We had a lovely stay, really enjoyed walking around the area, especially down to the main square of Portree. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood, we felt right at home!

Penny and Mark we’re amazing hosts! This was the best place we stayed. We loved the accommodations, so cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome! It was freshly made everyday. Penny really went out of her way to make us feel welcome. I would highly recommend Creagard Bed and Breakfast if you are going to Tobermory.

An Oasis in the middle of beautiful surroundings. A vintage house, recently renovated. Maureen was very friendly, proactive and helpful. The house is set in a beautiful location. We could explore the Isle of Skye because of this place. Maureen showed us the maps and gave recommendations and advice. If you want to visit Skye overnight., this is an ideal locations to spend.

Très bon séjour passé chez Sandra. Nous étions en roadtrip pour explorer l’île de Skye et l’emplacement est idéal. La ville de Portree est mignonne. Sandra est une super hôte, la communication avec elle s’est fait facilement et elle nous a permit d’accéder plus tôt au logement. La chambre est cosy, propre et confortable. Et le petit déjeuner est un plus ! Il y a de la facilité pour se garer avec un véhicule juste devant chez elle. Je recommande ! Merci Sandra de nous avoir accueilli !

We had a wonderful stay at Lynne‘s! She is an incredibly warm and pleasant host who made us feel at home from the very first moment. A real highlight were the 15 sheep that picked us up from the house every morning to go and feed them together! But we also loved the chickens, ducks and the two lovely dogs. Lynne's home and her animal family made our trip very special. We already miss Lynne, Casper, Ben, Snowy, Greg and John very much and hope to come back one day.

Staying at Margaret Ann's place exceeded our expectations. There are not many photos, which can often be misleading, but in this case left us pleasantly surprised. We were very worried about our late arrival, but Margaret Ann greeted us at the door, already had the underfloor heating prepared for us, and offered to make us a packed breakfast for the morning (which fully sustained us). The room is huge with large available closets, a comfy chair, a wooden rocking chair, handheld telescope, and is stocked with coffee, tea, and shortbread for the morning. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, especially after a long travel day and a few subpar stays elsewhere. Having an ensuite bathroom was also delightful. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer and that we didn't arrive earlier to fully enjoy it. We arrived after dark and were astonished by the view in the morning! Our primary reason for the stay was to be near the ferry to Skye, but I highly recommend a longer visit here!

This place is amazing value and so much more than a B&B with private access and plenty of space, a very comfy bed and sofa. Christine and Howard are lovely hosts who make you feel really welcome and are on hand if you need anything but also respect your privacy. The welcome hamper is the best I've ever seen and was all much appreciated, and the kitchen was stocked with a wide range of breakfast cereals and tea and coffee. The apartment is in a beautiful and quiet location with views of sea and mountains at the front and easy access to Big Sand beach through the nearby campsite, yet only a short drive from all that Gairloch has to offer (my personal happy place being The Mountain bookshop and cafe!)

This place is absolutely beautiful. The terrace is perfect when u love nature, sea, sheep and highland cattle. Lots of walk are possible from here. About the castle it’s really a stunning one. Services are at the best with all confort needed … it’s really a jewel and we hope come back here in the future.

We stayed in the Fassfern apartment and it was exactly what the pics looked like. It was spacious, cosy and had an incredibly beautiful view from the first floor. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils along with breakfast supplies. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The host, Norma, was eco-minded and supplied eco-friendly shampoos and soaps, and even an eco-friendly dish cleaning scrub. Her instructions were very clear and the place was easy to find. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others as well as come back ourselves in the future.

Very comfortable large apartment with beautiful views and plenty to do in the area. Nice that there was cereals, bread and milk when we arrived.

Christopher's flat is in a great location, just a short walk to the shops, restaurants and sea front. The flat was spotless and lovely and cosy. I'll definitely book again if it's available the next time I'm working in the area.

Sadly, we only stayed 1 night as part of a bigger journey but would have no hesitation in recommending Woodend as a great place to stay. Location, first and foremost, is fabulous. The view, from every window and in all weathers, is wonderful. Sandra was a warm and welcoming hostess. Room and en-suite were comfortable and clean. There’s a beautiful guest lounge too. Continental breakfast was varied and ample. Absolutely no complaints.

Wonderful B&B in a beautiful and quiet area. Great bathroom with historic touches, view of the sky from the bed. The most delicious breakfast (f. ex. homemade Grenola and bread) is served in a room with fantastic view at a big table, which is shared by all guests. Feels more like a private stay. Vicki and John are very friendly and relaxed hosts, who are happily sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm. Also loved the dog, the two pigs and the ten sheep!

Le logement était vraiment parfait, il y avait du café et du thé a disposition dans la chambre et quelques friandises, la salle de bain impeccable, le petit déjeuner très copieux et excellent et Anne est vraiment très gentille. Adresse à recommander.

We can’t say enough good about Rhoda’s place that would accurately say how good it was! Rhoda was so friendly, wanted to make sure our stay was perfect and was so willing to help us with suggestions and anything else. After a long day I said to my husband “let’s go home” referring to Rhoda’s place. It definitely felt like home to us! You would never be disappointed by staying with Rhoda! We truly loved her and her family! 💕💜💕

We had the most wonderful stay in beautiful Letters. The home was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Lovely touches such as flowers from the garden gave it a homely touch. Graham’s breakfasts were so delicious! He gave great recommendations for sightseeing and food, and shared really interesting local history of the area. We could not fault a single thing about the home, Graham’s hospitality, or our stay. We very much hope to return again soon.

What an absolute delight. Lorna is the perfect host, with a good eye for what guests need to make them feel welcome and “at home”. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sithean and would 100% recommend it to others.

Eine Oase der Ruhe, Rebeca und ihr Ehemann sind außergewöhnliche Gastgeber und Menschen. Die Unterkunft ist makellos, das Frühstück sagenhaft auf persönliche Wünsche wird eingegangen und gefordert. Alles schmeckte sehr gut. Das Bett sehr bequem und süß eingerichtet. Beim frühstücken habt ihr einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Landschaft und See. Wir waren viel zu kurz da nächstes mal bleiben wir sicher eine Woche
