Loved staying here and really enjoyed the growth of a suburb like Gardenvale So close to the water and a short train ride to the heart of the city. Fantastic and can't wait to stay again.

Aurelie's home was a wonderful place to stay. Clean and well positioned in the Melbourne suburbs. Great communication from host on arrival and departure. Nice touches of a welcome gift and message. Couldn't fault.

Maria’s house is beautiful, and certainly very spacious! Everything is incredibly comfortable, and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. The garden is huge, with a beautiful oak tree, and would be lovely to sit under in the warmer weather. It is in very quiet area that is close to Maling road, and would be easy to get to the city from. Maria is lovely to communicate with, and left us a little treat! We would thoroughly recommend staying here! Thank you :)

We absolutely loved Rebecca’s place! It is filled with character and has a wonderful outdoor entertaining area, perfect for the whole family. The house has plenty of natural light and has all necessary amenities. We also loved the location as it was just around the corner from many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and the pier. This was my second time at Zhiyue and Shouline's great apartment. I was really comfortable again. My stay, this time, coincided with a hectic period of exams and assessments (I am a student from the UK) so it was so nice to return to the apartment where I knew it would be quiet and I would be able to study. The apartment has everything you need for a cosy stay - it is a real home-from -home. As always, everything was spotless. The location is fantastic! Shops and restaurants are immediately at hand, as well as trains and trams but inside the apartment, it is very peaceful. Thank you again, Zhiyue and Shouline - you are always very kind to me. I'm sure Ill be back!

was able to stay for four nights with five people very comfortably. I've done this trip to Melbourne multiple times and found the price paid for the space and location to be the best I've had in comparison to some big name hotels. the ability to stay somewhere like this with all the amenities of a home as required is well worth the price. would definitely look at staying here again for future visits.

에어비앤비를 여러나라에서 이용해보았지만, 이렇게 따뜻한 호스트는 처음입니다. 체크인 체크아웃 시간이 평범하지 않았는데 흔쾌히 아주 편하게 해결해 주셨고, 부모님과 아이들, 저희부부 6명이 함께 일주일 머무는 동안 침실, 주방, 욕실, 주변 놀이터, 마켓, 식당들까지 정말 편하게 지냈습니다. 여러명의 가족이 함께 하는 여행이라면 망설일 필요가 전혀 없습니다!! 닥터 프레드 너무 고마워요!

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

This apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean bathrooms and kitchen, all the necessary kitchen requirements, comfortable furniture, big TV, nice long balcony. It's very quiet at night. The location was perfect for us - ten minute walk to shows at Crown and the Lume, plus all the restaurants along Southbank. Straight across the street is a big Woolworths supermarket. Our only issue was finding the car parking space but Meary has said she will give detailed instructions for that in future. All the communication with Meary has been with a very quick response time and she is a lovely person to deal with. I highly recommend this property.

This is a comfortable apartment for a stay in Melbourne. Close to amenities, the tram is directly across the road. Offers secure carparking. Supermarket only 5 minutes walk. Quirky decorations and art in the apartment make it much less a bland hotel room to be a fun place to stay.

Spacious 2 bedroom condo with off street parking. Crystal clear instructions and was as pictured / described.

Colin was an excellent host. Communication was great, he even opend the appartement for us prior to the usual checkin time. We had a perfect week at his place and can absolutely recommend it.
