Kathy was super nice and was very responsible and responsive. She made sure I was settled when I arrived and gave me extra accommodations when the weather showed it was going to flood. I didn't technically stay in this A-Frame due to the weather, but I'd stay anywhere Kathy is again!!! Cute, friendly cowboys working around the property while I was there always said hello. The raw milk in the shop is the best I've ever drank, and the Kefir is soo good. Amazing Airbnb, book now!!!

Kristin is a kind and accommodating host with a very nice family who kept me up to date while making ongoing improvements to the house, and graciously offered me a choice of rooms as they became available. She tries to keep her residents happy and creates a comfortable living space with a relaxing atmosphere. The only drawback for me - the proximity of room # (Elliott's) to the busy road - is something Kristin expressly disclosed up-front and, again, was also willing to switch as soon as a quieter room was available. The room rates are very fair for such a nice character property and the rear garden, which comes with a prolific vegetable garden, is a highlight. The garden goes back a long way and can be host to wandering deer and other wildlife. The remodeled basement bathroom is also very good and the kitchen is a nice place to hang out. Thanks for a great stay.

Jamie’s house by the river was the perfect get away for our family. The backyard was so peaceful and the pool was a great place to cool off and have fun (if you have little kids just be careful with the flagstones around the pool). The furniture was comfortable, especially the bed in the primary suite! We enjoyed many meals at the big dinning room table. Jamie gave us great recommendations and was so responsive. He was a terrific host. We would definitely come back!

I stayed for a week at Flint Hill Farm and enjoyed every bit of my visit. Kathy was so warm and welcoming. My room was cozy, the kitchen was accommodating, homemade breads, yoghurt, cheese and coffee. The animals were beautiful, all the farm staff were friendly and nice. Anne was very accommodating and replied to any questions promptly. The farm was nice, quiet and comfortable. It was so much fun getting to see and interact with all of the animals.

Another great stay! A beautiful space with great attention to detail taken in providing so many comforts and conveniences. And our daughters loved seeing the sheep and talking with John about them. We will be back!

We stayed at Cindy's RV for 1 night. My daughter had a 50 mile endurance race really early in the morning and Cindy's place was less than 20 minutes from the starting line. The RV was very comfortable and easily met our needs. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. However, it was a little short. My husband is very tall and his feet were hanging off the bed. The property is beautiful and I regret we didn't have more time to enjoy the property.

We stayed here for a wedding in New Hope. It was very convenient and a beautiful setting with large groups of deer passing by frequently. My kids loved the grounds and toys that were available. Extremely kind and helpful hosts that offered lots to do with our kids in the area!

We had a wonderful stay at Beech Hallow Farm, with two adults, a baby, and a toddler. Our hosts stayed in close communication, and we appreciated their thoughtful willingness to help us with baby gear. The location is serene - quiet nature sounds at night, dark skies full of stars, and our toddler very much enjoyed checking out the pond on the property. I've never stayed at an Airbnb with such a well-stocked kitchen. We visited nearby farms for fall activities, which was very easy to do from here. I'd recommend La Unica Mexican for food, that place was great. The internet is very fast (500mbps/200mbps).

Beautiful and peaceful farm house with lots of room for our group of 9 adults. We used the house for my daughter’s bridal party to prepare for the wedding. The large dinning room was perfect. Everything was as listed and we felt right at home. The fresh eggs and the cows and goats were a nice touch. Amy was easy to communicate with and her son gave us a tour of the barn area. Great find!

I loved my time at Rebecca's place! Not only was she flexible with my arrival time and provided me with helpful directions on how to get there and where to park, she was ready waiting outside when I pulled up! She was so nice and was so personable as if I was speaking to someone I've known for years! She gave me a tour of the unit and pointed out everything I needed to know! The stay was so clean and had towels and linens laid out for my use!!! She provided very tasty food recommendations and made sure I knew she was available if I needed anything during my stay!! Checkout was so easy and instructions were very easy to follow!!! I will definitely be taking her recommendation and returning in the Spring to get some much needed study time before my exams!! I would recommend this stay to everyone who's looking!!

We had two extended stays at Kelly’s guest house as it served as an outstanding retreat while our home was undergoing construction. The house is cozy, spacious, immaculate, and well appointed. It is highly recommended for a quiet getaway and to enjoy the beautiful surroundings as well watching the horses, pigs, and goats. Our last night there were treated to a wild lightning show from the Florida room as a line of wicked storms passed through after sunset. I sure I will have to find some excuse to stay here again soon.

We were very impressed with the home and surroundings. The house was immaculate and the property was beautiful. Everything looked like the photos online and we were not disappointed! Our three kids and their spouses came with us for a long weekend and we had a great time and enough space for everyone! Both Bruno and Maria were very responsive to our questions. We met Maria on the property, and she was very welcoming and informative about the house and the horses, which were beautiful!

We really enjoyed Kristine’s space. We slept really well! And the kitchen was very cute! Supper functional and stocked with snacks and different kinds of coffee. The amazing fresh bagels was such an add on to the stay! The room is very cozy, smells really good. We had a great time! Will definitely come back!

We loved our stay at this large yet cozy farm house on a lovely plot of land. It was a private, quiet, soothing stay. Our kind and communicative host took care of all of our needs and left us clear instructions.

This adorable house was perfect for our family. We chose it to be close to both family in Princeton and outings in New Hope. Hopeville is not too far away (Nomad Pizza is 5 mins down the road and is delicious!) The house had everything we could need to make it feel like home and was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Thoughtful touches made it extra special - a curated collection of records with a record player and Bluetooth speaker; a s’mores kit for the fire pit; chocolates on the bed; and much more! Beds were incredibly comfortable and the house was very private despite being on the owners property. Highly recommend!

This was my second stay at Jennifer's barn. It's very cozy and charming. I grew up in the area and it's been a perfect place for me and my dogs to stay during the holidays. The dogs especially love the easy access to the tow path along the Delaware. The location is fantastic and only a quick ride to New Hope, Stockton, Frenchtown and all they have to offer. Jennifer is a very responsive and accommodating host. We were a little late checking out and she was very kind and forgiving about it, which I really appreciated because I know she needed sufficient time to clean for the next guests and we were in the way. Thanks so much, Jennifer!

All the space and kitchen supplies we needed to have a great family Christmas celebration.

Wir waren hier mit Freunden übers verlängerte Wochenende zum entspannen. Die Küche hat eine super Ausstattung und man kann sehr gut gemeinsam am Tisch sitzen (bis 8 Personen) und essen. Das Bauernhaus ist liebevoll renoviert und gemütlich. Die Betten sind auch bequem. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Bei passendem Wetter kann man auch draußen sitzen.

Honey hollow farm is just a perfect t little retreat and getaway. Layla is so kind and welcoming and she’s very caring about her guests. She thought of all the details from all the hand soaps and lotions with her logo to bandaids and qtips in the bathroom to extras like bath salts and essential oils. The house is large and cozy with so many rooms for a big group. Her offerings are enough for anyone to choose something to do and the location is great. Can’t wait to Come back!
