We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb with our family of 10, ranging from a baby to grandparents. The house was meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The layout was perfect, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still having great common areas for gathering. Every room was beautifully designed, so no one felt like they got the “lesser” room. The views were absolutely incredible, and we loved the added amenities—board games, foosball, a jacuzzi, and a grill. The host was fantastic—super responsive, helpful with local recommendations, and proactive in keeping us informed about a nearby fire. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this home for any group looking for a relaxing and well-equipped retreat!

Our family had a fantastic trip, and Phillip was extremely proactive with communication and great recommendations for restaurants and fun activities nearby. The house had everything we were looking for and is very comfortable and inviting. They also stocked the kitchen with basic items you usually have to remember to bring…including a full variety of spices, oil, coffee, etc. The property itself is where this rental really shines! Beautiful view of Lake Glenville and the house is nestled in a peaceful cove with an impressive waterfall just across the way. There are several outdoor seating areas that make it PERFECT for whatever you’re looking to do. For those wanting to really get away to a quiet retreat, look no further! We would definitely stay here again!

The Riverhouse never disappoints. Amazing view and access to the river (literally the backyard). The house makes you feel like it is the home away from home. I highly recommend staying here for a any getaway.

Views were amazing! The driveway to get to the house is steep but well worth it. Great location to downtown. Beautiful house with bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor. Would recommended! Plan to come back next year

Everything was beautiful and spotless inside and outside the property. My only concern was what someone else mentioned about a couple of junky looking homes getting to it. Unfortunately the owners can’t help that.

Everything on our trip was perfect. The house, the location, the view—absolutely perfect. It's in a very convenient spot, with great restaurants and shops just minutes away. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and there were plenty of towels and hand towels available. The living room had ample seating for our entire group, as did the kitchen table and the porch, which made for some really relaxing mornings and evenings. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to rest and recharge after our days exploring. Parking was also a breeze—there was more than enough room for two cars, and you could easily fit a third if needed. What really stood out was the view. The photos just don’t do it justice. Stepping out onto the front porch each day felt like stepping into a postcard. It’s truly stunning. The host was fantastic—very responsive and informative from start to finish. We felt well taken care of the entire time. I highly recommend this home.

This was such a lovely Airbnb! Squeaky clean, walkable to beautiful Lake Junaluska and just a few minutes to hiking and downtown Waynesville. You can really tell Steve and Susie want their guests to have a five star stay with so many thoughtful touches such as bottled water, coffee, tea, half and half, biscotti’s card games and an abundance of books and guides about the area. There was a private table and chairs outside for a glass of wine or a meal which we loved and the bed was so comfortable. Don and Renie’s place was perfect for my weekend getaway back to WCU. As a host, Don was perfect and accommodating. The views were spectacular and the amenities provided were superb. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to visit WCU.

If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in a peaceful location close to downtown Franklin, look no further! Up a quaint, winding road, nestled in the trees is a wonderful two bedroom ground level apartment waiting just for you. Once you arrive you will be warmly greeted by your hosts Dave, Barb & Beans who are always available but never intrusive. Their view is wonderful! The property exactly as described. You Can’t ask for more! And I can’t wait to go back!

The home was nice, no complaints, would stay again. But the stars here are the hosts. I was here for Hurricane Helene. The storm damage was honestly minimal compared to what I would later see in some of the harder hit areas, but I was blocked in by a small mudslide for just a day or so. The hosts happened to be out on vacation, but even through the cellular disruptions, they managed to maintain constant contact and coordinated assistance from neighbors. They took care of me like family.

Apartment was clean and well furnished. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. A few minutes walk from downtown stores and restaurants.

Would stay again!

We enjoyed this condo very much! The views are beautiful. We walked the community everyday and the residents and club staff were incredibly friendly. We will be back!

When booking an Airbnb you have no idea what you are getting. When I booked this condo I had no idea except for the photos. Once we got close to the date to check in the owner Matt reached out and I felt like it was met to be. The location, the place, the fit. And let me tell you about the bed, outstanding! We had the best time at the condo. Even the locals in the area walking their dogs were so friendly. Asking us if we enjoyed our stay. I will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Kim's place. It was very convenient to our son's wedding venue on Lake Fairfield. The area is so beautiful and Kim's place was very clean, well appointed and updated. It was easy to find and easy to access per the directions. Kim was always responsive to any questions I had and the clear communication was appreciated. We would definitely book again.

We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely incredible – everything I needed was just a short walk away. The condo itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. With so much to do within walking distance, I never ran out of activities. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

We booked last minute and by that, a day and a half before we arrived. Darlene responded within minutes and made arrival so easy with perfect directions/information. Darlene checked in with us during our visit and with the welcome packet Darlene sent us, I had minimal if any questions. The place exceeded our expectations and was so very close to the club and all the amenities. View was beyond! The only negative was we never saw a bear. 😂 We will be back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The views from the house are incredible. It is very peaceful. The place was clean. Nina was very helpful and responsive when needed. We used the pool and hot tub, which was a short walk down the driveway. I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area!
