We had a group of 7 ladies ranging from ages 56 to 80. We were there celebrating my mom‘s 80th birthday. The location perfect very short driving distance to downtown Nashville. The pictures were just as they looked on the website. It was a very cute comfortable peaceful place to stay. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. If we ever go back we would book this place again! Angela was pretty quick to respond.

Really enjoyed our Stay, beautiful house with history. Very peaceful setting, great to be able to hike the hill behind for a view. The location has perfect access to Nashille, Bloomington and Columbus.

This was the perfect location for wanting to feel surrounded by the forest!

We spent a weekend here with the kids and had a great time. The kids really enjoyed the loft area and getting their own space upstairs to play and lounge during the evenings, but there was plenty of seating up there for all of us to watch a movie and the dining room table big enough to have some family game nights. This place would be great for a get-a-way for a couple or a family. The drive to the shops in Nashville only took 10 minutes, and even closer to Brown Co. State Park. It was exactly what we were looking for at the end of the day to come back to some peace and quiet. We were all looking forward to getting away for some family time and escaping for a few days - it was great! This place had everything we needed and the environment we were looking for.

Leah's place was just what we needed for a last minute getaway. Perfectly surrounded by foliage and hills, it seemed as if there were no people anywhere nearby. The best part about it, aside from the solitude in nature, is that we were only a 3 minute drive away from Nashville shops! Though just the 4 of us stayed, our friends and family were able to meet us here, and spend some time together before we all headed to Nashville shops and restaurants. Leah was very gracious when we communicated about this, and we were very thankful! It worked out perfect dude to the location! We fell in love with the chickens and were sad to leave them! We also fell in love with the swim spa and used it a lot! Thank you for creating such a beautiful home for us to retreat to in the midst of the chaos that is our life! We will definitely return!!

Peaceful getaway in a private setting but not too remote. Great space for hanging out with games and hot tub for entertainment. The hosts were attentive to our needs and responded quickly to questions. Plan to go back again next year.

Had a girls weekend. The cabin was very comfortable and peaceful. The bathrooms and kitchen were well appointed with just about everything you would need. We had several questions and Eric was extremely quick in his responses and very helpful.

The cabin absolutely adorable and had so many different areas for sitting and having side conversations. It is “old” and seemingly handmade maybe mid-1900s (I’m taking a guess) so the stairs are irregular and a few other charming quirks… and was very easy to get comfortable in right away. The host also had a number of personal touches to welcome us- including a few snacks in the kitchen… and the cupboards were well appointed in general with the extras you might need. We only had one night and we made the most of it- but we woke up wishing we could stay longer and are already planning a return.

I could not have been more satisfied with our stay. We wanted a peaceful and private cabin that was close enough to town to enjoy, and this property delivered on every aspect of the hot tub was nice and hot and perfect for mornings and nights with a nip in the air, and the fire pit made evenings nice and toasty. Inside, the cabin had everything we could possibly need: good WiFi and a full kitchen, and it was decorated with plenty of woodsy charm. The town is a quick 5 min drive away, and filled with great shops and restaurants. The property gives you all tje peace and privacy you could ask for, and has plenty of space to go walk around and enjoy the beautiful Brown County nature. I could not recommend it enough!

We had a short but nice stay! The space is very basic, but that shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone who has read the listing. It was a great value for us and our dogs, and it’s just a quick drive to the state park.

The cabin was perfect for 4 families to gather together but also enjoy time apart. Beautiful surroundings and comfortable accommodations. Would definitely recommend to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Livin the Dream. The cabin was spacious with many areas to hang out and relax. They truly provide everything you need- just bring food. There was a large variety of DVDs, books, and games, as well as, coffee pods, extra blankets, and any kitchen accessory you need. We enjoyed the downstairs game room and outside games provided including cornhole, ladder toss, and horseshoes. As a parent, it was helpful to have 3 bedrooms on one floor. There is also a smart tv and dvd player in every bedroom. The cabin is about 15 minutes from the Downtown area where you can access many restaurants and shops. The check in/out process was so easy and the host was easy to access. The few things you need to do at checkout are nothing more than you do at any other AirBnb. If we came back to this area, we would definitely stay here!

Three of my brothers and myself stayed at the cabin from Nov 7 - 10, we were in town to attend the Indiana vs Michigan football game. the cabin was as advertised and was a perfect match for us, we each had our own bedroom and private bathroom, the cabin is a couple miles off the beaten path, it was very quiet, secluded, the cabin was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Our hosts Peter and Suzanne, answered our questions promptly and provided lots of information. would recommend the cabin

This home was perfect for our family getaway and to attend the IU football game. It was just as described on the website. The setting was as charming as the house. We enjoyed playing games in the living room. We loved the close proximity to Hard Truth Distillery and downtown Nashville. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at The Ridge! The teenage boys loved the downstairs rec room and many charging stations for devices. Drivable to Nashville and Bloomington as well as hiking trails. Loved relaxing in the hot tub and sitting around the campfire. Lots of room for privacy and everyone had a quite nook to get away to. Easy to cook meals in the kitchen and grill. Would love to stay there again!

Great stay, probably the best I’ve had with an AirBnb. Eric was very responsive throughout our stay. The cabin was spotless. Very peaceful and private. All kitchen appliances worked and the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils. I will definitely be back for a long weekend at some point.

Great dog friendly cabin close to Nashville, IN. Scenic views, friendly people and comfortable accomodations. Everything you need for a short vacation.

My 5 y/o grandson and I had a wonderful time. He couldn't stop saying how adorable everything was. As far as the decor, I never wanted to leave. Felt like the Ingall's girls up in the loft. It was the perfect place to sneak away and have a minute to disconnect. We played cards, painted wooden toy cars, had a tea party on the front porch and played with the little wooden houses. As he went to sleep, with two of the little houses on the nightstand next to him, he said he was going to sleep with his memories. Not much more a Nana could want with her favorite guy. He can't wait to come back. We also went to Columbus and played at the Commons and KidCommons. and went to the toy shop in Nashville. I love that the water did not smell and the bathtub was spotless. The heat worked perfectly and we felt safe and secure. Wifi worked (even in the storm) and the Roku tv was handy for news alerts. Had what we needed.

Great place, beyond clean. Nice woodburning fireplace. My only suggestion would be a different bed, pretty uncomfortable and the TV remote situation is wonky-i never could make it function properly. Other than that, awesome little place
