With plenty to do in Bryson and Cherokee, we'll definitely be returning to this stay. Spotless, clean house. Working amenities (hot tub was great for post-downtown and casino-perusing). Very generously warm shower. Enjoyed the modern style, furniture, and layout. Bed was comfortable too, with extra pillows supplied. Felt like a very private location (cant say we saw another person nearby or wandering around), but still very close to downtown Bryson. While there are train tracks and a trailer park nearby- would certainly not let either of these deter from booking with these hosts. Neither detracted from the lovely stay or were an issue. (also parking wasn't as bad as mentioned, but still understandable on their transparency; found it easiest just to pull in the lot across, and wait for traffic to quiet down, and then back in to the parking spot). 10/10, fair pricing- would reccomend this stay for anyone visiting the area. Hosts communicated swiftly and supportive.

Great location for visiting my daughter at WCU. Quiet and peaceful! We enjoyed having plenty of space to relax and catch up.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it wont be the last. The house is located right behind Main Street, so you can easily walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shops. We love coming here in the winter for skiing (only 30 minutes from Cataloochee Ski Resort). The house has a hot tub and fire pit to warm up in the chilly weather. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and the house is always so clean/well stocked. I highly recommend!

We had a great stay over Labor Day weekend. The home is very secluded with amazing views of the lake. Lisa communicated with us the entire time, providing a lot of information about the house and things to do in the surrounding area. Definitely recommend and hope to be back

I cannot tell you enough how much of a Dream this home is. 11/10!! I truly wish I had booked more days in time! I spent my anniversary here and it was everything I could have ever asked for. Getting there does require going through a gravel path that may be steep-ish to some smaller cars and you may struggle with gps/cellular connection getting closer to the location (as a 100% honest experience worth sharing to consider preparing ahead of time for). Your destination will be more than worth it once you manage! The hot tub, the fire pit, the rushing waters, the loft-style abode with high ceilings, in combo with home-cooked meals will make you feel like you have a slice of heaven on Earth. I’ll definitely be booking again, (hopefully for another anniversary) and you should too!! Thanks Matthew!

Carmela’s place was incredible. It felt like I was at home. It literally had everything I could possibly need. She was super helpful with letting us get there before check-in to drop off our items and head to my son’s baseball game. I will definitely be back when I need to be close to WCU again!! This was a great rental! The place was clean and free of bugs. The kitchen had a great assortment of dishware and you could easily cook meals. Lots of room to enjoy the fantastic views.

Laura is an amazing host and very organized! Take Paws has everything you need including kitchen accessories, bedding, outdoor grilling & a fire pit. It’s also a great location beyond just Franklin, like visiting Highlands, Bryson City and playing golf at Sequoyah National Golf Course. Very easy to find and so peaceful!

We spent our anniversary at Mitch's cabin and it did not disappoint. It was comfy and private and was a great location to all we wanted to do. Plenty of waterfalls, hiking, and, small towns to visit. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be returning again.

The Lake house was one of the quietest and most peaceful air b-and-b's we have stayed at. The new back deck is the highlight of the lake cabin. The rest of the cabin is fully equipped and functional, but we hardly left the back deck. With its fenced in area and gate was perfect for the dog. The kayaks and dock are a nice addition. It is located close to good dining at Micas restaurant and Whiteside brewery. We came for the hiking in Panthertown area. We will be back again.

The condo was very nice and clean . I love the fireplace and the view of the lake. It’s a beautiful area and I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a quiet getaway.

Wonderful home with terrific long range views. Everything is as described. We loved that we were able to bring our dog. There is a great fenced in area in the front when she needed to go out. Great hiking in the area.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The views from the house are incredible. It is very peaceful. The place was clean. Nina was very helpful and responsive when needed. We used the pool and hot tub, which was a short walk down the driveway. I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area!

Nancy's place is always a win: dream beds and bedding, actually enough seating at the table and sofa to accommodate how many the house can hold (huge win), and the hot tub holds up to nine, but seats five with plenty of room to spare. It's wonderful and fully equipped with everything you need and possibly forgot! Nancy always has her guests in mind and the home is more than thoughtful! Do it.

Very nice place! My wife absolutely loved it. Only complaint was that in summer time you can only see trees no mountains, secondly the shower is very small for not so small people. Otherwise perfect size & perfect location!

Charle’s Cabin was terrific. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and in a gorgeous setting. We were in the area to volunteer clearing hiking trails from the storm damage and the location was very convenient to the trail heads and served as a great place to relax after a hard days work. They have everything you’ll need to feel at home and the stream provides a peaceful reminder to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the setting.

I would highly recommend this beautiful mountain cabin for your getaway. The views are gorgeous and it’s very quiet and peaceful. We had plenty of room for our family of six, and we kept the kids busy with outdoor adventures in the surrounding areas. Relaxing in the hot tub with mountain views, cooking meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and using the laundry facilities really added to the comfort of our stay. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended.

The perfect cabin -look no further! Clean, smallest details covered, and cozy. BBQ and hot tub work-hot tub felt so good! Kitchen stocked and ready to cook. IGA grocery store close. Fun restaurants to try. We had a Valentine’s Day dinner at the Dancing Bear bistro and a lunch at JimBob’s BBQ. Short drive to Gaitlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Fun shops to explore in and around Townsend. This host has you in mind when in comes to being a guest. We loved every second of our time. Oh how I miss drinking wine on the porch! The view!

We loved the layout of the house and having the river right at our doorstep. The neighborhood is perfect for walking, and there is plenty to do nearby. The house is well equipped with everything we need. We enjoyed playing foosball and air hockey, and it was wonderful to relax in the hot tub at night.

Beautiful memorable experiences were engraved in my memory on this picture perfect property! It all started as a relaxing getaway for my husband and I... Then, as we walked thru the door at Jewel in the Skye, our 5 day stay became a most perfect and beautiful experience! Julie goes above and beyond hosting a perfect stay in this amazing cabin. No need nor want goes un-noticed. Thank you, we will surely visit again! What a gem! Highly recommended Amy's place to anyone looking for a retreat. Great location right outside of Bryson City. Breakfast is phenomenal, and fireside nightly treats are always better next to a pasture. You come for location, but will be back for the many reasons listed above. Amy is one of the best hosts we have seen out of airbnb.

The cabin was perfect. Loved the sound of the stream behind it. Great place to get away and relax. Hosts responded quickly when we had a question. No complaints from us.
