Simon was responsive and flexible. The house was on a quiet road with friendly neighbors, and beaches easily walkable (across a busy road, but crosswalks available). We are a family of 4 with 2 young children, and it was nice to have a fenced backyard with hot tub to play in. If you're only renting the front unit, I think it would feel a little awkward to use the backyard based on the setup, but we rented both units so it worked well for us.

The home was welcoming, clean, very comfortable. Excellent kitchen supplies sugar/spices condiments (which we added too) to cook with. Appreciated 3 different nice coffee appliances. Nice bedding and comfortable beds. Bathrooms are small but nice. Nice towels, beach towels. Beach chairs and coolers available. Outdoor seating areas were nice. comfortable new cushions, pillows. Everything was good quality and great working order. We enjoyed the heated pool. Thanks Nick for the easy last minute check in. We had a great stay!

I've stayed at two of Derek's properties on numerous occasions, and as usual, I've always had a great experience. Derek's properties are clean and clutter free and conveniently located to many restaurants, bars, and shopping venues. I highly recommend Derek's properties and will definitely stay at one of his properties again in the future.

La VUE ! Incroyable !! Difficile de dire si c'est le lever du soleil ou le coucher qui est le plus beau depuis le jardin :)) Le petit déjeuner à l'abri sur la terrasse, face aux canaux, nous fait clairement sortir du lit le matin... On se sent réellement privilégiés de séjourner dans cette maison. Même si la chambre master est d'un standing supérieur aux autres, toutes les chambres sont néanmoins agréables et confortables, avec de beaux rangements. La cuisine et le salon ne sont pas en reste avec de belles prestations. Grand frigo avec distributeur de glaçons. Four XXL où l'on a fait les meilleures ribs de notre vie ! Publix à moins de 2 km pour les courses. Nous avons quitté cette maison à regrets après un séjour de 5 jours totalement idyllique. Notre hôte Miriam a été formidable : elle s'est non seulement montrée très réactive lorsque nous avions une question, mais elle s'est surtout déplacée chez FEDEX pour aller expédier un objet oublié par l'un d'entre nous...Service 5 étoiles !

Place was easy to check in to with a video instruction. The host was very responsive and even gave us a last minute later check out to help with our needs.

Place worked out great. Good location: close to the beach, few restaurants nearby were great, nice to be right on the canal. House was comfortable, pool was great. All good!

Excellent place to stay. The pool and backyard was nice, and the bathrooms were also great. The spaces in the front and back yards were private and nicely decorated.

My family and I stayed here for a week over the holidays(2 adults/2kids under 10). We all were comfortable and had a great time. The house was clean and fresh. It had everything we needed. The hosts surprised us with a thoughtful welcome gift. The location was great. We spent more than half of our time enjoying the pool and backyard. We will be back. Thanks so much!

Michael’s place is beautiful and super clean, as well as private!!! The decor is lovely and the bed amazing! Relaxing in the hot tub with the magical atmosphere and lighting is so luxurious. Awesome Nine-Day Family Getaway! We just got back from an amazing nine-day stay at this apartment, and we had such a great time! The park right out front was perfect for our kids to run around and play. The kitchen was super handy for making family meals, and we loved having beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for our beach days. The swimming pool was a total hit! It’s not heated, but honestly, it was refreshing and just what we needed in December. Our kids had a blast splashing around! Plus, having Netflix for the kids was a lifesaver during our downtime. The place was super clean and cozy, making it feel like home. We really can’t wait to come back! If you’re looking for a fun family spot, this is it!

Get exactly what you pay for. Gatormom was so kind and understanding. Helped us out in every way possible. Super clean and had everything we needed. Communication was on point. Wonderful place to stay would 100% come back no brainer.

Amazing location close to airport and beaches! Travis was an awesome host with a beautiful unit with pool my friends and I LOVED our stay!!

Great little place to stay while exploring Ft. Lauderdale. It’s in great proximity to all of the bars, beaches, shopping, restaurants, etc. The place was clean and extremely easy to check into. We comfortably fit 3 with an extra air mattress that we brought. 10/10 gets the job done! Awesome for the price. Highly recommend.

Great views, day or night. Outstanding location on the water. A small deck that will make your day with plenty of beauty to look at. We had a great stay at Chad's. Located in a perfect spot to see the sights, yet be quiet and private when you just want to relax. The parking spot is right below the unit and makes everything very easy. Chad was a communicative and excellent host. Everything was clean, comfortable, exactly as described and pictured.

We had a lovely week and will be back to Katerina’s place. The condo is comfortable and well equipped, but the view is spectacular. The balcony is huge! The location was ideal with a tiki bar downstairs for a quick poolside meal or drink and the walk to Lauderdale by the sea was super easy. A great vacation spot!

We loved staying at Brian's place! It was everything we expected and much, much more. Such a beautiful area on the Intercoastal Waterway! We will definitely look forward to coming back!

Paula is wonderful and love this place comfy and can’t beat the location, walked to beach so close 3 minute walk 1 minute run aha, clean and very fairly priced.

The location was very close to shopping and a few blocks from the downtown area. It was a good size one bedroom apartment big enough for a couple spending a few weeks. The appliances were new and was nice to have an outdoor grill for,our use.
