We had a great stay at Denise's place in Kure Beach. She was friendly, communicative, and gave us great restaurant recommendations. As other reviews have mentioned, the amount of amenities were more than any other Airbnb I've stayed in. Air fryer, two types of coffee machines (drip and Keurig), olive oil, Tupperware, basic spices, extra toilet paper, tampons, games, puzzles, beach equipment, etc. - the list is endless, and they truly made it feel like home. In term of other features, the beds were firm but comfortable, and the view was outstanding. We could see the ocean (and dolphins!) from the sofa. The community rec center was also nice to have access to, especially in the winter. it was easy to pop by for a swim and squeeze in a workout. Keep in mind that the location is about a 10-15 min drive to where restaurants and bars are, so you're away from all the action but in a peaceful spot.

Chuck and Jennifer were super responsive and quick to help get the ac fixed during our stay. 100% recommend!

In addition to having the basics, the host also provided teas, coffees, lots of extra linens, and more to make the stay very convenient. Teuta always responded quickly, making it easy to ask any follow ups or for help.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach condo! The stunning oceanfront views were breathtaking, and we loved having a large deck accessible from both the den and master bedroom to take it all in. The condo was clean and well-maintained, with no issues during our stay. The quiet beach made for a relaxing getaway, and the recreation center amenities were a wonderful bonus. Visiting during the off-season, we especially enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Highly recommend for a peaceful and rejuvenating beach escape!

Amy was very helpful and check in was easy. Amy was very helpful since it was last minute and needed to check in last minute. I definitely recommend the Airbnb to anyone who is coming into town for a few days and it’s near Calabash so it is a short drive for the restaurants!

Book this one!!!! Meghan was the best host! Had another booking with a different host that backed out on us last minute and Meghan responded to our inquiry within minutes and got us booked within 30 minutes of our first contact. As for the condo, bright and clean and stocked perfectly! We loved it! Checkin/checkout directions were very clear and we’re already planning our next stay here:-)

Great first time experience with airbnb! I could not ask for a better host.

The condo was what we were looking for. Near to the golf course we were playing, easy to get to and very friendly and responsive hosts.

This Airbnb was quite literally the best we’ve ever visited! Absolutely pristine and the apartment was huge. It had practically everything we could ever need, and the host left water and juice for us in the fridge and tons of snacks and coffees. Being near the water was so amazing, watching the sunset from the balcony was unbelievable. Everything was walkable, we barely drove/ubered because we could easily walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and the riverwalk. The host was also extremely responsive! He sent us extremely detailed videos on how to find the building, how to get the key, and how to get to the parking garage (it made the whole process so much easier). He also answered almost immediately whenever we reached out and was incredibly sweet and friendly. Would 100% recommend to anybody considering staying here!!!

this unit is a great space w plenty of room. looks exactly like the photos. it was extremely clean; I didn't get black feet from going barefoot. we would stay again. there is a lock out suite that you can hear everything.

My mother and some of family had a great stay at Vicky’s home. Close to various shops at Calabash, Shallotte. Good restaurants nearby as well. Enjoy having down time in the evenings to relax. Beautiful place.

To say that this was the best vacation I think I’ve ever had is an understatement!! The amenities, the staff, the guests, the service….was impeccable. And any time I messaged William, he responded almost immediately. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow about what we needed to do…which wasn’t much. We spent the entire vacation relaxing and having fun. It is definitely one we will never forget.

We loved staying at Steve's place. It was nice and cozy for my family of 5. We enjoyed having the beach so close to us. Location is awesome. We went to the aquarium and we had a really nice time during our stay. We'll def come back later!

Loved our stay! Condo was in just as pictured, beautiful view from living area, well equipped kitchen—had everything we needed. The rec area pool was a nice bonus. Had sunrise for our porch and sunset right nearby at Ft Fisher park.

This is the second time I have stayed at his place. He has done some amazing upgrades since. Always available to answer any questions and extremely accommodating. I will be back

It was a perfect place for us to have as we spent a few days in the area. The house was cute, spacious, and relaxing. The neighborhood had a pool and small gym to use. It was about 15 minutes from the beach. Cozy was the perfect host! She was super attentive and communicated very well. If arriving at night the house number cannot be seen very well from the street, but the instructions are very clear.

Suzy is an awesome host! “Debby” was on the way into Myrtle Beach and as flights were being cancelled, Suzy offered to refund us if we chose to cancel. We decided to take the chance,rental cars were booked and everyone arrived safely. Weather was crappy for 4 days but the house was the perfect choice for us because of the “extras” of games and cards. We spent a lot of time indoors and under the carport hanging out which might not have been possible if we were in a condo like I normally rent.The house is very spacious, very clean, filled with everything you need for your stay.Suzy was great at answering quickly when I did have a random question and also with the check out procedure.Another great part of renting from Suzy was checking in.You receive the door code and all info is inside the house, unlike the lines of people standing outside that we saw at rental agencies. After a long drive, we were thankful. We will be checking Suzys availability to stay next year again.Highly Recommend

Julie’s house in Oak Island was amazing! My family and I had a great time!! The only issue we had was the hot tub turned green the last few days there and had a weird smell. We wish there was something to clean it so we could have continued to use it. Other than that we had the best time and loved all the recommendations that were given! We will be back!

Nice convenient location, nice cozy house. Very clean and spacious. The only negative comment is it would be nice if you provided bar soap.

What a sweet little beach house. This house isn’t fancy, but I wasn’t expecting it to be AND it had everything we needed for a fun visit on the island! Hosts were wonderful and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay at Sean’s place. Location is convenient to downtown, beaches and amenities and the house was spacious and comfortable and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our family time together. Sean is also a terrific host!

Our stay at Monica’s place was great! The house was nicely decorated and clean and cozy. The location felt safe and close to local activities. Monica was very helpful and responded quickly when we had an issue with the heat. I would definitely stay here again!
