Francoise’s place is wonderful! Don’t hesitate, just book. Francoise was so helpful, and wanted to make sure we had everything that we needed. She gave us brilliant directions for the bike paths in both directions for Calais beach and Fort Phillipe, and really made us feel at home with our toddler. She provided a travel cot, baby bath and high chair which made things just so much easier for us. Our only concern was that our toddler wanted to explore all the beautiful ceramics and art work in the flat, but we just hid them away just in cases! We found the best patisserie was Sophie’s in Mack which was just a ten minute drive towards Calais! Delicious! Thank you so much Francoise, we can’t wait to come again!

We loved our stay here. It was just the seaside break we needed. It is so close to the sea. The apartment has a lovely bedroom, a little hotel-style catering area and a very nice bathroom. The breakfast area allows you to look out onto the garden and you are sheltered from the road by flowers. The road was quiet. We were easily able to park on the sea front everyday and our stay was in April. We ate at the Marine Hotel one night, just along the front and walked into Whitstable for Turkish food another night. Both were good. What a lovely area!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt wunderbar ruhig und verfügt über alles was man braucht. Ailsa und Bryce sind hervorragende und sehr sympathische Gastgeber und geben gute Tipps und Ratschläge für Unternehmungen. Sehr empfehlenswert ist der Besuch im Pub „The Great House“ in Hawkhurst. Lebensmittel findet man ebenfalls in Hawkhurst. Die Unterkunft war in einem perfekten und sehr sauberen Zustand. Alles ist so, wie auf den Fotos beschrieben.

Rebecca and Kevin’s place is cosy, beautifully decorated and conveniently located - near the station and walkable to the beach. Rebecca was very responsive and welcoming, making sure I have a comfortable stay. Will like to stay here again next time I’m visiting.

We had a wonderful stay at Helen and Tom's place. Our hosts were helpful throughout whenever we made contact. The Stable is a cosy place tastefully decorated throughout. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Very clean, bedding and towels smelled great. Hot tub was very relaxing, nice farmland surroundings and would recommend shoes/boots that can withstand the mud!

We had the most wonderful stay at Alice and Alan's cozy cowshed! The space was incredibly warm and inviting, providing a perfect retreat for both of us. Alice and Alan were exceptional hosts, always available to offer assistance and making sure we had everything we needed. They even allowed us to use their beautiful garden, which was such a lovely bonus. One of the highlights was when Alice and Alan kindly offered to drop us into town, saving us the hassle of getting a taxi. They also gave us great recommendations for cabs to get home later on. The stay was extremely nice, and we absolutely loved every moment. We would 100% go back and highly recommend this wonderful spot to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing getaway!

This was lovely! There was coffee, tea and croissants. It was a 20 minute walk to whistable where there was a lot of lovely pubs. There was a lot of recommendations from the host - couldn't ask for more and would definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé un court séjour chez Alvaro et tout s'est très bien passé. Il a été facile de trouver des endroits où se restaurer car le logement est très bien situé. Les commerces sont accessibles facilement et le port à 10 minutes de marche. Le logement est cosy et il y règne une belle énergie zen ce qui fait beaucoup de bien 🙏 Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 😇

We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay, the surrounding area was really nice and quiet plus it's right by the sea. The place itself was super clean and had a kitchenette full of all the utensils that you could need. I would 100% recommend and would return in the future

We enjoyed a lovely 2-night stay at Stephanie's. The accommodation was light, bright, clean, well-equipped and comfortable with nice decor. It was quiet and the garden area was lovely too. Very close to Walmer Castle, and handy for Deal and Sandwich. We would also recommend St Margaret's Bay and found a lovely little tea room/museum there, along with a peaceful garden walk. A great place to stay in a lovely area. Would happily come back in the future for another break.

Really lovely place. Cosy, clean and in a great location. The bed was sooo comfy and being able to park right outside was ideal. Everything we needed was well within walking distance too! Claire was also super friendly and gave really clear instructions for check in and check out. Would definitely stay again 💕

Comfortable, compact self contained accommodation for a couple. Quiet, private location. Easy walking distance to the village with shop, takeaway, chemist, butchers etc. Opposite the local pub that serves good meals and proper ale. Easy access to Deal and Sandwich and historic site of Dover Castle. Off street parking for 1 car. I highly recommend this Den.

such a perfect spot for the beach! We enjoyed lots of adventures near by and the most beautiful sunset just outside the back gate over looking the beach. the place was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. really helpful and freindly hosts, loved it!!

The Coastal Cabin was the ideal base for us to swim in the tidal pool nearby. Very comfortable beds (including sofa bed). The place was warm and cosy, with lovely sushine on the patio until late afternoon. We arrived by bike and there is a bike rack within the gated property. The area is residential and a rather run-down but location for a cycle or walk to Margate and the coast so close-by it was just what we had hoped for. Nearby there are shops and cafes etc. Overall we were thrilled with the Coastal Cabin. Michelle was a flexible host who gave us a warm welcome and was also contactable during our stay. I want to come back soon!

Marc and Karen’s place was ideal for our stopover for the channel tunnel trip. Very friendly and welcoming plus some touches that helped with our early departure - highly recommend

Lots of space, clean, comfortable and good location. Liz is a great host, made us feel welcome and was quick to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend it.

Natalie's annex is so relaxing and stylish. There was no detail Natalie had not thought of and I felt so peaceful and serene. It was a secret hideaway in a haven of tranquility. The private garden was the icing on the cake. My puppy could gambol about with merry abandon and when we arrived we were able to catch the late-afternoon sun. Idyllic. Thank you so much, Natalie

Steven and Tina were very welcoming and greeted us with big warm smiles it made us feel very welcome the place itself is very beautiful and peaceful. Had a lovely stay over the weekend and would definitely book again and recommend anyone else to do so as you will not regret it.

Really enjoyed my stay! I was in a show at the theatre that week and the accommodation was ideal to come back to after the shows. Cozy and clean, and absolutely beautiful

5* across the board. Lovely house with amazing hospitality from Louise. Brilliant communication beforehand and during our stay, Louise was always on hand to answer any questions. House is equipped with all of the essentials and is perfect for gatherings and parties. It was the perfect place for my friends hen weekend. The alpacas and horses also were lovely to look at!
