The Barn was beautifully kept, clean, and as pictured. The hosts were communicative, and nothing was too much trouble. We loved our stay at the Barn, and would certainly stay again.

Ed and Tracey were great hosts and the property was lovely. Super comfortable with everything you would need for a night’s stay. We were at an event at the golf club down the road so the location was perfect and Ed even gave us a lift to get the car back from the club in the morning!

We had a lovely stay here, beautiful countryside, very cute goats, cosy and homely cottage. Very well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, quiet. Karen was very helpful and replied very quickly. She was very flexible with our arrival and departure.

We thoroughly enjoyed a much needed rest at The Oak Barn, warm and cosy. Beautifully decorated and set in wonderful grounds. Highly recommend and we will return! Alexander and Janey are excellent hosts.

A really lovely hideaway for a few days. Fully equipped with everything we needed plus a fantastically huge telly and surround sound! Great location with excellent pub across the road and some good walks on the doorstep. Pete and Rachel were welcoming and very helpful and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Charming cottage in a beautiful surroundings. Lovely and quiet, quick drive to nice walks and national trust places nearby. Ally was welcoming and very kind. We loved our stay and would happily go back.

Lovely stay at Tim's place with my hubby Lee and our pooch Huxley. The lodge was very peaceful, warm and comfortable. And the new railway sleeper bed is fab! Tim and his co-host Paulina were good hosts, we had one small issue with the wifi, which they worked to resolve very quickly. Lovely welcome items waiting for us, which was a great touch. I work in the area quite often and wouldn't hesitate to book Tim's space again in the future.

The Farrow was a really nice cosy place to base our holiday (10 day stay). We felt right at home, Claire was super friendly and welcomed us in person. We would highly recommend with Claire as the host.

A beautifully decorated and cared for cottage. The garden onto the woods was great for walks but we also enjoyed cooking in the lovely kitchen. Bernadette was extremely responsive and accommodating and helpfully left a stair gate and night lights as she knew we were travelling with a little one. Thank you, a very restful stay!

Loved this house! The photos don’t do it justice it is way nicer in person and the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Definitely recommend as not too far from Henley and Marlow for activities.

This is an amazing barn conversion, no expense has been spared, lots of light and space, big kitchen area, different areas to sit in, plus a yoga room. There are children's toys and books, scooters (there is space for pre-schoolers to scooter round indoors!) and outdoor play equipment. It was ideal for our family get together for a special birthday, everyone felt relaxed and at home. We did a couple of walks across the fields, but didn't need to venture out further as there was so much to occupy the kids on site. Katie was very good at communicating with us, and is the most considerate airbnb host we have met. She consulted us beforehand about what we needed, and provided bread (including a great gluten free loaf), butter, biscuits etc - and even some birthday table napkins. We have already recommend Barefoot Barn to others, and would love to return another time ourselves.

We had the most amazing stay at Julie’s place. The welcome with the hand written card and freshly baked scones/ bread was a lovely touch and table set up made us feel right at home. The place was spotless with beautiful scented diffusers around that made it even more relaxing and spotlessly clean! Prestige clean/ ironed linens and the little touches ( robes/ slippers / pillow spray) was really luxury felt. Our little daughter adored being there and seeing the animals. Everyone was very welcoming with a big smile and we loved walking around saying hello to the cows. We will definitely be returning. It’s just the perfect little place to get away from the busy city life and embrace nature / countryside with beautiful scenery. Thank you for having us at your place and making us feel so welcome- truly a little gem with a touch a luxury well worth the price!

This was my second stay at Christine & Mark’s gorgeous lodge. I was attending a course locally and it was blissful to come back to this cosy and comfortable retreat. I arrived late and Christine & Mark had taken the trouble to make sure the Lodge was warm and well-lit for my arrival. Everything I needed was close by but the log burner, comfy sofa and bed meant it was hard to leave! Highly recommend.

Erik is the perfect host, extremely helpful and was so responsive 10/10. The location of property is very remote and private. The stand out for me was how comfortable the bed was, it was amazing. If you are looking for a romantic, comfortable and clean place look no further.

Ben and Frances were wonderful hosts, and the accommodation was absolutely fantastic. The setting was stunning and the accommodation was immaculate. Ben and Frances were both so friendly, welcoming, and understanding and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The house itself was cosy, comfortable, and spotless. The beds were super comfy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. We would love to come back in the summer to experience more of the surroundings and beautiful gardens - highly recommend!

We stayed at Hilmotts Farm Cottage pre and post our wedding - it was great to be able to have everyone together in one location. The cottage is great and just as described, we booked the lodge as an addition and that too was fantastic.
