Overall stay was great definitely felt like the vacation I needed relaxing and quiet. Will definitely be booking again.

This was our 2nd time back. Our first time, the lake level was high. This time we enjoyed walking down to the lake from the cabin, talking about us walking on the bottom of the lake. :) If I had brought my water shoes I might have decided to still go for a swim. The kitchen is perfect for cooking great meals. I always come prepared with my cooler full of good things to cook. I asked Kyle and he said "definitely"we could have our son and his aunt over for dinner. My husband grilled the steaks and they were great! (Bring your own charcoal). It is a nice and peaceful area and far enough away from light pollution to see some bright stars!

Place was clean and smelled good. Was a great peaceful find. Lake front property at one point but the lake is extremely low so its a little walk to the water. But it was a nice walk and I know the host has nothing to do with this just thought I would add it. I would definitely come back to this place.

A little sad that the lake was so low but it was still very beautiful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

The space was quaint and in a quiet neighborhood. I rented the space to spend Father’s Day weekend with my parents, and we truly enjoy the private and quiet area. The neighbors were also friendly as they stopped to talk to us when we were walking my dogs

Laura’s home was the best place we have ever been. It is a dream home by the river and hills with a long private beach. The architecture and home decor were very thoughtful reflecting the local Texas culture in each and every place from the wall curtain to the bathroom cabinets. We wish to have the window view of the Bunkhouse every day. The beach was ideal for stargazing hearing the sound of the river and birds and animals at a distance. Laura made us a fire pit for warming ourselves while stargazing. She gave us kayaks and safety gear. She also gave us good tips and directions for kayaking safely. Laura’s home did not feel like an accommodation place but like a picnic spot where you can enjoy and do lot of activities both day and night. We spent one full day just enjoying the peaceful view by the beach. Laura was very kind and went above and beyond being a host. Laura treated us as one of her friends and we felt at home. We will visit Laura’s home again when her bluebonnets bloom.

My grandson walked in and said wow, we hit the jackpot! That’s a seven year old opinion We all agreed the pictures on line did not do it justice. It is beautiful.

It was wonderful! We had such a great time! There were no surprises. The description was exactly as it was. Gina was very responsive when we needed anything and I would stay here again. It was a wonderful trip and would recommend to others.

A wonderful and quiet place to relax, fishing, and enjoying nature. The trailer is very spaceous and well equipped with a view on the lake. Josh is was a great host. For sure a place to come back to!
