We had a great stay at Gregoire’s, we immediately felt like home. Super spacious, clean, we had absolutely all amenities one might need. The garden view from the bedroom was great, and overall there was a lot of natural light. The neighborhood is super quiet and within walking distance from nice restaurants. Would certainly recommend.

This apartment is a rare find in Brussels and Amandine is an impeccable host. The place is perfect for one or two people and I would also recommend for longer stays. The location is close to public transportation and shops are in walking distance. Amandine is very helpful, responds immediately and really tries to make it work for her guests. Definitely highly recommended accommodation!

We had a lovely stay! The zone is very nice and comfortable, right next to a bus stop that took you to the city center! It's also between a short walkable distance of the European Parliament and commercial streets, making the location very nice to be in if you want to find alternative places outside the city center!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . L’appartement est très spacieux, la cuisine est fonctionnelle , 2 grandes chambres . Quartier calme et surtout proche métro . Je tenais à remarquer les petits attentions à notre égard et surtout la disponibilité.

Jef was really nice, responsive and flexible during our short stay. I will definitely recommend him or visit his place again.

Excellent séjour ! Logement top et propre, très bon emplacement, tout est accessible à pied, le parking est un vrai plus ! L'hôte est très réactif et très sympathique ! Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir pour un nouveau séjour 🙂

J'ai passé un excellent séjour professionnel chez Declan. L’appartement est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, propre, correspondant parfaitement à la description. Il est idéalement situé à 5 minutes du métro, dans un quartier calme et agréable. Declan est très sympa, je reviendrai dès que possible pour un séjour plus touristique.

Ho alloggiato con molto piacere nell'alloggio di Katharina. È pulitissimo, organizzatissimo, elegante e pratico. Facile l'accesso per rendersi in centro città con tram e metro. Il quartiere di Forest è calmissimo e silenzioso, è residenziale, costituito da casette una più deliziosa dell'altra con esempi di architettura e decorazione inzi 1900. Per terminare, il contatto con Katarina è cordiale e distinto. È stato tutto un piacere!!! Grazie

We had a lovely stay. Large apartment for our family of 5 (many steps). Kids enjoyed watching the large TV after a long day of sightseeing. In hindsight, I would have enjoyed being closer to the central as we love to walk and it was a 45 min walk to the trains each day but everything was accurately described by the host. Overall, nice stay!

La maison est vraiment super: rénovée, équipée avec 2 salles de bain et 3 WC. sur 2 étages et 1 RDC. Nous avions réservé pour un EVG idéal emplacement 20 minutes du centre en métro ou bus et 45 minutes à pied. très bon accueil et consignes. nous avons même pu partir à 16h pour le checkout (pas de réservation) un vrai plus 🙏 idéal aussi pour des couples avec enfants en famille. quartier calme avec commerces de proximité (carrefour notamment)

Merci infiniment à Kathrin et Antoine pour leur accueil chaleureux ! La maison est idéalement située, à quelques pas à pied d’une mignonne petite place avec des restaurants. Merci pour la communication facile, les bonnes adresses transmises en amont et le lit et la chaise haute pour mon bébé. La maison est moderne, fonctionnelle, joliment décorée et hyper propre à notre arrivée. Un 5 étoiles ! Nous avons passé un super week-end en famille et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

The Pavillon Vert was very spacious and very tastefully decorated. It was perfect for a family of four with two teenage children. The neighborhood is one of the quietest and greenest part of Brussels, which will appeal to people looking for a suburban oasis while remaining within short driving distance from all the highlights that Brussels has to offer. We will certainly consider staying there again during our next trip to Brussels.

Anass is a great host. He’s very communicative and his flat is great. I definitely recommend the flat for a longer stay.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le logement d'Anna. Appartement très confortable et bien situé, proche du centre ville en quelques minutes à pied. Excellente communication avec Anna, très réactive et arrangeante.

I had a fantastic week at Lieve's place. The apartment is as described in the photos and is close to public transportation (tram and bus) and a supermarket. The place is immaculately clean, with an excellent kitchen. I felt right at home! Lieve is super responsive to messages and greeted me when I arrived. She accommodated my request for an early check-in due to my flight schedule. She is one of the BEST Air B&B hosts we have ever had. My wife and I will return to Brussels in May and have already booked to stay with Lieve. This is a superb place and you simply cannot go wrong!

Nous avons séjourné en février-mars 2025. Appartement très bien, tel que décrit, propre, bien chauffé, sécuritaire, sans odeur de cigarette dans l’appartement ou dans les corridors. Bien desservi par les transports en commun (autobus 48 et 54 à 2 pas). Bien insonorisé. Très peu de bruit de circulation. La gestion des déchets est simplifiée puisqu’on les dépose à la cave. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

We had a great stay here! The location is excellent and very walkable. Simon was an excellent host, instructions were clear and he went above and beyond with recommendations and was in constant communication if we had a question. The street is noisy if you’re a light sleeper as it’s full of restaurants and bars but our kids (6 and 7) slept great on the pull out sofa and it did not bother them and we slept great in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a Great stay at Paul’s place! Everything is exactly like described. Bed was also very comfy! The communication with Steve was five star! He’s very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again!

heerlijk ruim appartement. Gelegen in een wijk met veel Art Nouveau architectuur, dus geschikt voor een bezoek aan het Banad festival. Heel fijn dat flexibele aankomsttijd in overleg mogelijk is.
