Very reasonable rental rate on spacious, beautiful Bingham House. Marvelous woodwork through historic home. Susan left us a warm welcome note, which was nice to find when we arrived. Very safe-feeling and quiet neighborhood. All was very clean and nicely appointed. The "giant" jar of coffee pods was appreciated! Finally, Susan left a binder with instructions, and LOTS of info about local attractions, restaurants, etc. We had a great stay and wish UT could have been more than the one night we had available.

Cabin was amazing. Very clean and offered everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the trails. Sarah was an amazing host. Thank you for letting us stay in you beautiful cabin. We can't wait to go back

This is a beautiful suite in beautiful Nelson County a few miles from where I grew up. My stay at the La-De-Da was restful and rejuvenative; the place was small but carefully laid out, everything felt clean and cared for, and I had no issues with Cindy and Peter. I meant to keep to myself, and I did, but when issues arose Cindy was quick to respond. I happened to have some rough weather when I traveled, and while I have no issues with the place itself, it's worth pointing out that this location is indeed remote. Returning one night I had to navigate around roads blocked by fallen trees and flooded streams in areas with no cell reception whatsoever. The directions say to make sure you have gas in your tank. That's no joke.

Absolutely incredible! From start to finish, this experience was beyond exceptional. One of the kindest, most hospitable hosts we’ve ever encountered, they made us feel completely at home. Their communication was flawless, always prompt and thoughtful, and they went above and beyond to be helpful in every way. They even shared their personal food with us—a warm and generous gesture that speaks volumes about their character. The property itself? A true hidden gem. The photos simply don’t do it justice—it’s even more stunning in person, with every detail carefully considered to create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear the host puts immense care into both the property and their guests’ experience. If you’re looking for a stay that exceeds all expectations, this is it. We feel so lucky to have found this place and will absolutely be returning. Highly, highly recommend!

only stayed the night before our move. Host was very responsive and so kind. very cute cottage. Google maps sends you to the wrong road but just drive a bit further down the road and follow their detailed instructions and it's easy enough to find

We had a wonderful stay at the Acute Lodge in February! The lodge was beautiful with great amenities, comfortable bedding and seating in the living space, and plenty of cooking supplies in the kitchen. The views from the upper loft bedroom and living room were breathtaking, and we loved how the space was so quiet and peaceful. Overall at 10/10 experience and would recommend this stay for anyone looking for a cozy time out in the woods!

We had an absolutely amazing time. The hosts were super helpful and responded very quickly. They even helped us find a taxi service when all of our lyfts cancelled! The cottage is perfect and cozy, and the property is gorgeous with tons to do! We got to see goats, sheep, pigs, dogs, cats, peacocks, ducks, turkeys, chickens, horses, and guinea hens. There is a beautiful area near the river as well, it was too cold for us to swim but lovely to sit by. I can not recommend this airbnb enough! We will be back as soon as we can.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was just the perfect place for our family to unplug, and spend good real quality time together! We never pulled out the tv, the internet was actually great but we didn’t use it! The kids loved being able to explore the garden and the whole acreage actually. I only wish it were spring or summer so we could take full advantage of seeing the garden in bloom and relaxing by the pond. But it was perfect, pristine, and beautiful none the less. The hosts was extremely responsive, and really informative! The house was amazing, super clean, classic, timeless, relaxing, cozy, and fun for the kids! We had 6 adults and 4 toddlers and we just had the absolute best time and were all extremely comfortable!

We were snowed in during a winter storm. the host went above and beyond to have driveway cleared to ensure we could still make it to work.
