Lovely house in great location. Beds quite small though and not very comfortable.

Was a beautiful stay, lots of space and decorated so tastefully, host was amazing response time was so quick and clear instructions, so peaceful and relaxing would definitely recommend and stay again!

this was a wonderful stay , we had a lovely time and really enjoyed the peace here. hot tub does take a while to heat up but other than that we would be happy to stay again. would definitely recommend it to people x

The house was wonderful for our family vacation. The house is very spacious, beds are super comfy, kitchen is well appointed, very clean bathrooms. The fireplaces add to the atmosphere and we enjoyed lounging around in front of the fireplaces both in the dining and living areas. We also made good use of the log fired hot tub. The surroundings are idyllic and peaceful. Fields as far as the eye can see. Oh and the Shetland ponies are sooo friendly and cute. They add to the feel of being away from the rush of urban life and relaxing in the country side. You do need to pack your soap and shampoo.

The cottage was exactly as described, in a very peaceful location. The cottage was clean and well stocked! Stephen was very helpful and responded to messages very quickly! Would definitely stay here again!

Had a lovely stay. You can do a nice walk around the lake. Hot tub is such a bonus!

We picked Bay Cottage as it looked great in the pics and the description was really comprehensive. Before leaving we spoke to Jane the host for arrival instructions On arrival we were shown around by Jane and given a brief rundown on the appliances etc Bay cottage is superb. It's peaceful and very quiet. The interior is very nice and well furnished The kitchen is fantastic and well stocked with everything you could need during your stay. The hosts Jane and Pete had left milk and bread and tea and coffee for us too The bed is huge and very comfortable and the bathrooms are also well stocked and impeccably clean The hot tub is a very good feature and was used daily. It is a 5/6 person one and very spacious and topped off what was a great small break Would and will return again

Had a fantastic few days in Willow Cottage. Beautiful property. Spotlessly clean. Lovely furnishings. Comfortable bed. Every possible bit of kitchen equipment provided. I really felt that Alan and Jane wanted me to have a good time and feel at home. The off street parking is a little tricky as other guests have said but really not a problem if you turn your car round in the evening when the road is quiet. Plus it was a lot easier once Alan pointed out the mirror on the cottage wall! The cottage is in a great location for Waitrose and the centre of Ely. I honestly can't say enough good things about this property - I will definitely be visiting again.

We had a wonderful time at Angela's farm! The kids absolutely loved walking through the fields and seeing the sheep, horses, and chickens. Angela was incredibly lovely and welcoming, making our stay feel so special. We visited in December, and I was initially concerned about the cold, but the underfloor heating kept us cozy throughout our stay. The thoughtful touch of having a Christmas tree up when we arrived made it feel extra festive and like a true home away from home.

We had an amazing stay! The home was so comfy and relaxing. Loved being able to take the children and dogs for long walks. Lovely local pub nearby. Angie and Charlie were very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Elizabeth's place. It was nice, warm and inviting on arrival. We liked the sofas with reclining backs. The kitchen had everything we needed and was a good size with a dining table too. We used both bedrooms and the beds were wonderfully comfortable and the rooms had enough places for all the items you typically take with you! Clean and bright, spacious bathroom too. Would definitely stay again, in fact we are looking to see if its free next week whilst working in the area again.

We loved our stay at Caroline and Roger's- situated in beautiful, peaceful grounds with amazing views of the surrounding countryside, and the property was very clean, cosy, spacious and well-equipped. We felt very welcome, they are really friendly hosts. A great base for walking, as well as the Foxton Locks and Naseby Civil War battlefield and memorials. Market Harborough is a lovely town and not far by car, as are other historic houses and gardens, but unfortunately at this time of year they were all closed. We would happily go back and stay at the property again in the Spring/Summer to explore. Highly recommend!

Stunning / roomy cottage - quietly tucked away - all the amenities we required with great access to local footpaths. Richard was very helpful and responsive. Cottage was clean, comfortable and homely with a lovely outside space.

We loved our stay at Grooms Cottage. Dee and James the hosts were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating to us. This property was comfy and inviting and we made good use of the woodburner on the chillier nights. There are wonderful views of the rolling South Northamptonshire countryside beyond the impressive and n grounds of Lodge Barn where Grooms Cottage is located within.

My goodness- what an ideal little cottage in the sweetest little village. We only stayed two nights in between a couple of longer term stays, but we felt so at ease at Honeypot. the decor was tasteful, and the home was stocked well, nothing excessive, nothing missing. Really gorgeous place with kind, communicative hosts. We would be pleased to visit again.

This was our 3rd time at Barn Cottage - it is a pleasure to stay in a well equipped, superbly decorated and welcoming place. The Cottage has been well prepared for guests...Caroline has put a lot of thought into what her guests will need...meets our needs in terms of location...evidently we feel comfortable when we stay at Barn Cottage.

Fantastic location set in the grounds of the local Manor House.. Really clean & fresh just a great location for a peaceful getaway.

Excellent host and property in a handy location for Cambridge. The property is well placed if you are visiting Papworth or Addenbrookes - as Carol recommended, just ensure you allow sufficient travelling time if you have an early appointment.

This was our second week staying here, after a brilliant experience the first time staying here, we had to come back again. Thank you for hosting us during our stay.

A lovely place - charming but freshly renovated. Jane was very responsive, flexible and helpful.

This cottage is really, really lovely. Danni and Neil made us feel perfectly at home, everything was as we hoped, and more. The village of Clipston is beautiful, and we took a little walk to the pub and sat under the old oak at Haddon Fields. If you are here between Friday and Sunday, make sure you visit the bake shed. We will stay again : )
