Extremely fortunate to come across this find. The place was warm and cozy. Everything was laid out with precise instructions. It felt like a second home. Hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. Mark was kind and generous enough to share his knowledge of the area. Communication was seamless. We enjoyed the quietness the location provided but it was also close to attractions nearby. Would recommend to anyone looking to explore Chalfont or neighboring towns to stay here.

I stayed for over a month at Sara’s place, and had a most comfortable and pleasant stay. I was working remotely the entire time, and had no issues whatsoever. Her place is beautiful and clean, and in a nice neighborhood - I had a great time walking around and exploring the area after work. It is also easily accessible to various stores, which was really convenient for me. Sara herself is very friendly, and extremely responsive to messages. Overall, I had a great time, and I recommend it highly to anyone who is considering staying in the area.

Anne’s cozy country suite was perfect for a quick visit to my office in KOP. The room was furnished tastefully and had all the amenities including a fridge and coffee maker. Perfect!

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful setting. Large, comfortable rooms, comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Very well equipped with all kitchen & eating supplies. Views out the windows are wonderful as shown in the photos. I enjoyed looking out over the fields in the morning and walking down to the Back Brook on the property. Location is very rural and a great place to walk with little traffic, but only a 15 minute drive to New Hope and Hopewell, and 10 minutes to shopping & restaurants in Flemington. A great place for a family with children. We enjoyed talking with Jamie & Chris and look forward to enjoying their farmhouse apartment again.

Julia shared a helpful list of top local restaurants and activities, keeping us engaged in the area. The suite's location is excellent, with numerous attractions just a 12-25 minute drive away. The place is incredibly cozy and met all our needs. Having Netflix available in the evening was a wonderful bonus, as many Airbnbs lack good TV options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was my second stay at Mark's place. It's very comfortable, quiet and in a great location. Mark is a wonderful host. He's friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend his apartment for a stay in Doylestown. Hope to return in the Spring.

John is THE BEST host. This was my 2nd time at John's place and he was amazing. He communicates very well, he is very nice, and overall a good person. I had a bit of an emergency situation this last stay and John helped me resolve it. He is simply the best. Thanks John and looking forward to next time.

I enjoyed my stay at the guest house! It was very comfortable, very clean, very pretty. The hosts talked to us when we bumped into each other outside, which made us feel even more comfortable! I will definitely be staying here again!

There is so much to say about our stay! First of all, Eileen was very attentive. She was there for any questions or concerns we had. She was a great host, it didn’t go unnoticed. The space: you would think Eileen is an anterior designer. She had plenty of necessities we needed. The outside was breath taking and relaxing. We were able to take advantage of her backyard by sitting near the fire pit with a bottle of wine. The area: absolutely adorable area. All the towns were mom & pop shops. Very peaceful and romantic. There were many options of wineries / distilleries that had activities at each spot. Eileen’s place is great for a romantic getaway or even a girls trip. I can’t wait to go back and relax more !

Beautiful unique architectural details. More spacious than the photos show. Excellent fresh ground coffee to start the morning. Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom with pleasing amenities More of a suite than a single room, as the other room that might be available was not rented. Will be my "go to" for a place to stay in Quakertown.

The weekend at this bungalow was a Christmas gift from my husband and we were both blown away. Everything about this property and the host is an A+++. Every detail in this home was thoughtfully designed from the bathroom heated floor and complimentary toiletries, to the AMAZING and GENEROUS offering of all kinds of food staples and treats, to the hot, bagels delivered to your door the 1st morning, to the absolutely gorgeous decor and outdoor space. Add to it that Kristine is gracious, kind, responsive and the location can't be beat. We loved spending time on various trails in walking distance from the home to just a 5 minute drive to the quaint, artistic, welcoming and delicious Frenchtown, NJ. We've stayed in a number of really love airbandb's both nationally and internationally and this place tops our list.

Carol's place was lovely and she was very responsive. The apartment was clean and cozy and we really enjoyed out stay!

An excellent choice. Very nice open spacious layout just as described. The kitchen was awesome with more than ample supplies of appliances, pots, pans, utensils, spices, etc, etc. Bathroom more than adequate for mobility issues.

What a beautiful home! It was as warm and welcoming as Melissa! The picture and description don’t do justice to what you’ll find when you walk through the door! The bedroom, sitting room, bathroom and kitchen were spacious, spotless and inviting! With a grandchild attending DelVal through 2028 I’ll be booking with Melissa and Mike again! I've been needing to stay in the area where Prince's accommodation is located while I work nearby, and I've been highly satisfied that I go straight to Prince's accommodation whenever I need to stay in that area ever since the first time I stayed there. I think this is the 4th time in the past 2 months approximately, which that in itself speaks volumes!!!

Lisa's place is a home away from home. Cozy and luxurious. The place had everything I needed for my stay including a washer/dryer unit! My dog loves loves to sit outside and just look around for hours, it is so pretty here. What I loved... the water pressure and how hot the shower got and lasted. The taste of the tap water is better than bottled water. I don't know what the reason, I have dry eye requiring several eye drops daily that I simply did not have to do during my stay, that I enjoyed very much. Lisa is the perfect host and I could not recommend a stay more.

Loved staying at Barbara and Dan’s spot for a week. It really was comfortable, the bed was super comfy, it’s small, but quaint and quiet. She had everything needed and even made me some banana bread which was very thoughtful! She was always responsive and helpful. Would definitely consider staying again!
