs & walking routes around the local area.

Was an absolutely beautiful apartment, didn’t want to leave. Host was quick at responding and everything u need was in the apartment. Comfy bed, great tv with Netflix and other apps, kitchen has all the utensils to cook a great dinner.

Dan was fantastic from the beginning of our experience to the end. He provided crystal clear responses and guidance to any queries we had, and even offered his local knowledge to recommend areas of interest. The property itself was clean, tidy, and in a fantastic location - only a few minutes walk from a main railway station or into town, but in a surprisingly quiet area with little to no traffic - neither vehicles, nor pedestrians - despite being situated near a popular pub. The garden was an added bonus, providing a quiet, relaxing area to enjoy (particularly with a cup of tea!) Our stay was definitely worth the money, and we would definitely book again.

Everything correct on previous reviews. It’s just lovely. We enjoyed the peace being out of season. The apartment is exactly as specified, very well presented and equipped to a high standard. Light, comfortable with fabulous views wherever you look. Three different ferries across to Dartmouth walkable from the apartment. Great pubs and cafes this side in addition to many many in Dartmouth. Great walking in both directions as far or as brief as you fancy. Loads to do in the immediate local area. It’s well placed and kitted out for a complete recharge or an active stay - or a mix of the two!! Really recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Emma’s. The place is so well equipped for adults and children. Our two couldn’t believe how many toys there were! The apartment was very clean, with a lovely terrace and view. It’s opposite a fantastic Italian restaurant and close to the beautiful beach of Blackpool Sands, which has a great cafe/resturant. Emma was very quick to respond to our queries. We have already recommended this place to friends and we would love to come back when the sun is shining!

We had a lovely stay at Louise’s apartment ‘Little Merida’ with our dog Tilly. Louise messaged us before our stay to tell us the apartment would be available early although we weren’t able to take advantage of this. She came and introduced herself after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. There was a fresh vase of flowers, some milk, coffee and some delicious local fudge on our arrival. The apartment looked exactly as in the photos, it was warm comfortable, clean, well look after and tastefully decorated. We ate in on two occasions and the apartment had everything we needed to prepare our meals. There are plenty of restaurants and bars locally and within easy walking distant. Very pleasant location and house! Walkable into town and in a relatively quiet location. House is very neat and tidy and perfect for a couple (I stayed solo). Lovely living space and everything is well provided for.

Helen’s places was one of the most comfortable and well equipped places I have stayed in. A short distance from the costal path and within walking distance of Brixham harbour. I would highly recommend it.

Really amazing and unique place to stay in this 70’s hideaway on the edge of Dartmouth. Once you catch you breath after the 100 steps to the front door, you will be rewarded with a really quirky and stylish house hidden in the trees, but with tantalising views of the River Dart. It was so quiet at night and it’s only a 20 minute walk into the town that you really have the best of both worlds. Perfect for a couple or young family. The garage at the bottom was fine for our little polo but you might struggle to get anything bigger in it but there was space on the street if needed. We loved the place and will be back!

We had a long weekend stay with family and the location and cottage was absolutely beautiful. Geoff was a really friendly and helpful host. The swimming pool and play facilities were brilliant, massive pool that was really warm and easy to book etc. the house was pristine, well stocked and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Just a long weekend stay but the apartment was great. Amazing views up and down the estuary and across to field of sheep opposite. It was very relaxing watching the boats go by and with plenty of space for 7 of us and a dog. Nice to have dedicated parking spaces too. I must bring my paddle board next time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marc's home, it's located in a very quiet cul-de-sac with very friendly neighbours. The upstairs of the house consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom (with walk-in shower) while the downstairs is a spacious open-plan area leading onto a huge decking area. There is also a useful downstairs WC which isn't shown in the listing. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you need, even tea and coffee is provided (you'll find the toaster in one of the cupboards). There is a full size fridge/freezer; washing machine in utility cupboard. There is an out-building which we found really useful to store our 3 bikes and bikerack. The dryer can be found here but we just used the clothes line in the garden. There was a nice welcome box with wine, biscuits, sweets & butter. Just down the road is a great chippy called Fishionados. All in all, Marc's place really is a 'home from home' - thoroughly recommended.

We have just got back from a lovely week staying here! The house was even better than the photos! The rooms were all spotless. Location is great, very central yet really quiet. The air hockey and football table were a great bonus my two sons (and my dad) enjoyed having ‘epic’ matches. We will definitely book to come again as we regularly visit family in Devon. Highly highly recommend.

We had a really lovely short break, the situation helped to make it special, so close to the sea and to our favourite restaurants. We thoroughly recommend The Beach and Rockfish for good food, and La Mar for a special treat. The apartment was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed, even down to beach towels. The bed was supremely comfortable, there is a good shower and my husband says the television was easier to navigate than most in rental properties. Thank you Julie, we hope to return next year sometime to take full advantage of the beach towels!

Beautiful apartment which was just as lovely as the description and photos. Annie and her team from the management company were really helpful and so quick to respond to any queries. I managed to lock myself out of the apartment on New Years day and after a quick call to the emergency helpline, someone came and let me in after 25mins which I thought was pretty great considering it was New Years day!! We will definitely look at going back as the place was lovely, and the view was stunning even in the bad weather we had some days.

Fabulous view from apartment. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room. Host was very proactive to queries. Quiet location even though other apartments occupied we did not hear any noise. Winking Prawn cafe and restaurant was lovely. Their evening meals are fabulous and the staff friendly. The Kings Arms in Salcombe also good food and friendly staff.

We enjoyed an excellent break here over Christmas. The apartment is exactly as described, having large bedrooms with great views over Torbay and a very well equipped kitchen that was a blessing for making a Christmas dinner! Dean was incredibly helpful both before and during our stay and I would highly recommend.

We stayed overnight at Diana’s beautiful place after a full day of exploring Salcombe, and it was just as stunning as the photos! The interiors were lovely, and the house felt so cozy. It’s only a 20-25 minute drive to Salcombe, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, private, and affordable stay. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I return to Salcombe. @Diana – We were on a 15-day trip and stayed at 5-6 different Airbnbs, but yours was the best! Cheers!

Lynne’s attention to detail and hospitality was outstanding. She provided breakfast supplies and treats over and above what you’d expect. Immaculate apartment, all beautifully presented and equipped and the hand written note was a nice personal touch. We would highly recommend!

A wonderfully located penthouse apartment, that surprisingly goes on and on. Also they’ve put in lovely new bathroom - not the one in the pics - it’s much nicer with bath and separate shower. Stayed at this location with 2 kids, aged 3 and 7, there are two flights of stairs to contend with and a parking spot which is around the bs k of the property that requires a 2 mins walk, but once your in this space meets your needs in an affordable way. Lounge and kitchen are both self contained at one end, and the kids bedroom and master along with bathroom away so you can get downtime and relax once the kids are in bed. Also town and seafront are soo close.

Absolutely stunning well cared for apt catering for all your needs .. perfect city centre location Connor was proactive and professional with communication… Would definitely stay again next time we are in Exeter
