Everything was amazing the house was like the photos,a lot of toys for kids and books,5 min from the beach..Andzelika was very helpful and nice..

Wonderful stay, accommodation is homely and comfortable, big enough for 2 adults + 4 children, main attraction is being able to get from house to beach in 30 seconds! Wonderful wildlife, and Claire is great with communications and really helpful. You won't regret booking this place!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fabulous little chalet. It’s equipped with everything you need, with good quality and comfortable beds and furniture. Great location on the park, all the amenities very near by, including the car park. Excellent communication from the host, very helpful and responsive. Thank you for allowing us to stay at Church View. The bungalow was everything we wanted for a short stay during the end of October, very clean, warm and with a safe garden for our dog. Very peaceful location with plenty of walks not only in the countryside but also on the beach. Stargazing from the back garden was truly amazing! Thank you.

Very comfortable place with all the essentials. Especially loved the sun room. lovely place to relax and read. close enough to the Broads where you can do boat trips and got to take in a show on Cromer pier which was excellent! A beautiful sandy beach a 5 min walk away. Will definitely come back. The road to the house has pot holes but fine if you drive slowly. lovely area of the country.

Honestly the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! Karen and Peter are the most welcoming, friendly hosts. The house is absolutely stunning, the photos don’t even do it justice. We realised when we go away we tend to not spend much time at home but on this trip we made a conscious effort to as it was just so perfect. Location is great, 10 minute walk into Burnham Market (with a fantastic playground halfway if you have kids). Close to beautiful beaches and other places to visit (Holkham etc). We rarely return to the same rental but are already looking at when we can come back! Thanks for an amazing stay.

Had a wonderful 4 nights at Rebecca’s place to see in the New Year. The bungalow was well equipped as well as being beautifully decorated. The hot tub was a huge hit with the family and perfect on a cold afternoon. The beach was a short walk away and was so peaceful. Any queries Rebecca answered straight away! If only we could have stayed longer!! Thank you :)

This was our second stay with David, and as per last time the annexe was absolutely spotless, the kettle completely free of limescale and the cooker and amenities are also clean and fresh. it’s a bright area with lots of light, snacks and drinks for arrival and our own key to go in and out with the dog as we please, the bed is super comfy also. David and his wife are very friendly and responsive but respect our privacy and are not intrusive. It’s a short walk to the beach which we love. We will be back. Thankyou.

We booked last minute for Boxing Day and Justyna was so helpful. We messaged before booking as our 1 year old usually sleeps in a floor bed and she was happy to accommodate. Such a cute and inviting place. We would happily stay again.

I really enjoy staying at The Beest, its location makes exploring north Norfolk really accessible by car. The local area has plenty to see and do in easy walking distance . Added bonus is the local rail station with links to Norwich and further afield. Gila’s place is always immaculately kept and has a welcoming homely feel. I expect to return again .

Enjoyed another fantastic stay at Mill Farm Barn! Such a peaceful location, surrounded by nature with panoramic views across untouched countryside. The hosts, once again, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were really helpful with any queries we had. We will certainly be back again. Thanks for another brilliant stay!

Exactly as described! The property was much bigger than we thought it would be though! It was perfect for us and the dog. Very convenient location for town, fully enclosed garden and helpful clear instructions were left. We really really hope to come back again!

Booked a last minute, long weekend stay and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The barn is gorgeous, spotlessly clean, modern whilst still cosy and had everything you could possibly want. Nikki greeted us on arrival and showed us round, explained everything we might need to know and even checked if we’d eaten or needed somewhere to get dinner (as we’d arrived late) which was so sweet! The beach and a pub was also only a short walk away, which was perfect (would highly recommend The Poachers Pocket). We both had a brilliant stay and are already planning to return!

A wonderful restful stay. We were able to enjoy the outside space due to a week of sunny weather. We loved the views towards the sea and added interest of the tractor ploughing in the adjoining field followed by the gulls! The lodge was just as expected and suited our needs well especially with the adapted bathroom as one of our party was of limited mobility. The bedding was clean and beds comfy. The location for an out of season stay was private and peaceful. We ate at the local Ship Inn which we enjoyed, coffee at the village cafe where the staff were friendly and fish and chips at No 1 Cromer where you can eat in our takeaway. Thank you Will for providing us with a comfortable base to enjoy the Norfolk coast in a lovely location.
