It was a very nice 3 months stay in Cheryl’s apartment.Very quiet neighbourhood,private parking definitely was a great addition.Apartment is very clean with a lot of nice touches that make you feel home.Well equipped kitchen, comfortable mattress,good shower . Cheryl was very helpful for making my stay comfortable .Definitely can recommend this place.

When I say this was the absolute best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The description on photos matched her place and upon arrival there was wine and heart shaped cups for our Valentine’s Day getaway. Yira was so helpful and very responsive, I mean anything I needed she responded within minutes. If I could move in I would! Lol Yira makes you feel right at home, I will definitely come back the next time I visit.

Naomi was extremely helpful and made sure I had everything we needed and more for our stay. She even gave us batteries for our digicam! Thank you Naomi!

Kirsten was extremely responsive and helpful. We booked our stay much in advance and had several questions prior to check in such as how many stairs there were, if there was enough kitchenware to cook a thanksgiving meal etc and she was patient to answer them all. In general, the property is beautiful, tastefully decorated, spacious and well furnished. There are a couple of trails around to explore and good food options to order in or go to as well.

Ola was a fantastic host and the place was superb! Driving into the city is always nerve wracking, especially when you don't have a parking spot picked out, but Ola assured me that he had not only one but 3 spots! And he even went so far as to send me the pictures of the spots, as this was my biggest worry of all. But the kindness did not stop there! Ola went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect! The cleaning team forgot to close the windows before I arrived and because I was just swinging by to grab the keys I didn't have time to close them myself, so when I asked him if he would be able to go in and close them, he went and did so. And he was so kind as to ask if the temperature was alright when I arrived late that night! I could not have asked for a better host! This will definitely be a spot I will return to in the future! Oh yeah, I didn't even talk about the room, the room felt like a 5 star hotel! But with the personal touch that hotels don't have. Thanks Ola!

As frequent guest of Airbnb, I have experienced great times living in different locations . The host were good. Of all the locations I visited, the one hosted by Fernando , Maria was exceptional. Caring for guest was the priority. We were treated beyond our expectations. The location was safe , quiet , peaceful The room was nice and clean . The service is the best anyone can expect. Stayed for 1 night and it was great. It was nice and peaceful. The location is not far from a lot of places either.

Daniel was an awesome host. Very responsive to my questions and always a friendly response. The place was in a quiet neighborhood and easy to get to. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable. My only issue was the entrance. I'm tall and the entrance doorway is kind of short. If you're taller than 5' 8" you will need to duck down to avoid bumping your head. Other than that small issue, it was perfect for me.

This was my first Airbnb experience and can say it was a really good one. The area was convenient to where I needed to go and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The space was bigger than expected, especially two of the bedrooms which made for a comfortable stay. Linens and space were clean and fit my family of five nicely. There were some minor concerns that I informed Sammy the host with, and he immediately responded and addressed the issues. Overall my first experience was great and Sammy was a great host. I will definitely consider staying here again if it is available for next visit to NY.

Came to NY to visit my daughter, who is attending college not too far from the location. I had a fantastic stay at this cozy location! The place was impeccably clean and offered all the comforts of home, making it a perfect getaway. I especially loved the convenience of having my own parking space, which made exploring the city and getting to and from my daughters dorm easy. The host, Monique, was very friendly and incredibly communicative and readily available for any questions, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

L'appartement est d'une qualité inégalable, grande luminosité et des espaces très volumineux. Tout est mis à disposition pour notre séjour hormis des produits ménagers ou un aspirateur, mais on trouve toujours de quoi se débrouiller. Le quartier est sympathique, en 30 minutes maximum, on est au World Trade Center, grand parc à proximité, commerces d'appoint disponibles. Je tiens à souligner la disponibilité et la rapidité à laquelle le propriétaire répond :) Merci pour ce super appartement !

Ann could not have been more helpful and quick to respond. Her place is a wee gem of style, peace and comfort in the heart of all the activity. Thoughtful extras and a stocked fridge to get us started was so considered and appreciated. It’s easy to get anywhere from this base and we covered the city by subway and uber with no problems. We loved coming home here after busy days and nights. Perfects hosts and 5 star accommodation and service.

Just perfect for our trip visiting NYC! It is very easy and safe to walk to the train. The grocery store is even closer… small in size but well stocked. We ate dinner at two recommended restaurants in Jersey City - both yummy! We did not mind hearing a little family sounds at all. And for sleeping… the neighborhood is quiet! Book it and enjoy!

Séjour très agréable chez Sandra à la Casa Erika. Logement très propre, bien équipé, confortable, lumineux et sécurisé dans un quartier calme. Il est situé à 3 minutes à pied de la station de métro Cypress Hills avec sur le chemin, un supermarché ouvert jusqu'à 22h. Sandra est attentionnée et s'assurera que tout est en ordre pour le meilleur accueil. Elle reste aussi facilement joignable en cas de besoin. Pour un séjour réussi à New York, je recommande cette adresse.

This place is great for a big group! Lots of room and a beautiful terrace at the top.
