Very nice and clean space! It is on the third floor so there are stairs to be mindful of but overall, great stay for a quick business trip.

Just checked out. Wanted to say how hospitable and amazing the bnb was. We have a huge family and everything was perfect. Many memories from this house now especially the Wedding memories. Also thank you for being super flexible and understanding

Second time here. Place was great, easy parking, clean, wifi worked great. The people upstairs were pretty noisy but that’s not the host’s fault so I won’t ding him for that. Overall I loved staying here.

Paul is an excellent host! He’s always very communicative. I’ve stayed at two of his properties and both have been great stays. I enjoyed the space and it was perfect for my work trip. The space was clean and had everything I needed. Would stay again. Thank you Paul!

Paul's place was fantastic! The neighborhood was quiet and the house felt private, with plenty of street parking. The house was clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Diony was an amazing host and extremely responsive and accommodating . Home is absolutely gorgeous! And convenient location. We booked last minute, and check in process was very simple n easy. Highly recommend for any type of stays!

Fayeem and his crew are highly responsive. The house itself is new or new-ish on the inside, and they responded to every question immediately and nicely. The area around the house is a little sketchy (at least for a middle-aged woman traveling alone). And the listing made it seem like a single-family house, but it is a duplex with another unit above, and even the gentle noise of conversation upstairs can be clearly heard downstairs.

Peaceful and clean for me and my friends

We found Haithum to be a woderful and responsive host. The place was well equipped, spotless and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the tv's are huge. There is a lovely backyard and pool, but since we were "off season", we didn't make use of them. This unit is the lower floor of a home. There are other renters on the upper floor that can be heard on occasion, but hardly a deal breaker. We would definitely consider staying here again. FYI, the AirBnB fee kicked the cost up almost $30 per day so be aware.

Martín se portó increíble, siempre atento a cualquier detalle, nos dió instrucciones muy claras, lo recomendo 100 %. La pasarán increíble.

Sarah fue una excelente anfitrion. Siempre Respondio claramente todas mis dudas y nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitamos. El alojamiento fue excelente, tal lo que buscamos y necesitamos. Brian was very helpful and attentive! The place was excellent. If you have a car he has an available space for parking. All shops are near by!

A great apartment with an even better view. We found New Jersey to be amazing, even though we were there for New York and some sightseeing. Everything was perfect.

The place was nice, no parking , I feel that if your staying for a week or longer the host should have extra sheets and pillow cases. Trash should be picked up or extra bags at the property. I enjoyed my stay overall but the host does not communicate within a reasonable time frame.

This is a great stay. Small and cozy. Its a great price for what you get. I highly recommend if you are in the area. Its exactly as described. Paul is great and is responsive to all our questions. Would stay here again.

Margaret was great! Definitely the top host in my book. She’s super sweet and kind and will respond quickly if you need anything. If you’re traveling in the area you should definitely consider booking a listing with her!
