We stayed at Matt & Jen's Place at Horseshoe Bay while in town for our son’s wedding, and it was everything we hoped for and more. What a lovely, fun home! There was plenty of space for our entire family, and the variety of games kept everyone entertained throughout the stay. One of the highlights was having a well-equipped kitchen — it had everything my husband needed to bake our son’s wedding cake, which made the experience even more special. The home was comfortable, clean, and truly felt like a retreat where we could relax and enjoy being together during such a meaningful time. If you're looking for a spacious, inviting place to host family or friends, this is it. We are so grateful we found it and would absolutely recommend staying here!

Lake House vibes! Nice, clean home. Great location with Lake LBJ across the street and access a short walk down the street. Bunkhouse is great for the kids. Huge backyard to let our 2 dogs run around - just be careful if your dogs are smaller as there are some gaps under the fence they can crawl under due to the slope of the backyard. Host checked in and was quick to respond.

Man what a place!! Brought the fam here for my bday. This place has everything you need to have a relaxing time. Beautiful views. Clean house. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Def recommend!!!

Our family really enjoyed our two night stay here. It was peaceful and just beautiful to sit out back on the porch. We had fun playing darts, canoeing and using the hot tub. Just a great relaxing time. Definitely would like to come back when it’s warmer for more water fun.

We had a fantastic stay at this rental with three families, and it was the perfect setup for a relaxing getaway. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable, and the house was incredibly well-stocked with thoughtful extras - toothbrushes and Q-tips, dish soap and laundry detergent, shampoo and body wash. It made settling in so easy! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals, and the beds and pillows were super comfy. The entire house was spotless and clearly well cared for. Aimee was excellent - communicative, helpful, and honest. She was especially great when we needed help with the pool/hot tub heating. It’s clear she cares about guests’ experience. The only minor downside was the location - a bit farther from Austin than expected, and the lake didn’t have quite as many activities as we’d hoped. But the house more than made up for that, and we loved relaxing and spending time together. Highly recommend!

Airbnb Review: A Perfect Holiday Retreat for the Whole Family We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb from December 22nd to December 28th, and it was truly a magical experience! My wife, Monica, and I stayed here with our four children, my mom, dad, sister, and her teenage son. The house had plenty of space for everyone to relax, do their own thing, and still come together for quality family time. The movie theater was a hit with the kids and teens, giving them their own cozy space to enjoy their favorite films. Our weekend getaway was an exceptional experience. The property was exactly as described in the listing. It was well-maintained, plenty of beds and startup amenities. The location was ideal for us, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, with a view of the lake from several rooms. The dock on the lake was a plus for fishing. Whether you’re into outdoor adventures or looking for a relaxing retreat, this spot caters to both. The backyard was a highlight, with a pool/hot tub, seating area and BBQ grill. Game room and pool table were a hit as well. Communication with the host was seamless; they were prompt in responding to messages and provided thorough instructions for check-in and check-out. Overall, this vacation rental met our expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay in Lago Vista and would definitely return!

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

We rented this cabin on the fly (literally) my husband and I were looking for quick getaways for a much needed vacation and time away from the norm and it was my bday weekend as well. We had never heard of Burton, TX or Log Country Cabins and are both Texas natives but we are so glad that we came across it on our search and decided to give it a try. The cabin itself was just as described and looked like the photos online and the location of the cabin was amazing. The views were amazing, access to the lake and creek for fishing was just steps away from the cabin and the common area and peaceful park were just steps away too. The weather was perfect and it was not peak season so it also felt secluded and private and not too crowded which is what we were looking for! We had an amazing time disconnecting from the everyday and re connecting with each other! We enjoyed every bit of it & will be returning soon!!

Had a great stay here! It was a little hard to find as we arrived at night, but the stay was definitely worth it.

A beautiful place to eat on the porch, as well as inside, it had a fully equipped kitchen, great bathroom, and super comfortable bed!The hot tub, is an absolute perfect addition to the cabin. My experience while enjoying this picturesque and tranquil getaway was stellar. When I say that, I mean everyone from the Host to the wonderful lady who came to clean, we’re all absolute gems! But my hat goes off to the maintenance master, Ayron! If you could personify Marble Falls, and how friendly and welcoming the area is, he is the man to do it. Helped me out so much I won’t even try to explain. Bottom line, this was as good of an AirBnB experience as you could possibly have! The place, the people, the price, all perfect! Go enjoy this gem if ya get the chance!!

This place was amazing! My whole family had a good time, from the little one to the teenagers. The cabin was perfect and had everything we needed plus lots more. Judy has put so much thought, care, and effort in perfecting the cabin and thr amenities. We could not have asked for a better cabin, environment, or host.

Beautiful and peaceful location. Close to Inks Lake State Park, Kingsland, and the Perissos Winery. Great place for kids and dogs.
