Great place to stay, especially for families with children young or older

Nina was wonderful in accommodating my elderly parents at last minute for a 2 night stay. They absolutely loved it and had a fantastic time.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The view was absolutely stunning, and we loved how close and walkable the beach was—it made for the perfect getaway. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. It was quite hot on our first night, and we foolishly didn’t turn on the aircon—but once we did, it quickly cooled down the place. We’d definitely recommend using it when it’s warm! Overall, a wonderful stay, and we’d love to return.

Theresa’s place was in a beautiful location. Views were amazing. Theresa was extremely helpful with checking in early and local recommendations. Theresa was very responsive with communication. Would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful townhouse in Blackman's Bay perfect for our family group of 7. Beautiful living area with ocean views. Great having 3 bathrooms too. Kitchen and bathroom had lots of little extras also. Would definitely return.

We had a great short break at Jason’s place. Loved the Kayaks and bbq. The views are spectacular!

We stayed at Tricia’s for 5 nights. We used it as a base for day outings and it was perfect. Coming back each day to the best view was so relaxing. The house is old but extremely comfortable. Spacious kitchen and bathroom. Super comfortable queen bed and a large combustion heater that warms the whole house on cold nights. We can definitely recommend this air bnb property.

My family and I had the best time staying here. Every little detail was thought out. Not that we needed it as we bought our own, but the selection of pantry items was well and above the usual. The outside bath was a very nice touch! We would definitely stay again

From the moment we stepped through the door, the property exceeded our expectations with the thoughtful inclusions and the well thought out facilities. There is so much space, that even with our large family, it never felt crowded. The children were safe, easily occupied, and content in the environment. The outdoor pizza oven and BBQ provided even more options for meals in the beautiful garden filled with roses and fuchsias! Because the property offered such a variety of activities and entertainment, we did not need to leave for the entire long weekend. We had the most incredible time. There really are no words that can adequately describe the experience. Thank you, Jason, for providing such a beautiful and well equipped space for us to enjoy. I'm sure we will be back!

We had an excellent few days with our family at Marina’s house. The house is simple with large rooms and lots of space indoor and out. The view is lovely and ever changing and the kids loved the ducks and native hens. An ideal place for a family gathering.

Had a fabulous time on this beautiful property and Vicki was a friendly and responsive host. This was a great place for a long weekend getaway for our extended family, which included a toddler and dog. Standout features were the private, peaceful and natural bushland, the spa and pool, the well appointed kitchen, and child-friendly amenities. Our small granddaughter enjoyed the various toys, and playing in the pool and clam sandpit. The only downside was that our daughter's dog (a dachshund) kept escaping as she was able to fit underneath the fences and gates even though we tried various means to prevent this - therefore, this place may not be suitable for small dogs who don't have good recall :) . All in all we would stay here again for a family holiday as it was close to perfect as we could have wished. Highly recommended!

The holiday home was situated overlooking the Derwent River and mountains. You are able to while away hours watching the cruise ships berthing. The home itself is well appointed with most things required to self cater. Furniture is stylish and pleasant to be around. A second living area in the basement allows children and adults element of privacy. Wifi and Netflix available.

The view of the water and city was spectacular; we absolutely loved our stay there. The massive indoor pool and games area were fantastic for the kids as well. There was plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. Definitely recommend.

Amazing home and location, we really enjoyed our stay

The perfect stay. Annette and Phil are generous hosts. Understated, tasteful, and thoughtfully appointed. We had a wonderful time, and couldn't more highly recommend Florence as the ideal Adventure Bay accommodation.

Our family had a great short stay at Rob’s place. It was very walkable to the beach and had a great view. Our 4 year old Loved the space and felt right at home. A highlight was the chickens in the yard who gave us some bonus eggs! Rob was a fantastic host who went over and above. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, would love to visit again!

This property is fantastic. Gorgeous views from everywhere, unwinding in the spa at the end of the day, and fabulous kitchen for shopping local and cooking in! The house itself was beautifully designed, lots of indoor and outdoor space for entertaining. The perfect retreat!

It was very beautiful and peaceful surrounding. Sitting around the firepit was a good experience. But we had to get the permit from the local authority since it was dry season. We did that through phone call. We also enjoyed seeing rabbits hopping around, especially in the evenings. We will definately come back if we visit again.

Deborah was an incredible super host. Communication was great right from the initial booking. Going the extra mile her home was welcoming with fresh bread, nibbles and chocolates - what more do you need! The beachfront location was breathtaking and spacious to accommodate for all the guests. A truly luxurious stay! The space is modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. Stunning views and the hot tub made it even more special. Every detail was thoughtfully considered for a top-tier experience. Richard was very responsive and provided clear instructions, making everything seamless. Would love to stay again!

Great spot for exploring, peaceful and relaxing. Still pretty close to Hobart by car. Lovely place for the last days of our Tassie adventure, thanks again!
