What a wonderful location! Rita was a great host and very responsive. Honestly the condo was fantastic. The kitchen was spotless, the living room was roomy and comfy, the bathrooms were super clean and the bedrooms were both very comfortable. We were able to walk to the beach in 2 minutes and the beach location was great. The kids loved the indoor pool as well. We only live about 10 minutes away and we will be returning for sure!

We travel to Wilmington a few times a year to see my daughter in college. This was by far the nicest airbnb we have stayed in. Yes it can be loud at night but you are right in the middle of everything. Shopping, restaurants, bars, river walk. We had a teenager with us so we were able to walk right downstairs to go to a few bars but not be too far away from her. The balcony back deck is great too. She felt like she was at the club on Friday and Saturday nights. The sound machine in the bedroom was great to override the noise when it was time for bed. Kathleen was so friendly and helpful and communicated throughout our stay. She was even there when we arrived to make sure we knew where to park. The unit came with two parking spots which was great when my older daughter came into downtown to visit. We would love to stay at this spot again!

We loved our stay at the Pelican’s Nest and having Stacey as our host! The house was a great place to relax and feel right at home. We appreciate Stacey being very communicative and making sure our trip was going well! Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

This is our second stay at Tara’s place. This is the perfect place for a large group. The three separate floors allows for privacy, yet intermingling as well. The balconies are wonderful and cozy, the kitchens are stocked, and the beds are comfy. The location cannot be any better in the Wilmington area. A quick walk to theriverfront and restaurants. Tara is always extremely responsive and helpful. We will certainly be back next year!

Super clean, lovely house with ample space for socializing. We were able to walk to the Cargo District and Riverfront relatively easily and enjoyed coming back to the house to relax each day.

Stayed at Margaret's and Timo's place for 5 weeks. The home matched the pictures and was very comfortable. As the weather warmed up in March, enjoyed spending time on both the front and back porch/deck. Good location near downtown and the surrounding beach towns. Hosts were responsive and answered all my questions.

The house was beautiful! We had 9 adults and it still felt huge! Area was perfect and the beach access was wonderful. The host (Jim) was so responsive with questions and extremely friendly. Highly recommend

Perfect little place, for my solo shelling trip. The location could not be any better, when I’m not on the beach, I am on the porch taking in the ocean views. This was my second stay at this lovely cottage, and I have already booked my next stay.

Besides his condo being on the ocean front, with a partial view to the ocean from the living room, kitchen and outside porch, being squeaky clean and nicely decorated, Chad deserves the highest remark for being an outstanding host. He called us, while we were on our way, to let us know that the condo was ready to check-in half an hour before the check-in time and arranged an ironing board and iron we needed to iron our clothes for attending a wedding. I wish I could give him more than five star rating as a host. My impression about the condo as well as the host aligns with all the reviewers who rated as being five star facility at Kure Beach.

We stayed for a full week and it was perfect! We loved being right there on the water listening to the waves! Beautiful place!

Great stay! Brandy was a great host! We arrived early and we greatly appreciated the early check in!!!! Brandy even contacted us during our stay to ask if we needed anything! The accommodations were terrific and the beds very comfortable! Thank you for the great stay!!! I would highly recommend!!

This place was amazing and probably one of the cleanest and well-maintained places we have stayed. If you are thinking of booking, especially during the off-season, do not even hesitate! Due to our visit being Springtime, it was peaceful and private and relaxing. I do wonder how loud or busy the pool and boardwalk may get during Summer as multiple units use it. Walking on the beach/pier or on the sidewalk to explore the island was so easy! Anne was easy to communicate with and we would love to return someday!

We had a great time at Cam's place! perfect location for restaurants and all the sights. we wish we had more than one night here. you can hear the bar downstairs but with the provided ear plugs and sound machine we had no trouble sleeping at all. A beautiful view from the patio. Would definitely recommend!

The place was exactly what we were looking for as we visited my husbands family in Little River. The screened in back porch was a great little spot to be able to enjoy your mornings before getting the day going. Rooms had ample side tables, outlets, and storage spots for clothes. The kitchen had to be one of the most well stocked ones I’d seen in our trips thus far, even having plastic baggies was a bonus! Nice spot if looking for a place to stay in the area that is central and meets the basics!

Brooke’s place is in a perfect location! It’s very close to the beach and other fun stuff to do. It was very peaceful and relaxing vacation spot.
