The house was great! Very clean and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was quiet which made for a nice relaxing weekend. Communication was always quick and kind. We traveled without kids but the home would be great if you’re traveling as a family. I really loved the little playroom, a nice touch for sure!

The home was beautiful and we had a great time! We went to a concert at Choctaw, and the drive to get there from the house was very easy. The host left an array of items for guests to use that were extremely handy, and enhanced our stay. The only thing we noticed was that the floor needed to be swept, but other than that, the house itself was very clean and we were very comfortable during our stay. I definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants to spend time at Choctaw or just to visit the local area.

Great location if you're fishing a tournament out of Catfish Bay. It's about 10 mins away from the ramp and has boat parking for 2-3 boats. It's a place where you can feel confident that your boat and belongings in it are safe and will be there when you get up in the morning. One thing is they don't have WiFi so you need to hotspot from your phone if you want to watch TV. Also, no central air, so each room has a window AC unit, which worked fine for us.

Edie is a great host with a very nice place to stay, checked on us as we were traveling, to make sure we arrived safely, and through out our stay! Our second of many more to come stays here!

This is a great little spot to stay if you're in Durant for a concert at Choctaw but don't feel like paying much more to stay at a smoky casino. The bed and seating were comfortable, and the TV was easy to use. I only wish it hadn't been cold and rainy so we could've enjoyed the large backyard and fire pit.

Catherine is an above and beyond host!! From the welcome treats to meeting me because I left something behind. Her home is beautiful and decorated so lovely and the furniture you melt into and feel right at home. My daughter wants to find the cozy blanket that was in the living room and my husband and I want the towels (they just dried so much better!!!). Check in was super easy and check out was a breeze. The location is great; convenient to restaurants, Albertsons (grocery store) and the downtown area (stop at Pop Around the Corner for popcorn!!). The driveway was perfect for 2 cars which was important for us and the neighbors were very friendly. We will be back!!

Here's a more polished and engaging version of your review: --- We had a fantastic stay at the Orange Place! Our family of five, along with our two dogs, had an amazing time. The backyard, porch, and fireplace were just a few of the many highlights that made our stay enjoyable. There were so many great spaces to relax and spend quality time together. The only minor downside was the traffic—there were quite a few cars passing by. However, I imagine once the trees are in full bloom during the summer, it will provide more natural privacy and help with that. One of the great things about this location is that it's not too remote. We were able to explore a nearby historic village and even visited the birthplace of a former president, which was a nice touch. Plus, having a Walmart nearby made grocery shopping super convenient. While the location's accessibility meant more traffic, it also made it easy for our family to get out and do things. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

The place was as described and seen in the photos. The host were very responsive and helpful. They even had a goody basket with local items. Like jam and homemade bread. Even had some fresh farm eggs in the fridge. Place is very close to Choctaw casino. Truthfully, it was being right at home. This place has everything you need. Would recommend this place to every and any person wanting to stay just a few days or a couple weeks like us. Hope to be able to stay again in the future.

House was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our group of five, and the outdoor spaces are nice, with a lovely front porch, and a fabulous patio area. We appreciated the well stocked coffee bar, as well. Would stay again, and recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay, in Denison.

Super nice place. Very clean and had plenty of room for our group of 4 to spread out. Outside porch area has a grill and lots of spots to sit around and visit. I’d definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect space to relax and visit with family. Lots of "things" to do- fossil hunting, fishing, walking, swimming. The space accommodated all of us with room for meal prep, games, relaxing, privacy, etc.

We stayed for work and Cindy was very accommodating and communicated with us regularly. Great place to stay in Durant

Great place to stay for a couples weekend getaway! The property is very private and we really enjoyed fishing the pond and spending time in the hot tub. Super close and easy to drive over to the casino and any stores you may need. We would definitely stay here again!

So many kitchen appliances!! I’ve never seen an Airbnb kitchen so well stocked with dishes and appliances! We enjoyed making food in the kitchen, card games, and relaxing watching tv. We will book here again! Also, it’s very close (driving not walking) to downtown Denison and lots of great restaurants & shops!

I can not say enough about how great Laura made our stay everything was easy, no list of insane rules or cleaning. Just pay make yourself at home relaxe and enjoy. With the extra basics such as coffee and a hot pot and s'mores plate felt like we were right at home. Kids were thoroughly entertained with all Laura ordered as a host.Would recommend for anybody looking for a clean nice place to vacation or traveling through or visiting friends or family
